Went in with a full roll of junk silver quarters(40) and was testing to see what they offered.Most coin dealers offer 5-7% under spot(they are a business and have to make a profit). A roll of junk silver quarters is between 7.1 and 7.2 ounces for reference.Price for silver is about 22.60....which is about $160 a roll.They offered $136....which is almost %18 UNDER spot.Its also roughly the same buy price at the gold dealer down the street on McKnight road.Word to the wise...sell your coins online.

In my experience, always friendly and helpful. They are up front with their prices, they’re a business so of course they have to make a profit but they pay better than most any other cash for gold place I’ve ever sold gold and silver at. I can always trust that they’ll treat me fairly, excellent customer service and they are always very honest. The best around imo.

Could not be more pleased with the transaction with Sherrie. She was so thorough and explained value of every piece of jewelry I brought in to sell. She was extremely knowledgeable & used sophisticated equipment to analyze composition. It was very impressive. I was stunned at the amount of money I made.

Treasure hunt on McKnight Road is very reputable. I work with a woman named Sherry who was absolutely amazing. She took her time and made sure I got the value of what I was bringing in which really means a lot because you wouldnt be turning in your things if you didnt need the money. My son is also purchased many things from treasure hunt it has also been very happy with what he has got.

The manager or the owner came out told me the facts about jewelry, and explained to me that normally appraisals are done for a fee, but in my case he would help me out.Second... What an education I got! Now I know somethings for a fact that I had only speculated on before.Last but not least... Thank you! The first time I came to Treasure Hunt the experience was nothing short of incredible. They have an awesome selection of coins and jewelry. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating, they even took the time to tell me about a few pieces I wasn’t there to sell but wanted more information on. I was really excited to come back and learn more. Unfortunately, when my partner came in a second time to sell some jewelry, he was treated extremely rudely by a staff member named Shannon. By the time he left he felt so mistreated and embarrassed he was forced to take his business elsewhere. I was surprised to hear this since our first experience was so positive. Being someone who has worked in the service industry for many years I know the importance of professionalism to customers in the workplace. I’m sad to say I would not recommend coming to this business due to poor treatment by an employee.

I brought in some old jewelry I was no longer wearing. I met with Terri and she was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. I received an honest appraisal and top dollar.

Brought in 1 Carat TW Diamond earrings. Staff told me w/o “popping” out of brackets could not determine size? And stated they could offer me “maybe $200”. Went across the street to Jared who stated that was ridiculous. Verified 1/2 carat each and provided signed appraisal form. Told me I should not accept less than $750. Took earrings back to TH and was still told at best $200. Took Downtown and receiving $780 from Gold and Diamond Buyers.

So apparently a 14WG 2 CT diamond engagement ring & a 10YG band (w/ some diamonds) combined are worth $222, but sell for 5K. I might as well have gone in there w/ rings from Walmart. Thank you, next.

This place is a joke. Took my gold and diamonds there, they weighed the gold and gave me a price telling me the diamonds were included in the rate with the gold.

Wont give prices over the phone? Way to lose a customer!
