Roland is amazing! He came to assess our dishwasher on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, negotiated a return time for repair 1 day later and told us what his fee would be--all within 1 hour. He came again on time as planned, fixed our dishwasher, collected his very reasonable fee and we were all happy--great customer service!

Roland installed a dishwasher for us. Fantastic experience overall. Prompt, transparent about his pricing, clearly knows his stuff, and very thorough. The project ran into a couple hurdles, taking longer than hed expected, but he insisted on doing it exactly right. Highly recommended if you need appliance repair.

I am so impressed by King Appliance Services! I called to schedule work on our dishwasher and learned that the problem was with our hot water heater, not the dishwasher. I was walked through how to take care of the problem myself and saved the fee and inconvenience of an unnecessary service call.

The rude man didn’t care what I had to say about what was actually wrong with the appliance. He belittled me and lectured me before we set up a appointment. I bet the crazy man must have a hard time finding business with a pompous attitude like his. Called next place and was given a estimated price and appointment ASAP.

Roland is the most honest man out there. We had an over the stove microwave issue and placed a call to him. Later that day we actually received a call from him. (No one returns calls). I explained the issue and instead of padding his pockets and coming over to do an expensive fix he spent the time to explain why it made NO financial sense to have it repaired. It would cost twice the amount of a new installed unit. He said that someone took advantage of him in the past and he refused to ever do something like that to anyone. This man is the real deal...
