The worst place to grab a load. Takes them 4hours to load. I’m never coming back here ever again. Idgaf how much they got loads for.

Arrived @ 12:30 for a 1pm appt. Got loaded at 5pm and this is what their scale reads. Waste of my time.Edit: it gets worse. They shifted the weight forward instead of taking weight off. Now I’m back at the dock waiting to get the weight taken off and hopefully not be overweight on the drives.

This is the best Midwest Warehouse Ive been so far they know how to treat drivers.. thank you keep that good work

It’s a long wait to check in. Drop loaded and pulled empty. Staff was helpful. No parking on-site or on street. Be careful with your route to this customer. Your GPS is not correct! 143rd Street from 59 is the correct route. The White Ranger.

Very organized, in and out without seeing anyone except the security...Make sure you:IDP/u# start 104Fill up a sheetThen straight to the dock .Green, red, green lightThen turn around the building to exit from the security guard.Make sure you keep the yellow magnetic on trailer to give it to the security guard on the way out.

One hour in and outNo overnight parking

Drop-off situation in my case. Got to my door pretty quickly after checking in with the guard shack. Unloaded my trailer under 2hrs. To be honest take I-55 to this facility.

Great place to offload. Friendly staff. One gate for check in and other side has checkout guard shack. If someone want to sleep, can be made upon request on security gate.

Worst place for loading. I got here at 2pm and received a dock fast. Appt was 3pm and did not leave until 630pm. FOR SURE THEY SKIP DRIVERS AND SELECT WHO THEY WANT TO LOAD FIRST OTHER DRIVERS HAD APPT TIME AFTER MINES

Good place to load I was 28 hours early on my load on Friday hAv cdl, pu number starts with 104 or 105 b nice and wait 4 rows was 8 deep don’t go on right side for dhl only

Tried to tell me the product they put on my trailer was 43 thousands but by their own scale 79,500 gross my empty weight 32,000 with a full tank I only had a half tank here somebody cant add

No on-site parking, parking on road prohibited.Guard shack offers great customer service and the facility is very clean and reasonably quick.If not for poor management decisions about parking, this would be a five star operation.

Signage/address (25820) easy to find and clear. Appt. 1300. Arr. 1035. Loaded 1135. Smooth in-processing at east gate. Pick up BOL and seal at out process--west gate. Scale available at west gate. Appreciation/gratitude to the staff. Thank you. (Notes: my dispatch said Diageo. There is a large Diageo facility to the east. Not the load site. Residential areas--check final mile carefully.)

Check in at 5pm now its 11pm only 5 pallet still green light..and they tell me they can find in system that Im on door ..great work by security lady

Been here a cpl times, for delivery. Guard shack check in takes a few, unloaded trailer timely & guard shack check out is quick . Take you early when they are not over loaded with trucks (get there before 3pm👍 ). The people are always friendly. ☺️

GPS will give you Wrong address, you need to continue to the end of street and you will see a Big warehouse on your right (north).Check in at guard and will assign you a door, after that they load me in 40 min. First time here and liked it

Great visit... quick unloading/ Loading at this location.

No place for drivers to get out of the wund rain or snow. Long line at check in. Loading time is about 60 to 90 minutes. The guard shack at exit is where yo get your paperwork. You can scale on site.

Ok SO! I was dispatched to DIAGEO not knowing this was Midwest warehouse.OH BOY Midwest warehouse is absolutely terrible for truck drivers. The 1401 Remington location was my 1at experience with Midwest warehouse. Absolute $H!t show. I come here not knowing this was Midwest warehouse and what do you know. Same thing. Terrible Idk how Midwest waRehouse stays in business but they have to do better. If you value your Drive clock and drive time don’t take loads from Midwest warehouse. The load I was scheduled to pickup i told my dispatch that I decline and just like the Remington location do not send me to Plainfield either

Terrible place! Took at least 30 minutes at the gate. Been docked for 2 hours now without being loaded. Wont come back here again!

This place dont care of unloading you in a decent amount of time so you can get to your next load or not eating up your hours. Slow, slow, sad there is no negative stars to give. Please avoid as possible.

Drivers Avoid this place I checked in on time they give me door Wright away waiting 3 hours & 40 minutes still They never Load Light still green After That I give up And Left with out Load. Trust me Lot drivers Complaing waiting 6 to 7 hours. DONT GO THIS PLACE

Terrible people from a guard shack, there is planty of room to park on property or on street but they call police.. Be careful..

Gotta say this place is a joke. I have only been here 3 times and all 3 times they cant find my load and when they do it takes all night to get loaded. Takes far too long to check in on top of everything else.

Appointment 10am . Got there 8am and left empty 9:30 am. It actually took them more time to check me in at the gate than actually unload a full trailer.

La experiencia no es la mejor . Llegada a cargar a 1:30 y salida 8:30 pm.. Los empleados muy amables pero no se en la parte administrativa qué pasa y porque tantas horas para una carga.
