I needed a simple replacement back for a diamond stud earring which was a relatively small purchase. I was treated by Anna as though I was buying the diamond studs themselves. In addition to matching it perfectly and securely through a special order that arrived the next day, she also checked the prongs of both earrings and cleaned them! Such amazing service. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this jewelers.

We visited Greenfield Jewelers for an engagement ring and Anna was absolutely lovely to work with. We felt really welcomed, never pressured to make a decision. She was really patient with us finding the right ring and explaining every process. The selection in the store itself may be smaller than others but they have a huge online catalog. Anna ordered several options after our first meeting so we can see the ring in person before choosing the one. She also worked with our budget when the ring I wanted was slightly over budget. We are excited to come back again later for our wedding bands!

Fantastic, friendly service. Went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band resized and had then back within a week with a great price. The rings also look cleaner than I can ever remember them (ha!) If you need any jewelry fix or watch fix, they are fantastic. Cannot recommend enough. Bought an engagement ring from Greenfield Jewelers, they were very kind, helpful and friendly. I feel like I got really good quality for what I paid for. My fiance loves their work. I felt very comfortable explaining what I was looking for and my budget. The place felt very mom and pop and helped me feel less anxious about needing to negotiate or know everything for the best deal possible like at a bigger store. Handle all your jewelry needs here!!! I had to get my engagement ring re-sized and I was feeling anxious to bring it anywhere. I trusted Greenfield Jewelers based on the reviews and a quick phone call to their store. Mike and Rosalind are both amazing and wonderful to work with. Mike is an expert and he returned my ring in more beautiful condition than when I brought it. They worked with my timeline and returned it in record time! I actually have to get it a bit smaller because I underestimated the scrawniness of my finger, and Mike was really understanding on the phone. I recommend this place fully! I think we will shop for our wedding bands here too :)

Great customer service

This was the worst experience I ever had at a jewelry store. I did business with andthe men Young woman in store before so I thought they had good business. I went in today with my daughter asking for a deal on them sautering my daughters necklace just to see if they would give me one. The older lady said we have bills to pay and we cant help you. Then she said I know youre kind and you can leave before I call the cops all in front of my daughter and I was just asking for a deal since I came there before. The I went to Pauls design in Lawrenceville and he sautered my daughters necklace cheaper than the price at Greenfield Jewelers anyhow. I was happy I took my business elsewhere.

Stopped over tonight to have a few watch batteries replaced. We got there shortly before closing, but both Mike and Rosalind were very nice and professional. We just moved back to the neighborhood after 15 years in the suburbs and its important for us to support local businesses. They had a nice selection and Rosalind answered some questions for me and showed me some options for some custom work. I liked chatting with them and getting to know the feel of the neighborhood. We will definitely be going back and giving them our business in the future.

Greenfield Jewelers were incredibly friendly, professional and honest! I went in with a platinum & diamond engagement ring that was too big. They took as much time as I needed and answered all of my questions and concerns about which size I should make the ring and how they do it.(I had questions about what happens when my finger swells in warm weather or during exercise and which size do I choose if my knuckle was wider than where the ring sits?)They even have a rush option if you would like your ring back as soon as they can get it done.I dropped it off this morning and they called me a few hours later to tell me it was done. It looks gorgeous and fits perfectly!

I have an engagement ring that needed some repairs. I also decided to finally have it resized. After doing research on jewelers, I decided to go to Greenfield Jewelers. I am so glad I did! After looking at my ring, we agreed on the repairs. I also decided to have my wedding band resized. We were visiting from NC when my wife realized that her heirloom ring had lost two prongs and one diamond baguette. We called and talked to Mike and he told us that he could put the ring back into good order in less than a week. The work was done beautifully. He also discovered another prong about to break and fixed that one too. Mike and Rosalind were so helpful and friendly. We may just need to drive back to Pittsburgh the next time we need jewelry repair.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience!I stopped in with my grandmother to get her a watch battery, and ended up buying a beautiful ring for myself. The owner/jeweler Mike was very friendly and gracious, even though we walked in ten minutes before closing! He replaced my grandmothers watch battery for her, and gladly showed me a ring that caught my eye (which I couldnt resist buying). It needed to be sized, which was done at no charge; it could even have been done same-day had I not come in so late. The resized ring turned out wonderfully and Mike was very knowledgeable about the stones and how I should care for them.The selection is lovely, and they even offer custom jewelry design, which was very impressive! Greenfield Jewelers is a wonderful small business, Id absolutely recommend it!

I was searching for a rather unique item (diamond buttercup earrings) for my mom this past Christmas. After scouring local jewelry stores, I was still empty handed. I then turned to the internet, which is where I found exactly what I was looking for, eureka! Despite being two states away, they accommodated me by shipping the earrings even though that was an unordinary request. I must say I was a bit apprehensive to purchase jewelry prior to seeing it in person, however their engagement quality pieces live up to that name! The pictures online did not do the earrings justice, they were absolutely stunning. The correspondence was always jovial, both over email and telephone.
