They turned our 07 Elantra into a brand new car; detailing was outstanding!

This business is not open. We called twice and received no answer regarding the vehicle we saw on website. We drove an hour to see vehicle and the business has no vehicles around building, is closed, empty at 4pm on 3/30/2021.

I found AutoSense online and contacted Eric regarding a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium. He answered all my questions and even sent me additional pictures since I am very particular about my vehicles and I also live 2.5 hours away. While the car had all the options that I was looking for, Erics customer service and attention to detail was second to none. He was able to do all the registration, license, etc on site which was a great plus to me during this period of social distancing. The price was great and the customer service was even better. Had a minor issue with the car and they were more than accommodating in getting it resolved. We had a great truck buying experience at AutoSense!!We promised a review but waited about a year to post one, to see how they would handle any issues that popped up.Within a few days of purchasing a diesel truck, an exhaust sensor went bad; We called and brought it in. The part was replaced within 2 days with no questions asked. We have had no further issues with the truck during the 20K miles weve put on it in the past year.I would strongly recommend this dealership to friends and family.The staff is nice and is prompt with communication and resolutions.

Autosense Plover is one of the very few good places to buy an used car in Wisconsin. They dont tag their vehicles with an unnecessarily high price. The prices are fair to begin with.Then comes their service which is top notch so far. The car I bought has some problems with the brakes, as soon as I brought it to their attention, they have offered to replace it. I found both Ryan and Clark very helpful and honest in their trade.Only reason I am giving a 4 star because, I was given only 1 set of keys for the car. Another set of keys would cost me around a 100 bucks. Had I known it earlier, I would have bargained that price from the agreed value. :(

Took my truck in for an oil change. Technician was fast and had a great understanding of my vehicle. Went with a all in one package. So I received an oil change, tire rotation, car wash, and vacuuming all for a great low price. Will definatly return and recommend it to all my friends and family.

From the the minute I meet Clark he was very helpful in my search for a different vehicle. I never felt pressured into buying a vehicle from him. They had just gotten finished with the final inspection on a trade they had recently gotten in. A 2008 Chevy Trailblazer, it did have couple of problems but both Clark and Tim made sure they were fixed. After I took position of the Blazer I found another problem I took it back in and again they got right on it and got it repaired with no excuses or hassles. When my wife is ready to get a different vehicle we will be going back to see Clark and Tim at auto sense in Plover.

I really thought I would give autosense 5 stars but Ive had so many issues with my car its ridiculous. First of all 2 days after i purchased my car my engine light went off, I took it into autosense and they told me itd be a 300 buck repair on ME. Literally 2 days after I got my car. Ive had at least $700 in repairs besides the engine light issue. I thought the people at the dealership were really nice and helpful until i went in after my engine light went on because then they were super rude and told me essentially that it was on me to fix anything because they sold the car as is . Super Unhelpful, especially to a first time car buyer :(....Update- they offered to fix my car for my initial issues and were helpful in the end.

This review is not only of AutoSense but also of the Service Manager, Jim. I purchased a car from Tim in April and I thought the sales process was a great experience. Unfortunately, in August some issues came up with the car that were traced back to before I purchased the car but were not made apparent to us until I went for my first oil change – after my 30-day limited warranty. I contacted Jim about these issues and he worked extremely hard to correct the issue with very little inconvenience to me and better yet – at NO cost to me! He provided me with a loaner car and took the time to correct the issue the right way so that I won’t have to continue dealing with it.I cannot express how thankful I am for this experience with AutoSense and Jim, in particular. I now feel I am a part of the AutoSense “family” and I will definitely go with them the next time I need to purchase a car. Great price on my 15 ram.. kinda disappointed with the service department as the oil needs to be changed and was low on fuel.. just bought today n i shouldnt have to pay for oil change concidering the amount i paid for it.. when its there job to maintain and service the vehicles they have before selling..

The sale was easy but sales rep didnt say anything about not having a spare key so we payed out of pocket for that. Bought the explorer Friday picked it up Monday. Only a quarter tank of gas in it. Got to the office popped the hood there was no cap for the power steering reservoir. Front and back wiper blades need replacing. Wont buy from them againThe owner Clark reached out to my wife and I to explain the services that they do and do not provide. They ended up replacing the wiper blades, and the vehicle looked like it was washed and waxed. Much thanks Clark hope to do business with you and your team at AutoSense of Plover.

UPDATE 8/15. Autosense reached out to me ASAP and wanted to fix the issue. We took the car back in to them and both rear calipers were replaced and the noise is finally gone. I am changing my review for that reason. Most dealers wont give you the time of day after they made the sale but Autosense went above and beyond. Thank you AutosensePurchased a 2007 Honda Ridge line. During the first week an on going issue started with it and we ended up taking it back to Autosense several times to fix it. At first I was told there were no issues but I had 2 other shops tell me otherwise. Autosense finally fixed my issue by replacing the back brake pads but they didnt fixed the problem. My passenger side rear caliper had been seizing up which had been destroying my brake pads and rotors on top of making a bunch of noise. To me it was kinda fishy to only have 1 bad brake pad.This kind of issue should not have been missed especially on multiple occasions, a Brake failure is fairly important to catch.I did enjoy the buying process and I do like the vehicle alot, I will probably return to Autosense to purchase again but as far as the service center goes I will be looking elsewhere.

Car buying has always been a test of wills: me determined not to buy the car that the salesman is showing me, and the salesman being determined to get me to buy what he wants me to buy. This usually ends with me walking off the lot and refusing to do any business with that dealership. Im also not completely comfortable with the Internet approach that many dealerships have since it seems to be the same as being mobbed by salesmen as soon as you walk on the lot. I prefer to do my research, drive the vehicle, and then decide whether I want to buy it.I started a conversation with several Internet Sales Representatives including Clark at AutoSense via email before I stepped on any lot. Clark was the only one who seemed interested in finding out what I wanted and not what they wanted to get off of their lot. This helped me to feel comfortable with the dealership.A week later when I arrived at AutoSense in Plover, Clark sat down with me. We discussed my lifestyle, my wants, and what kinds of vehicles I had researched or looked at. Then he asked me if there were any vehicles on the lot Id like to try...and he indulged me as I proceeded to drive three trucks and get them stuck in a cornfield and on a frozen pond. I was impressed that after managing to get each truck stuck, unstuck, and then back to the lot, he and Tim just smiled and gave me the keys to the next vehicle I wanted to try out.Clark listened as I gave him an assessment of each vehicle and what I liked and didnt like. At the end of my trials (ha!), he repeated back to me what I had told him about each vehicle. After hearing the playback, it was obvious to both of us which vehicle I enjoyed driving the most.Next order of business, the trade-in. Clark inspected my trade-in and proceeded to quote me a price that was reasonable and well within Blue Book value. After I calculated the costs and fees, AND HE THEN CAME UP WITH THE EXACT SAME PRICE, we shook hands on a deal and I bought one of the three trucks I had driven. I chose a well-kept, low mileage Ford Explorer Sport Trac from among three choices: the Sport Trac, a Nissan Titan and a Toyota Tundra. All were well-kept, well-priced, low mileage pre-owned vehicles. I drove home and came back for the Sport Trac a couple of days later.After two days of driving the Sport Trac around, I decided that I wanted a Tonneau cover on the open bed. Clark arranged to have the cover ordered and installed by a local business (which was important to me). Installing the Tonneau took a couple of days, and AutoSense provided a loaner vehicle to me. After the cover was installed, Clark and his father drove the Sport Trac back to me in Rhinelander (1.5 hours North of Plover). We traded vehicles, and I went on my merry way.Since buying the Sport Trac from AutoSense, I have recommended this dealership to any and everyone who will listen. The fact that AutoSense many makes and models of vehicles on the lot, and allowed me to compare vehicles, made it an experience that was not a test of wills. I had a positive car-buying experience, and I feel like Ive purchased a vehicle that meets my style, my wants and my wallet. I also believe I got a a fair and honest deal. Therefore, I advise anyone looking for these qualities in a dealer and a dealership to set their GPS for AutoSense in Plover, Wisconsin!I am NOT a paid spokesperson...
