I went in to get my vehicle safety inspection done. I was not sure if they would do it on Saturday. The service advisor Carolina Zulaica was very nice. She took my information and it was done in very little time. I also inquired about tires as I will need some in the near future. Their prices are competitive and road hazard warranty is included. I was impressed with her professionalism and her knowledge. In the event you need repair or tires I would recommend giving them and her a call.

I definitely see why people go to San antonio to get things done for there vehicle how the heck are you going to start with 300$ then jump to 400 for a brake bleed job and there excuse was why it jumped to that much is because (we used mopar brake fluid)and yeah a bleeder screw washer a box of washers are like 10 bucks and a can of brake fluid is 8 a bottle!! On top of that they took two days to do the dam job !! I understand making money but not just making numbers up to make money!!

I always dread car shopping. Between the time and signing, it can be overwhelming, but I can’t thank the Pleasanton team at Allways for making it painless and working so quickly. Beware if you go to this dealership. They lie to you and try to make it seem like you are getting something extra. It was funny because the salewomen told me I was paying 1k extra for 3 years of maintenance. Once I signed, a different person comes in and says its not true and you get one year FREE maintenance. So basically they make you pay extra money for nothing. I would recommend going to any other dodge dealership for your needs. Just to be clear, Jessica was my salesperson and once she realized that she lied to me, she quickly left the office and I didnt see her anymore. I cant stress enough to beware at this dealership. They honestly dont care about you and want to make as much as they can off you. I recommend that you give them all zeroes on the survey you get after you purchase. Im still waiting to receive mine. I guess they put a bogus email in the system so you cant honestly review this horrible dealership.

This past Saturday my husband and I went in to purchase a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys Edition. We were shown the vehicle we were asked for our financial information we were told that we qualified for a new loan and then we were told that we could not purchase said Jeep because someone else wanted it. Ralph is responsible for this Fiasco. My husband and I will be hard-pressed to return to this dealership in the future. I even offered to make a $1,000 deposit and was told no. We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership in the past 4 years we certainly did not expect the treatment we received. And Ralphs attitude was basically that he did not care because he would get paid regardless of whether or not we bought the Jeep. I must say that everyone else involved that day was a pleasure to work with, all except Ralph. By the way Ralph is one of the sales managers. Evidently he does not understand customer service or satisfaction. I hope I never see him again I wont have anything nice to say.

The service at this facility is a complete joke!! One of my Techs took his truck in to have the brakes inspected and they told him he had 50% left. Two weeks later I personally inspected the inside and found the rotors are ruined from the pad being wore completely down.

Had a great experience. Our car was totaled so we quickly needed a replacement. After finding the car online it was easy working with the team to do the paperwork and take possession of the car. They even helped find a driver to meet us halfway.

Mom made an appointment a WEEK in advance for a recall. Brought Jeep in first thing in the morning on a Monday. Received phone call after 3 in the afternoon and told that they don’t have the parts. WTH! They knew for a week the car was coming in and they didn’t bother to check if they had the parts?! Then they said they’ll check when the parts will be in and call back. But they didn’t. Mom calls back next afternoon and man says “Oh yeah, parts should’ve been here this morning, let me check.” Comes back a few minutes later “No, the parts didn’t arrive. We’ll have to call our distributor.” So no guarantee they’ll be there tomorrow. My mom needs her car for a Thursday dr.’s appointment so we have to pick the car up since they close at 6 pm, and I work so I wouldn’t get home in time Wednesday to drive her there. They had the car for two whole days and nothing got done and no communication. Worst customer service in the Service Department we have ever experienced. Should’ve stuck with Bluebonnet in New Braunfels.

I worked with Rob Smets, and could not have been happier. He was very nice and very genuine. Overall, the dealership was far above average and worth consideration if you are looking for your next vehicle.

Hands down worst customer service experience of my life. Found a truck online and began the process of purchasing the truck out of state. Comunication was very slow and nothing moved, i called each day to find out where we were in the process. After being assured the truck was mine on a friday and that they were just finishing up paperwork, i was called on monday to be told the truck was sold to someone else by mistake. I was then told that they were going to find comperable truck and make it right. 2 days later we had a truck identified and dealer agreed to make upgrades to make it equivalent to the original truck. By the next day i was told that instead of transfering the truck from another dealer, they would hand me off to that dealer to finish the deal. In reality the other dealer had no idea what i was talking about and nobody will answer my calls at Allways Atascosa. Im truely blown away with the poor customer service.

Was looking at a used truck they had posted on their site. Tried calling multiple numbers to confirm whether it was still available...no answer... Tried only chat, nothing.... Eventually just drove down to try and put eyes on it, assuming they may be closed or minimal manned due to COVID.... Nope, fully operational; however, not so much as a hi when pull in. Walked the entire lot passing several individuals employed by the dealership, and not a soul greeted me... Dealership in Corpus responded to, confirmed, and sold the truck I was looking at before these guys even initiated any correspondence. Guess they didnt want my money.

Good service. Dropped off vehicle in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The issue with the truck was resolved. Driving back home, I noticed a check engine light came on after being on the highway for a minute. The truck drove back a little hard. Ran the error code generated from my FOB. So I guess now the truck needs a tune-up. Thought their mechanics would have field tested the truck and seen this engine light come on. Its been 6 days and light does not go away. I will get this addressed tomorrow.

I cant tell you how many times people have tried to take advantage of me and how many places Ive walked out of for that exact reason. Bought a used Dodge Ram truck here.1. They didn’t clean the truck from the previous owner, shoes, mud, fishing gear and chains were in the bed of the truck and dried mud on the inside.2. They said they would “detail the truck” after I bought it. I was thinking awesome vacuum, clean the inside, wash the outside etc...nope they literally just took out everything that was left In the bed from Previous owner.3. The truck had mechanical issue I found out and they overcharged the ac to cover up the ac compressor was going out. Went out within the week. And I asked for car report witch they had but didn’t let me see? They kept it in there hands and read it to me...sketchy.4. They were nice but after seeing how The lack of respect for me with showing me the truck And after I bought it I won’t buy from them again.

Wasn’t happy with the service. I drove an hour to drop my truck off at the dealership. Had to leave it for 4 days.I get a call saying it’s ready to be picked up. I was given the paperwork that detailed what they had “fixed”. Turns out it was the same as when I dropped it off. Even though they called me and told me it was ready. They had me pay even though I still have warranty from when I bought it. I did get a refund as soon as I saw that nothing was fixed. Then I also asked if they could replace the battery to my remote for the alarm. It still isn’t working.Wasn’t pleased at all.

I was in the market for a used 3/4 ton and came across what looked like a good buy, so I called and got GRAVES WALLACE on the phone and our first conversation went great, told him what I wanted what I had for a trade and that I lived over 100 miles away asked if he could send me more pictures of the truck and get a ROUGH est on my trade before I wasted a trip, well several hrs went by and never got anything or a call so I call to the store and ask for him again I understand sales is busy. Finally get picture at 6:30 at night send him my trade and never heard back from him I messaged home the following morning and he said he was busy but would get back to me 9hrs later I message him again and he tells me SORRY BUT CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE TAKE PRIORITYSo long story short I will never deal with this dealership ever since they dont care about online customers

Horrible dealership....buy somewhere else and have your vehicle serviced elsewhere too! I had a ongoing service/warranty issue since Sept 2017 and nobody has gotten back with me! MIKE BOOTH passed my compliant to the service manager, then to a sales guy and then ultimately where I gave up to SHANE SCHUCHART. After several calls/emails over the last 5 months to Mike and Shane, I have accepted they are not willing to do anything to keep a customer satisfied. I would recommend going elsewhere!
