I have worked with both Zak and Evan, and found them both to be EXCEPTIONAL! The customer service is phenomenal! I actually live in Wisconsin; however, I have a daughter who lives in Portland, OR I wanted to get her a new mattress. Initially, I ordered and had a box mattress delivered (from an online company)-which I sent back due to it not working out. I immediately thought of trying Mattress Firm. My daughter went to the store, and tried different mattresses. She found one she liked. So, I talked to Zak, and was blown away over the plethora of mattress knowledge. That earned my trust immediately. He/they continued to make the whole purchase/delivery process as easy as possible… everything went without a hitch!!!! I then had to follow up with needing a platform, and spoke with Evan. Again, he made the whole process as easy as possible.

I called the store with only a vague knowledge of what I was looking for. One of the staff, Vincent, helped to locate a mattress that fit my general description. My girlfriend and I went to the store to test mattresses and had the pleasure of working with Kenneth. He was helpful, personable, and very knowledgeable. He helped us to find a mattress that we both love in our price range. Highly recommend the store.

My husband and I recently purchased a twin sized mattress for a spare bedroom. Zakary Fundak, the store manager, helped us select a mattress within our price range. He was very helpful, knowledgeable but not the least bit pushy. Weve been very happy with the mattress and the excellent service that we received. I went in to look for a new set of mattress and base. Evan was really professional and patient with me when showing me different kinds of mattress and picked out a perfect one for me. A couple days later, I called in and needed to add a mattress protector into my shipment, Shannon answered and he did that with no issue. He even made sure I will get the protector on the same day I receive my mattress even though I totally understand if it will come on a different day. Theyre really nice and easy to work with. The sales associate, Evan was great. After separating from my wife of fifteen years, I had just moved into my new apartment and I have nothing. And Christmas just passed and after paying for the move and rent I had very little money. Plus my twin sons birthday is less than two weeks away. Evan pulled all the stops. I was convinced that I had no credit to finance but after talking to Evan I decided to apply and I got to get a queen bed for myself and two fulls for each of my sons. Now when they come over we will all be more comfortable and since I got finance I will have enough money to buy birthday presents. Evan encouraged me but not pressured me. I bought an expensive remote control beds that adjust the head and the feet I had one of there companies employees did not put it in the correct part that was missing which made the bed fold and break and I had to wait approximately 5-6months to get this problem fixed went through the manufacture person went on vacation didn’t pass on any information to the next employee which delayed and sent the wrong part two the wrong place and I had to wait even longer which we have to still deal with a broken bed and slept uncomfortablyGod willing I get a new bed soon today is June 28, 2021 I posted this because it means a lot to those who are already trying to get a really good bed and companies just only care about the payments but luckily I got in contact with a and employee named Zach from Mattress Firm he was very very helpfulHe said I’ll be getting mine mattress on Tuesday hopefully everything turns out all right

Recently relocated to Portland and was in need of a high quality but affordable mattress ASAP. Staff was super responsive to this, especially the district manager working at the store that day. Extremely pleased with the customer service and ease of the purchase. Delivery was super quick too! 100% recommend! I never write reviews but felt compelled because it was a great experience!

It was easier than online shopping options. Told the sales people what I did/did not like about my current mattress. They had me test a few and I picked out the 3rd one. Check out was less than 5 minutes. Literally took me less than 10 minutes. I have a chance to exchange if it doesnt work out and I have a 10 year warranty.

We’d ordered online mattresses several times and were always disappointed with the results. We finally decided to just go into a store and ended up at MattressFirm where we received excellent and informative service from their representative, Cecil, who was able to work with our budget to find us the perfect mattress to fit our needs. Nothing can compare with getting to try a mattress in person before buying, instead of hoping the one you bought online works for you. The 120 day sleep trial is also a huge bonus. Would recommend.

We had a great experience buying our mattress from Terence today! We had done some research prior to visiting the store today and were just expecting to get a feel for the mattresses and then make our purchase online. However, Terence was able to beat the price we were expecting to pay and at the end of the day we walked out with a mattress that was perfectly suited to our needs plus a mattress cover and adjustable frame for about $300 less than we were expecting to pay for our mattress alone.

Came here to find a new mattress that would help with sleep and back pain. I’m happy my wife and I came here. We were warmly greeted by Terence Huber. We walked around for quite a while before anyone even greeted us. Then, the salesman kept putting his mask below his chin and was ignoring social distancing. We left as it wasnt worth the covid risk. They also didnt have anything to put on the mattresses to protect them.

We had a very good buying experience today at Mattress Firm. I started doing some online research about six month ago and immediately identified Mattress Firm as somewhere I wanted to go as it has positive reviews and a good location (close to home). We got a little side tracked over the months, though – we made the mistake of buying a mattress and frame online from a different company, sight unseen or felt, and had a very frustrating experience that resulted in returning the mattress and frame, and the customer service I won’t even go into. With Mattress Firm, the customer service was some of the best we have ever received. Laura was very informative, professional, upbeat and a hard worker. We purchased during the current sales event, and got a great deal. While there, also we tried out many mattress and frame options that Laura customized to our sleeping issues and concerns, and we feel very happy with our choice, as it’s been a long time coming. My husband made a comment when we were leaving that we’ll probably live longer with the mattress and frame we chose. I highly recommend this store.

Went in the store looking for a Mattress. We were greeted by Eric. Eric gave us the run down of what promotions were going on and gave us the layout of the store. Eric knew what he was talking about when we asked questions about the mattresses, he never pushed us to buy a certain brand/model etc. He told us that if there were any problems with what we bought we could give him a call to return what we didnt want. Well it turns out that the bed frames we got made our bed way too high so we gave him a call and he got rid of the bed frames. Eric didnt make any promises he couldnt keep.
