I thought for sure i needed a charging port. I confirmed pricing, parts availability, and scheduling. This shop was super accomodating. When i went in, they told me some plastic got jammed in the charging port. They cleaned it and gave me back my phone. They then tested it. No charge, thank you. I was shocked, i wanted to give them sonething for their help. After 2 nos they finally let me give them some lunch money. Thank you!

Took my laptop there for diagnostic. They said about $200 for parts and it still might not work. I said no thanks. My laptop was working fine until I stepped on the power cord while plugged in.

Gave a incorrect estimate I filed with insurance n when got paid the funds was short 100. So I paid from my pocket on that part, they didnt have the parts, ordered then, messed up on the order and then finally repaired it. Repair seems good but they also must have ur password n compromise your security.

They replaced the back glass of a Galaxy note 10 in about 2 hours. They did such a fantastic job, It looks like new!The cost was $100 and that is a lot better than a new phone.They are Samsung and google certified technicians and they are very nice and helpful people.

SSD on my laptop became dislodged because of manufacturer neglect. I brought it to the store to see if it could be fixed without having to send it back to the manufacturer. They opened the laptop and reattched the SSD in 10 minutes while I waited and didnt even charge me. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

The person I dealt was decent. Its expensive almost $300 to replace the glass. Oh and a new battery for the cost 👍. The thing that bothers me is that the qlass doesnt wrap around the way it was, so now its refurbished. If its going to Cost So Much to replace the glass, replace it like New.

They are very highly priced. $309.99 (tax included). I was in a rush to see if my phone could be fixed on the spot, yet I was baffled by cost. I went to iREPAIR and they charged me $144.55. If you would like to be ripped off, go to the Ubreakifix chain. The math does not match.

After taking my barely used hp laptop to best buy for a cracked screen replacement, and being told Im better off buying a new computer as well as the cost to fix through best buy would be $85 just to send it out and 2 weeks later whoever it was sent to would call with a final price (probably about $250 additional to the initial $85) and after the 2 week phone call, I was not told how long it would take after!! ..I decided I would take it to uBreakiFix. They were so friendly, extremely knowledgeable and took a look before closing 20 minutes later. I was told it could be fixed and would take about 5 days at the most. Payment wasnt required that day, but I decided to take care of it then. $160 (after tax) total!!! Not only was the price so much better, but they ended up calling me 2 days later and saying it was ready to pick up. They gave me advice on how to get my computer up to speed and was generally a great experience. Hopefully, I wont have to go back for any other electronic devices breaking, but I definitely would take anything else back to them. And I strongly recommend others going as well. Theyre fast, reliable and the least expensive. Thanks!!

Unfortunately due to their corporate policies and their agreement with Samsung, they were unable to service my phone (I had already taken is apart to replace the battery).But! They still went out of their way to put a test battery in it for me to see if that was in fact the issue. All the while full well knowing that I couldnt spend any money with them (and I wanted to!) That gesture saved me time and money to narrow down why my phone wasnt turning on.I am beyond grateful for the 5 minutes they willingly gave me at no cost. Absolute 5 star customer service. If I ever need to have a phone or tablet repaired, it will be by them for sure.

Took my iPhone 6s Plus in for repair, the Apple technician barely checked it over and told me to purchase a new one. I went here and they instantly knew what the problem was, they quickly took it back and called me when it was ready for pickup I am definitely going here again If I have anymore phone trouble. I wouldn’t recommend the Apple store go here instead!

Great service and work. Fantastic that they are open on Sunday.Very small waiting room with no magazines or TV. Because I was getting my phone fixed, it was hard to half the two hours. It was suggested that I walk around the area stores, most of which were closed on Sunday.

My new favorite place! The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Yesterday, I brought my daughters iPod Touch in to be repaired. They did a (free!) diagnostic and called me to approve the work that needed to be done. The work was completed within a couple of hours and was less expensive than the place in the mall that I had used before (way cheaper than the Apple store, too.) Their work is guaranteed and they seem willing to try to fix almost anything. I have an older tablet getting repaired right now... just waiting on the results of the diagnostic. Did I mention that was free?! Next to go in will be an old laptop with a screen replacement. This has been a great way to hand down outgrown electronics with expired warranties to my kids. The free parking was a bonus, too.

Replaced the battery on my HTC 10 when no one else on town would. The only sign it had been opened was that the screen had a slight gap to the body in the corner, but otherwise worked great for the better part of a year before I finally got a new phone

After dropping my phone and cracking the screen I took my phone to these guys. They warned me that it would take about three hours my particular phone, took my contact info and said that they would call me as soon as it was done. They called me in less than 2 hours letting me know it was finished. They were able to get right on it and finish it promptly. There were others in the office all 3 times I have stopped in and still were able to get mine done super fast.If you need cell phone repair I would suggest using these guys!

We brought my wifes Samsung S8 in to have the screen replaced after she rolled over the phone with her Xterra (it still worked, including the screen! The top glass was shattered but the LCD was OK!) Anyway, the technician that greeted us asked if we had insurance, and we do (Asurion). He said with the deductible it would only cost us $29! Initially we were expecting to pay $130! He saved us $100 and we will definitely be back in with the next broken phone!

They honored original quote offered online although it was under the price they usually charge. Screen looks great, fix was quick and they even charged my phone up for me.

I was away on a trip and my iPhone screen was completely shattered.....I called uBreakiFix on a Sunday and they had it fixed within 1/2 hour. Also, the price was the cheapest that I could find in Pittsburgh. Everything was 100% professional and I could not be happier. I would definitely go back if needed.

So if i could give this store a -5 stars I would. I picked up my kids ipad two days before Christmas they fixed the screen which obviously was cracked. As I am walking out the lady says their is a 90 day warranty on the screen. My wife two weeks later dropped it on the floor not hard wood but carpet and of course the screen cracked because that is what i pads do. We brought it back to get fixed and also had replaced the battery and get a kid proof protective case. I went to pick it up and when I got their the case that they had recommended did not fit so strike one, secondly I bring up the warranty topic about the cracked screen and he said the warranty is on the parts, whatever that means, i pads are a made of glass and plastic so that makes no sense at all strike 2. The clerk said and I quote if we honored that warranty every 89th day people would just break the glass and bring it in for repair, which if you are not going to honor the warranty makes no sense... strike 3. Finally we have spent over three hundred dollars with this store in less than a month, should of just bought a new ipad. My review go some where else, I know I will!
