The show room is pretty good & affordable. The customer service is normal nothing to crazy. The actually inventory takes forever to come in Queen and King size. All the best pieces are always back ordered.

I received a recliner loveseat that did not recline. They exchanged the furniture for another loveseat that also did not recline. They refused to replace that piece- said that they will send a service person to fix the new furniture. I will never shop there again.

STAY AWAY! They are crooks and dont know how to provide fair customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY! I got a stain on my sofa which should have been covered under the warranty. So when I called customer service they didnt send someone until 6 days after! Now they are being sleazy and say that its not covered because its accumulated stains/damage over time. They said I should have reported right away, which I did. I will never recommened or purchase from this company again.

This is my second visit to this store on Poweline Rd in Pompano Beach and my first impression is the same. Bad customer service!!I walked in and was looking around. Only on the way out did someone say hello from behind a desk.No one asked then, nor this time if I needed help to find anything.I printed my pay stub and had my referrals ready to do business but service sells, and there was none to buy at this location. Not good or quality service anyways... I will try another location instead.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. I purchased a new sofa and the supervisor was rude and wanted to transfer me to a rep when she was the supervisor. Which I don’t understand but anyways, The delivery guys did not care when I told them not to take out the piece in the rain to wait a bit. They went ahead and took it out put it inside the house without being careful and broke it. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Bad purchase

Bought bedroom set, cocktail table, end table and accent table. Love all the pieces. The cocktail table had to be replaced 3 times as they all came damaged. They asked if we wanted a different style but we love the one we ordered. They finally repaired the last one and did a great job. Only we would know where they fixed it. They were extremely accommodating. Kudos to Alex, assistant store manager, Joe, store manager and all the other staff.

Nobody from the staff spoke as I struggle to enter the facility with my walker and no one offered assistance after about 10 minutes sitting there. There was no excuse for such poor customer service and acknowledgement especially noticing that they appeared to be fully staffed with very few customers. I decided to leave and take my money where Im appreciated as a disabled Vet and law abiding customer. Thanks for nothing Badcock!Location was in Pompano Beach, Florida off Powerline Road.

I wish i could give them zero stars . We brought a bedding set and I’m regretting it . When it got delivered the delivery guys we’re very impatient and all they could do is stare at me like they have never seen a woman before . The quality of the furniture sucks . I could of gotten a better bed frame and dressers at a local Walmart that lasted longer than this. I’ve only had the set for 6 months . It was a waste of money and time . I will never deal with them ever again.

We purchased a leather power sofa and leather power recliner 2 years ago. We also purchased the 3 years furniture protection plan. Both sofa and recliner started peeling. Also the recliner is punctured and not working property. I contacted Bandcock furniture plan department and reported it. They sent a man 3 days later to take pictures . I had to call to follow up and they tell me that all we are getting is $374 store credit for the furniture as they no longer carry our model. We will have to cover the difference and return our furniture. Our paperwork clearly estates that punctures, rips and cuts are covered under the protection plan. We feel like we were ripped off.

After 12 months of purchase an leather sofa and we purchase insurance for the furniture as well. loveseat for my wife which is going through chemo ! the love seat caught fire she was siting there noticed it was smoke all over the living room because she couldn’t move from the chair because of getting chemo the day prior to that and after that we call the store they send the manager over they refuse to replace it and 12 months after that both the Love chair and the sofa I’ll phone the pot as of today very dissatisfied!!! it’s a shame that you Gotta pay for something that’s not worth it I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! divine.

I wish I could rate this a ZERO!!!!! The delivery drivers were rude and really disrespectful. They all were using profane language around my wife and daughter because they were upset about doing the job they applied for. To top everything off instead of them doing there job they were trying to get at my wife. One of them even touched her. Also it is NOT cool for a group of grown men trying to pick up my child. There is a strong lack of professionalism at this place. They all should be fired.........This is not my first time purchasing items from here but after this experience this will definitely be our last.

Terrible customer service, Mark one of the managers is charging me $15 late fee because they had the wrong credit card number on file, when I specifically gave them my new card number. He told me if I didnt pay the $15 late fee it would go on my credit. Dont appreciate that threat! Just lost a great customer, over $15.

Terrible customer service! Had to threaten with a lawyer to get a refund due to a rude and incompetent delivery driver. Would not recommend dealing with this company in any capacity for anything. There are several other companies out there with much better customer service and more knowledgeable representatives and more respectful delivery drivers.

Terrible quality, I spent over a thousand dollars on a couch set, even got the extended warranty 80 for the sofa and 60 for loveseat, the loveseat started to rip open from the seems, guess what??!! Warranty doesnt cover that kind of problem, if you buy there make sure you read what you are getting is really a rip off

I purchased a three-piece leather seat from Badcock on powerline about two years ago. The leather skin has been peeling terribly on the couch. I hardly ever use it so it didnt start to peel for a while. But now its feeling very bad. I went into speak to the sales rep and she told me that they recalled a bunch of the same furniture because of manufacturer defects. But she could do nothing for me. Thats absurd. Thats not good customer service. Ive been a good customer and I hardly ever use the furniture. And it looks terrible. And they wouldnt do anything. Im not a happy camper and theyve lost my business. And Im gonna make sure that they lose a lot of other business because of this experience. Social media is going to get a lot of use telling them about this Badcock furniture. Terrible treatment of a good customer. Ive spent over 7,000 dollars at that store!!! Shame on me!!! I rate them zero stars,.... But it wont take the review without one.

BewareI bought a combined sofa & love seat (simili leather).They offered to take a warranty.I refused since my wife & I take great care of our belongings.Furthermore we don’t have children’s & live here less than 5 months a year.After less than 22 months (less than 10 months of actual usage,the love seat starts to detoriate so much that the simili leather detached from the sofa & sticked to the skin.I called and they sent a representative to our condominium.The person couldn’t not comprehend the condition of the love seat,while the sofa looked like brant new.A few days later a received a call from Badcock stating that they would contacted the manufacturer to replace the love seat.I thought that it would be a fair arrangement from a responsable company.Later they said this was not anymore possible & offered a 250.00$ worth of their furnitures as long as I was going to return my sofa & love seat(value at least 1500.00$).I could not believe my ears.If you need furniture,buy from a company that have good products & specially a company that take care of their customers.A very,very disappointed consumer

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this company, I purchased a “leather” sectional for $1000 about 3 years ago. The thing is peeling off and leaving a mess all over my living room, needless to say that was my last purchase from them.

Theres a reason why people say do your research first I would never purchase from them again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy I thought I purchased a brand-new refrigerator just to find out that it was actually a refurbished 2011 I purchased the refrigerator for roughly 600.00 and had it for less than 3 months when I called the warranty department I was told there was no warranty and I would be responsible for 600 for parts and labor thats a 1200 investment on a 2011 refrigerator when I called the store the manager who sold the fridge to me he stated that he would get back to me bottom line still waiting with no response from there staff and 200.00 worth of food and medication going bad if I wanted a refurbished refrigerator I would have gone to craigslist.I feel like I got a broke down hooptie from a shaky sales man.My next step is reporting them to the BBB and possibly help me Howard please save yourself the headache and stick with hhgreg or brandsmart
