Purchased an automobile that was represented as a non smoking vehicle. Received the vehicle with slashed tires and was filthy inside - smelled terrible. T&T paid for me to replace tires and have it detailed locally. We had to pay for a second detailing that still did not get rid of the horrible cigarette/cigar smell. When I brought this up to him by voice mail, Shane (T&T owner ), quit taking my calls. After we paid $400 for second detailing the car still smells. Had a good experience with another car purchase from him, but would not use them again. Nice going

I didnt know I could have such a great experience buying a vehicle. No pressure. Just tell Tom what you want and he will find it for you! They handle the paperwork DMV and all! He tells you what he charges and there are no surprises. It was very enjoyable to work with Tom and he found exactly what I was looking for. I picked it up beautiful and clean and couldnt be happier.
