I purchased a refrigerator from them 11 months ago. I had a 30 day warranty on the unit, it wasnt in my home 3 days and the compressor went. I spend 11 months on the phone, at their show room, and texting to try to get a replacement or my money back. Every week I was promised a refund. I have over 100 texts over the 11 months full of promises and lies. Dont buy anything from these people. Im out $500 and the cost of disposal for my troubles.

From what I understand this guy sells refurbished and/or hot stuff.He does not answer the phone and his rating is only 2 stars. Id stay away. He is not reputable.

This Company is Bad News. The expensive Appliances we bought are 50% not working. Partially not working at all. NO SERVICE AT ALL They just do not answer the phone. Extremely bad untruthful people. Will never do business with them. It seems they get faulty Units from Junk and sell them as functional.

These people are taking advantage of you to an extend you wont believe it. We bought 6 used high end items for over $ 7.000,- and lost. When buying Luiz promised everything: warranties guarantees, full service, customer support - you name it. He claimed all units where tested and cleaned, he promised they repair if something will not work, deliver etc. We paid upfront. They did not deliver and eight weeks later we had to pick up the Units ourselves. Turned out on ALL Units - important parts where missing that had to be ordered or where not available anymore, out of 6 Units 4 are mal- or not functioning (Refrigerator leaks Water, Oven not working, Washing Machine not working, Dishwasher not working. Repairs and service requested. NO REPLY ! They do not pickup the phone and deny any service . DEFINITELY NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED !

This is a nice family owned and operated business. They really do have some great deals. My wife and I were able to score some Wolf, Monogram and Thermador appliance for a kitchen remodel. We worked with Luis. Hes honest and helpful. Sometimes a little busy, but if you are patient, they treat you right. I recommend giving Richard Appliance a look. We are very happy we found them, and will continue to do business with them.

They sold us appliances and two peices stopped working within days they scheduled several appointments never showed up buyer beware they will not fix anything!!!!!

PLEASE READ carefully before you purchase from Richards appliance. This place is not reputable. Note: You are purchasing used appliances that have been refurbished and off the market. Be careful the sales people are very convincing and seem really nice. As soon as you pay in cash all hell breaks lose. In August 2020 I purchased an oven and fridge. They promised the appliances were tested and working. A day after installation the oven and fridge stopped working. I reached out to The sales guy Luis he replied each time with an excuse. After weeks of waiting for repair, luis sent a text to let me know he no longer works there. He asked me to call the owner Richard who is a disgrace since he does nothing to to remedy the issues. They are very unprofessional, sell bad appliances, run off with your money, and give horrible service. It is not worth the headache and stress. Avoid this place at all cost.

Do not waste your time going here. People are rude and are very pushy to make you buy things that look old and used. After looking at there reviews online my husband and I decided to buy everything brand new from ferguson in Tamarac.

Louis & Jairo are theives. Make sure to stay away from this place. They sell junk everything is old and doesnt work or refurbished and doesnt work The new looking stuff he has does not have warrenty. The owner will sell you a dream and its all a lie. In June we spent almost 10,000 dollars on appliances that supposedly worked perfectly fine. When they arrived to deliver and install none of the appliances worked correctly . The 48 range we purchased was supposed to be GAS and it came as LP. The refrigerator never cooled. The dishwasher leaked from the front seals and the microwave didnt heat up. Service was suppose to come out and fix it NO one ever showed up. No one will answer our calls. Do your self a favor and if you need appliances make sure to stay away from this place and buy new from a reputable appliance store . Be aware these people also work for a company by the name of Fuse appliances and they are not a certified installation company for any highened appliance company . We have done our extensive research on this company have have reported them to the BBB. Stay away from Richards appliances and there nasty people.

They act like they give you good deals but I paid them thousands of Dollars for appliances that didnt even work and were broken. EVERY THING THEY SELLS IS NOT TESTED AND THEY KNOW THEY SELL BAD APPLIANCES TO PEOPLE. DONT EVER BUY FROM HIM AGAIN BECAUSE THERE WILL BE A 99.9% CHANCE YOU WILL BE REGRETTING IT.

The fridge I bought arrived with missing parts. They promised to replace them asap and after over 20 calls with no resolution I decided to go by the store twice and both times they had no answer. I am angry and frustrated that they keep ripping people off and no one has done anything about it. I am consulting with the authorities and follow through until I get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

They all Luis, Jairo, and Alexandra all cheats. Paid them 1700 dollars. Nothing worked. Promised me to refund my money but now they don’t pickup phones. They are thief’s and live off of other people’s money. Garbage people. Never do any business with them unless u r interested in losing your money.

I Paid $4000 for a Viking Fridge and Freezer. It turned out that they removed the serial number off of the appliances. When I called a Viking specialist he found this to be very suspicious. Also, the units I purchased were not working and were missing a gasket, a bin and a couple of shelves. Basically, these people sell stolen appliances, and sell products that are not in a good working conditions. Think twice before you do business with them.

Terrible- dont waste your money! (unethical business practices, a warranty that they do not honor, horrendous service, snake oil salesman- save your money and buy elsewhere)I bought TWO appliances. When they were connected and tested BOTH did not work.(Here are *some* of the details should you care to learn from my experience)I tried to resolve the issue... LUIS laughed at my suggestion to either repair them or replace them with working units, he said why would I want broken appliances back in my store (Can you imagine?? Why would I want broken appliances IN MY HOME??) He suggested I pay for the repair man they use to come by and assess the appliances and then he would split the cost to repair with me- Ok- I thought.... that sounds reasonable... although I would imagine the cost of repair would be more than the cost of just replacing them with units that work from his store....I paid for the repair guy to come out and sure enough... the repairs cost more than the units... Luis told me to come back into the store... I told him with an infant, its difficult, but if he promises to be there, I will come (*when I arranged to meet him at the store when initially purchasing the items, he did not show up... hence me checking)- he confirmed he would be there... but changed the time three times... once he confirmed he would be there for the 4th meeting time... he did not show up (OMG- this guy) but his sister was there and under his instruction, would sell me a more expensive- and hopefully working fridge and dishwasher... I said no way was I going to give them more money... I could have bought new at this point... I wanted what he suggested... just give me half the cost of the repair... or (what I had suggested) just trade them out for working units....They did neither... So I am writing this to warn you- Their appliances do not work (and the fridge was full of mold). They do not honor their warranty. their customer service is horrendous. They have unethical business practices... I dont know how many people they do this to- hoping that they can just take your money and not give you what is promised in return... but like I said earlier.... learn from my mistake and just buy new (or used) somewhere else.

False information and when called on it become very nasty. Bought what I was told was a 4.3 cu ft washer. At first was accommodating until I asked for the model # and owners manual. Turns out it is not 4.3 cu ft but only 3.6 cu ft. Huge difference. Asked for a cut in price or return. Wanted to charge me $160 to return it. Come off nice BUT not honest. Blocked my number to contact them.

They sell garbage and nothing works. they never respond and block you when you try to reach them out.
