They’re real expensive but they got really nice stuff you get what you pay for in jewelry in this place has really high-end pieces of jewelry. Circumstances and luck have allowed me to be generous, so I bought a stunning Rolex for my dad from Frannie. She shipped it overnight to him in Texas. I couldn’t be happier with Frannie and the Louis Anthony team of professionals. I have a wish list of items, and have placed a deposit with another jeweler a while back before I found out about LA. I’m considering withdrawing my deposit to support LA for my future items instead. I’m optimistic they can deliver within reason.

Ive been on the hunt for my dream watch for some time now - its one of those watches that is rarely (if ever) in stock. My wife and I walked into Louis Anthony the Friday before MDW on a whim hoping it was there - it wasnt. BUT, Heather (who Id 100% recommend youd work with) told us that my particular watch was one of those that would randomly come into stock - LA couldnt order it, it would just be shipped to them. Fast forward to the Friday before the 4th of July and I got the call from Heather that I was waiting for.Heather and the entire LA were/are fantastic to work with! My watch was kept in the back, untouched, direct from the manufacturer. She handled my watch with gloves so that my hand/wrist was the only thing it touched since the factory. She had it sized, wound, prepared (all plastic wrap removed) and even gave me a tutorial on how to use it (change time, keep it wound, etc). As I was getting ready to leave Lou came out to personally congratulate me on my purchase - it was a nice added touch.The entire staff at LA were incredible to work with. Top notch professionalism and not a single one of them seemed concerned that they helped me with my initial visit and ultimate purchase after the store closed before a holiday weekend.My wife now has her eye on a ring that is also not in stock... I stopped in to browse the watch selection knowing what I was after would not be on display. After talking with Heather about different models and the current retail climate I hesitantly told her the model I was after fully expecting her attention/attitude to change due to the demand of the watch and this being the first time in the store. Knowing what I was looking for probably would never be available through an authorized dealer, she never let it show or come across in any way. Most wait forever on lists and never have the opportunity to purchase this watch from an AD. 6 days later I received a call from Heather saying that “I know this is kind of quick” but we got one in and it was mine if I wanted it! I picked up the watch the next day with my son. Heather took the time to explain the watch and all its functions to my son as if the watch was for him (which one day it will be)! Heather is amazing! Both Lou Sr and Jr took the time to not only talk to me but both took the time with my 9yr old son so much as Lou taking his personal watch off his wrist to show him and explain it. I visited Louis Anthony after a friend recommended I take my moms jewelry to be repaired after she had passed in a tragic car accident. I was emotionally a wreck when I went to the store. They could not have been kinder or more caring to me. Her rings were cut off and had been roughed up quite a bit from being hit by the car. They help me design a one of a kind necklace from my moms engagement ring. They repaired the jewelry that could be repaired. I highly recommend this one of a kind jewelry store. The friend who recommended I go their also bought me a beautiful set of diamond mini hoop earrings for my birthday a few weeks ago. They are gorgeous and I have not taken them off since I received them. Thanks again for being more than a business.

While quarantining I mourned the loss of a friend and needed a candle to burn. I first visited the quaint Louis Anthony store last year while visiting the area in search of a new watch. A very nice gentleman showed me around (turns out he was Louis III!) and patiently walked me through not only the watches but also the great accessory and knife collections. Ive since purchased my first, and definitely not my last, watch from Lou. Louis Anthony offers the small, family-owned experience that is so hard to find these days. Highly recommend!
