Lisa was super helpful in agreeing to resize my engagement ring before our wedding. She did it while we waited and it was very affordable. Lisa was superb to work with through creating a custom engagement ring and wedding band for my wife. Lisa has made many items for me over the last 20 years, from a medical ID bracelet, a Robot pendant, many other pieces either in silver or gold. She usually gives me several designs (CAD or drawn, depending on the piece) to choose from and I always love the end result. Many years ago, I found some gorgeous tiger eye cabochons and beads that had been worked into an ornate necklace and earrings set where the cabochons were GLUED onto a backing and then crocheted into the pieces - not my style! However the price of $22.50 for all that tiger eye (huge pieces and lots of them) was my style and I just knew Lisa could do something awesome with them. She did and I now have a necklace, earrings and a bracelet that truly are fitting for me and a work of art! We work well together and Lisa has become my friend as well as my trusted jewelry designer.

I would like to first say that the engagement ring that Lisa helped me design was absolutely perfect, something that my fiancé couldnt of been happier with, and gets complemented on daily. Throughout the entire process from educating me on virtually everything about diamond rings to making sure it was ready for my engagement plans, Lisa made it so easy and enjoyable. Coming from an uneducated jewelry consumer, and self identified second guesser, this means a lot. The goal was always about finding the right design, and at no point was any particular direction forced, which I think lead to the perfect ring. We also got our wedding bands from Lisa as well, which was again a great experience. Lisa has definitely made a customer for life.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Lisa. I cant speak highly enough of my experience with her. She met with me several times to design the ring (including after hours and on weekends), was able to get approximately a dozen gemstones shipped to her store for me to look at, and in the end made exactly what I wanted (a ruby ring with a twisted band, so somewhat nonstandard). My fiancee loves her ring! I wouldnt hesitate recommending Lisa to anyone.
