This store managed to not have 5 out of the 7 things I needed and always got there before. Rust-Oleum professional spray? No black. Satin or gloss clear? Nope. Lacquer only. Matte nickel silver? Nope metallic only. Dap exterior caulk in black? Nope. White or brown only. 12 masking paper? 36 only. How about and air blower in the air tool section? Nothing even close. No more Parts Blaster in a gallon anymore.I think its time to find another supplier to take care if my business needs.
Due to our business growth, we recently decided to upgrade our lunch room refrigerator. After a very deep search, we found a Magic Chef 7.4 cubic feet unit with 2 doors (top freezer and bottom fridge) at an amazing prize at Homedepot, to replace our old and little 3.4 fridge. The transaction was fast and the price, shipping included, was unbeatable.. 100% recommended

Got what I needed. In and out then I had to return it, very long return line. Picked out a different faucet and up until that point it was pretty good. Then it had a special security thing on it n the thing that would un lock it didnt work. Then I got attitude from girl at the desk, now 20 minutes passed, oy vey! It was the last faucet of this kind, now theyre paging mgr, now 30 minutes, finally my friend went and got wire cutters came back n cut it off! Now 40 minutes and Im getting attitude again! They couldnt think of this??? Waste of my time!!! I was always a home depot girl but I think Ill switch to lowes, much better nicer smarter customer service!!! Ugh!!!But it is a fabulous Koehler faucet.
Very good location. Everything I needed was in stock. Most satisfied with the practical stuff they sold I was able to pick up house hold cleaning supplies along with a few important maintenance control items for my auto. Went online searched home Depot with Google search engine and located the store near me and the I was able to verify my items were in store on the shelf and the aisle number. I adjusted the zip code to see what stores in the area had my items
8/14/21 around noon. What a beautiful shopping experience my husband and I had yesterday. Ron stopped in his track to ask if he could help us find what we were looking for. He took us to Rainee who not only helped us but lead us to a better bargain😀Talking about our experience this morning is the reason I’m reviewing👍🏾
One of the worst home depots to ever go to. To many contractors, very hostile environment. All tools are locked up in cages.
Use to be clean. Has gone downhill in the past year. I used to go more often. But now go to the coconut creek location.
This HD is great. You can order online and they will bring it right out there to you and you dont even have to get out of the car. That works great here especially when I am in a hurry. The store is huge and you can walk around it a couple times and that is your exercise for the day. Just kidding. I have noticed sometimes finding things can be a bit of a drag. Then you run into an employee and ask and they take you right to it. Of coursenyqou have walked right by it 3 or 4 times.
They do not answer phone. Was there in the appliances section the sales person a woman was rude and disrespectful and did offer much help. I was wanting to buy a microwave that were all on a self 10 ft up . I tried to call customer service after 10 minutes they answered and then put me on hold what a sorry sorry work force.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. I was looking for new carpet for my bedrooms. The only reason Im giving the 4 stars is pricing. They were not competitive...
Home Depot usually has whatever we need to finish the job. The employees could be a little more knowledgeable but its probably not the best job in the world money wise so you wouldnt be able to have experts. Parking is usually good at Home Depot and prices are reasonable.
Pretty good shopping experience. Do need more customer service folks on the floor to help. Gotta walk too far and search too hard try to get some help. However, the products you need and pricing is there. Very organized.
The garden center could be much better a little more selection with trellises and things gardening things at least in the springtime you would think. Also plants that should have been watered were dry and dying and plants like cactus and succulents were sitting in pools of water. might as well just throw them away if you let them sit like that theyre just going to get root rot or do you not care that customers are going to buy a plant that you know is going to die
I always rent tools from this location. The guys there are always so helpful and make sure you have the right tool for the job. Had to grind down concrete for my shower rehab. The got me the best tool for me to do the job (light enough that I could handle the tool for the job) and even helped me find the right grinding doc too.

Just wanted to say thanks to Marcus, Steven and Jonathon for helping me out today. They were very helpful and willing. All three unloaded a vanity for me earlier today. Upon entering the store, Leonardo from the bath department was able to assist me with finding everything I needed for my project. As soon as I walked out of the store Jonathon and Steven were there again ready and willing to help me load another vanity in my vehicle. Thanks a million guys!!!

Spent over $200 in epoxy paint... first was 1 part epoxy and I asked for a clear epoxy. They gave me a concrete clear gloss paint, after I paint the clear it created reaction and the clear gloss became yellow. Ok . Went back to the Home Depot store and told the specialist that didn’t work the paint he recommended me and he said I could use the rock solid paint on top that will be perfect. I asked him are you sure i can paint on top of that regular clear coat? The guy told me yes... end of story is the clear coat started to peel off... went back to the store and they told it’s my problem i need to call all the different company’s of paint they sold me and recommended me to come to my house and inspect.... I will never go back to this store
Home Depot gets worse every time... Manager has no clue how to run a business. They have entire rows blocked off during the busiest times... employees are constantly busy moving pallets of non-sense (concrete) instead of helping active customers. The Lumber department is the ABSOLUTE WORST, lazy employees in every aisle. This particular location has valuable parking spaces blocked up with lumber carts instead of inside where you need them. Not to mention more spots blocked by Rental Items. If only corporate had someone who actually watch what happens at their locations. Welcome to the new Era of business.!!
Customers BEWARE! Home Depot has despicable customer service. I was misled by a sales associate to make a $3990 purchase on an item that I needed much support by the associate prior to buying. The sales associate did not sell me the product that he described based on my detailed explanation. When this was discovered, I returned to the store and did not receive a positive outcome. I was directed to the southern regional manger and, again, no validation of my concern was given and the issue was not rectified. I then contacted the customer service department at the Corporate Level with NO success. It has been an extremely disappointing experience. I will NEVER step foot into another Home Depot again. I was not treated as a valued customer and I was dismissed when sharing a mistake that was made by a sales associate!
Todays visit was a typical Home Depot visit. By that, I mean the high level of customer service Ive come to expect at Home Depot was in full force today. The store was not too crowded, and self-checkout was walk-up ready. Id like to give a shout-out to the gentleman behind the Paint counter this morning. He was quick and knowledgeable.

I hope this is the Home Depot on Copans Rd. Went in on multiple occasions. On one occasion I was helped by a gentleman by the name of C Ashley. He is a very knowledgeable employee. He needs to be at every location. I was extremely happy when I left. He brought me right to where i needed to be and explained all product on what i was looking for. Thank you for hiring such great staff.

I went this morning to try to fix a dripping pipe in my Kitchen sink. I try to look for the needed pieces without finding. I asked for help and they told me to look for Andrea, the plumbing expert. She asked me a few questions and walked me to the 2 parts I needed. Thens she asked me if I had the tool (which I did not) and showed me expensive pipe wrenches, but then she told me I could save money with a lower price plier. She walked half the store and find the tool I needed, saving me 12$. All this with a smile. I went home and installed the dripping pipe in 10 minutes. Now my wife is very happy. What a great service. Home Depot, you should give Andrea a raise.

Flooring project with Home Depot was a disaster, beginning to end. Eventually (after a 5 week effort]) every aspect of the project was eventually canceled. The it took four tries and 10 days to get Home Depot to recruit the credit card.

Home depot needs to better label their pro service counters. I wait for 15 minutes to be told to wait in another line. My company does a lot of business with you, and we WILL stop. To top it off the cashier has 0 empathy. I will update with her name. My recommendation is you can her, and find someone better suited for customer service.Her name is Nicole. Get rid of her, before she gets rid of more customers!
Home depot has the material I need in stock most times, but its hard to find someone to assist you in the store. Most of the store employees are not eager to help you.

While they have everything any Home Depot does the customer service was poor. I understand safety but requirements should be the same for EVERYONE. My daughter, boyfriend and I tried to enter to get a few items and the employee near the door refused to let us in without masks. So we leave and purchase 3 at the nearest pharmacy for $30!!We return and while shopping we see at least 8 people freely shopping without masks. They were even up by the checkouts and no one said anything to them. Let’s treat all customers the same Home Depot.

Clerk at self checkout could not remove security tag. I had to take out my Husky utility blade and cut the packaging of the Ryobi Moister Meter. I thought I needed that number on the corner. I sent my assistant back to rifle through the trash with cashier and find it. It worked out, we found it and then discovered I really didnt need it to register the meter and use the Ryobi app. All good but please train your employees properly.
