I have had multiple experiences with Linda at the Ross Park Mall location and she has been nothing but helpful and an absolute joy. I have purchased wedding bands + resized said wedding bands through her and she makes an otherwise stressful and (many times) expensive process very manageable. Would highly recommend this location, and specifically Linda.

Be careful with the things you are planning to purchase from Kays. Because I purchased a bracelet for my Wife from Kays, and it turned colors.

My husband and I came in today to exchange a Tungsten ring we ordered at Kay.comOur receipt that came with the package said we can only do an exchange in store, so we headed to Ross township mall. We just needed a smaller size, because his was a bit big that we ordered. The woman that helped us was extremely rude, and basically told us no can do. She kept slamming our box the ring came in down on the counter while repeatedly saying “yeah I don’t think we can do that”. She was very dismissive, unkind, and just was very obviously not willing to help us out. She went over to her manager for 30 seconds and came back and said the same thing. How hard is it to take our ring, help us figure out his size, and have a new one shipped to us? This is not a custom ring, a tungsten is a ready to ship. It was incredibly frustrating giving our business to a place that treats us poorly for whatever reason—I truly wonder if I were a 60 year old woman would she talk to us with the same unwilling tone? It felt discriminatory because we look “younger”, even though we are 26 and 31.

We stopped in the store just to browse but I ended up purchasing a late mothers day gift for my mom. The clerk went above and beyond to make us happy. Evan, young black guy, I believe was his name is very professional and made sure our experience was memorable. Smart choice, hiring him! Thank you!

Me & My fiance went here with a week until our wedding day. We were very overwhelmed about getting our rings in time, Lisa was more then accommodating for us!! She was so kind so down to earth, and got us our rings within 3 days! Thanks for everything Lisa!!

So my wife and I bought my wedding ring 5 years ago at Kays in Ross park Mall. She also purchased the life time protection plan so I could get it cleaned up as needed. Well, after only five years a large chunk of the inner gold band fell off. No big deal, I have the protection plan right? Wrong! They cannot fix my ring they have to make me a new one. So now I will never again have the ring that was given to me by my wife on my wedding day. I cannot express how sad this makes me. At my age, I have a lot of friends getting engaged and married and I have already told some of them this story. I am a sentimental person and these things matter especially when your selling something expected to have sentimental value. Because of this I am not at all likely to recommend Kays Jewelers and very likely to recommend going else where.

There a horrible business. There so rude and grimey. Feel like I’m talking to a car sales person. I got a warranty for a nice ring and my wife brought it back but because she didn’t bring it in every 6 months they can’t fix the missing diamonds. They never once told me that.

I sent my engagement ring two wraps and an enhancer to be soldered together got a promise date of 02/18. Called Saturday took three hours for someone to answer. I was told it would be in this morning, called today no answer several times finally got someone and what do they tell me. The repair guy couldn’t read the handwriting so they don’t know what needs done. I explain what needs done and now My stuff will be in Friday. They could care less about the service or what is going on. They were more worried about the people in their store and being short staffed. This has been an awful experience.

A very pleasant exerience. The store was not busy and staff did not pressure us when we starr ed d looking at jewelry. They let us look until we decided what we wanted. The sales person, I cannot remember her name was very knowledgeable and let us look at the pieces we had chosen. No other sales reps bothered us but did greet wi th h a smile. Overall I was impressed with how they were willing to assist other customers with choosing the jewelry they wanted and did not try to pressure them when they did want to make a purchase.

This place is the most disgusting place Ive ever dealt with sales associates at. I immediately returned my ring after they skipped me for another couple who came in after me, disregarding me and my questions. Lied to my significant other about the sizing and saying my size would take a few months to be done. They were rude and inconsiderate to my guests and myself, stating the bridal set we purchased was not in fact a set, though their website said differently. When I went to return my ring I was scoffed at and treated even more poorly because the manager was upset I was making a return.

Do not shop here! They offer you holiday cash for your next purchase. What they dont explain is that you have to spend 3 times that amount to redeem it. Called customer service and was told they talked to the manager and they would never explain it improperly. It was explained the same way to both my husband and I on 2 different occasions. Shady, misleading business practices. Buyer beware!

The customer service was very poor. I had to ask a woman to help me and she didnt look up while saying one minute I need to finish what she was doing on her iPad. She did take out a few pieces for me to see (hence the two stars), but she was talking with her coworker about food while she was helping me and she would interrupt me mid-question to speak with her coworker. She left me a few times to get her credit card and then get a different credit card and tell her coworker what she wanted from the food court, something I can shove down my face! She justified this by saying that she works 87 hour weeks. She also left me with the case open and said, watch this for 10 seconds, which shocked me as it would have allowed me to shoplift thousands of dollars of merchandise very easily. Another employee came back maybe 2 minutes later to close the case. The entire experience was awkward and while I did find a piece that I adore, I did not want to support that shop.

Place ducks. Ordered something November 13th, no email no phone call. Dec 22 went to see whats up, sorry its out of stock. Now I have no gift for xmas. Will never use this store again.

Very irritated with them. Still havent heard from them in over a month about an order that is already paid for. The Jeweler was long winded.
