I didnt buy anything, but huge shout out to them! IF YOU NEED FURNITURE NOW, this is the place you must go to. They sell display models, and other stores do not. If you need something today, they are willing to sell their displays, higher pricing for floor? Yes but you get something sooner than 7 months! And go before Black Friday starts. They started their Black Friday sale and be aware because of the holidays, some will be coming until March-June of 2022 if you are to order. Thank you for the transparency Erik. I wish I can cancel my order with Michaels, and wouldve bought here instead. Michaels does not sell floor models and they dont allow cancellations. Good experience overall. Helpful not pushy sales people. Good deals on floor models which is great during covid supply chain backups. They offer delivery for $120 or you can haul home yourself for free.

Ordered a chair and ottoman 4/24/21. Paid and signed their special COVID waiver. The estimated due date was 6/30/21. We still do not have the items ordered. At the beginning of July we were told in 2 weeks. At the end of July we were told maybe August. It’s now September and we are still as clueless in a delivery date than the day we purchased these items.I understand COVID has created difficulties with supply chains. The problem I have is the fact that the company created an ambiguous waiver to release them of any liabilities. People should be allowed to cancel their order after X amount of months have passed. You are selling items you do not have and do not know when you’ll receive (if ever). That should be illegal!At this point and with my husband signing that waiver, I suspect we tossed hundreds in the air and lined the pockets of a dishonest company and we will never receive the goods we purchased. The worst part is Ashley’s website says the chair is in stock & could be delivered within a week. The ottoman is currently out of stock. I would be okay with receiving part of our order while waiting for the other part to arrive from overseas.We ordered from Furniture Discounters Warehouse to patron a small business. However, small businesses need to assume some liability for being a middle man between Ashley Furniture and the consumer. What is the point of not buying direct otherwise?

He was at the Target located at the cascade station and just want to pay it forward by giving this store a great review, thanks to that young man named Eric. Eric was in line in front of me ready to check out when a homeless individual in front of him checking out was bare foot and was short on change to pay for his groceries. This young man stepped up and paid for his groceries in full, also gave him his own shoes to the homeless. I asked for a business card but he didnt have any on him, but saw his work uniform with this stores name, and decided to pay it forward. Thinking about coming into the store to buy a bed frame and a couch next month!Any special sales or clearances going on for next month?

Great experience! They greeted us right when we walked in and answered all of our questions about stock, delivery, price! Erick the store manager helped us and got us a great deal on a sectional that we would probably have to wait at least three months for through Ashley furniture. Purchased it on Saturday and it was delivered three days later! Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future if I have the need!

BRIANNA IS THE WORST. She lies.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. I ordered a couch that took about 5 months to get to me. They told me I was buying something “in stock” when I purchased.When the couch arrived after being told every week for a month that it would be there that week thEy came with inadequate ammount of people to put a couch in my home. A teenager and her dad . I had to give the poor girl water Bc she was sweating bullets.They told me my couch was going to get to me at the end of April and It didn’t end up coming until august and due to the size of the couch the people who were sent could not get it inside. I was annoyed already so I had them take it back. Got the same couch from my sister Bc she was moving and hired my own people to bring it inside. I am still being charged for a couch they never delivered . I’ve called and they resorted to ignoring my calls. Had to go in person to get it corrected and I AM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR THIS COUCH THEY DIDNT DELIVER TO ME.They lie about time timelines, ignore your calls if you have an issue. Made sure to test my theory by having my husband call directly after me and they took the bait and told him they have caller ID 😒😒

Never felt like I had the need for these reviews at all, but here goes to the first one! Extremely disappointed with my experience with this store. The staff is very great people, McKenzie is great help. But just seems unprofessional on how long this has dragged out. I ordered all our furniture 1/02/21 and to this day have not received it complete. I was to receive everything at the end of February and that clearly did. It happen. I got the first batch around April 15th and it consisted of partial head board and no mattress or footboard, so it’s still boxed up in storage! The dressers I did receive are cracked and damaged, I received half my sectional, missing armrest love seat, still can’t use this! I did speak to McKenzie which is still being super polite as I have been with her, I expressed returning and getting a full refund and or compensated in some way that will buy in to this stressful buying experience. I hope that I can get some more in depth attention by upper management to get my issues resolved! Not at all the way i intended to move in to our new house.... completely unfurnished for the last 5months.....

Pretty chill vibes from this place. Love their selection, even in a pandemic they have a decent amount of furniture on their show floor. Crew was very honest about wait times on orders. I must say what a great experience it was doing business with these three young menon Dec 28, 2020. Adrian was welcoming as we walked into the store and Josh along with Erick were quick to load our vehicle with our purchase. We were not hopeful as we arrivedClose to closing time but with Adrians attentiveness and patience we walked away with a great deal on a coffee table for my daughter. I wouldve definitely bought an ashley sectional and waited for my order however long if their catalog wasnt bigger than what they have on their showroom. Im not the type to buy anything without trying. Maybe ill buy in the future if they know how to keep items on the floor to try out. Also, why have an older guy and younger gentleman take bedroom furniture off the tall racks. It looks dangerous to not only the individuals who were taking it off the racks but damaging the product.

My wife and I came in to buy a bedframe and couch, Erick welcomed us in and made sure to show us what we were looking for. We were happy with our selection and even happier with the discounts he gave us! Erick and the team here will be our first stop for furniture going forward.

Never go here! My husband, and I went here in June 2020 in search of a new couch to replace our 8yr old couch. When we arrived we located a sectional we liked and told the sales associate we had kids and were looking for a couch that would hold up really well under normal use. The sales associate assured us that the couch would, and we decided to purchase it. Between 2-3 months after we purchased it we realized the quality of the couch was not equal to what was told to us. We discovered the sides had particle board in them that was breaking, the stitching was coming undone, the stuffing was deteriorating, there were divots in the armrests, and the side seat cushions were collapsing. I contacted the store and they claimed to have not had any similar complaints before. After numerous emails and photos were exchanged they conceded that the couch must just be defective and arranged to deliver a brand new one. We received the new one several weeks later, and upon arrival it looked the same as the first one. Not surprisingly 3 months later we are again having quality issues with the couch. The stuffing is again significantly deteriorating despite being fluffed and rotated every couple days, there are divots in the arm rests, and the fabric has stretched out creating fabric bunching.... not very comfortable to sit on! I again contacted the store and requested to return the couch since it clearly was not of the quality they claimed it to be. The store refused to refund the couch, ultimately blaming me for not choosing a couch to fit the intended use. They claim that the couch is a plush couch and is not meant to bounce back but form to use... I know many people with plush coaches that do not have elbow impressions in their armrests, and lumpy deteriorating stuffing in the back cushions. Its simply a cop-out for being dishonest and selling a poorly made product then not wanting to take responsibility for it. I would never recommend anyone go here! The store is operated on misrepresentation and a lack of integrity.

Its a cool laid back store. We have walked alot of times and purchased under my wifes name. They would have alot of potential if they didnt sell off their showroom floor. My wife and I came in to look for two living room sets. Two ashley stationary sectionals, one genuine leather and another frabric. But they sell too much off the floor, so many sold signs.We couldnt buy the sectionals because we couldnt sit on it. We were willing to wait 5-7 months but we need to actually sit on it to test it out. Oh well, thats what you expect from a discount store. They are willing to sell floor models versus other stores. We went to another discount store on 82nd and they have the sectionals we were looking for. We sat on it and ordered it there at that store, and we didnt care that the price was higher. The only reason im giving two stars is because as we walked in a guy with glasses and another young man with a hat greeted us. The guy in glasses gave me a demo on genuine leather versus bonded leather and we enjoyed the presentation! He knows his stuff than any other salesman. His product knowledge is on point!

My mother who is on oxygen support and I came in this week and we saw one employee not wearing his mask properly. He was wearing glasses and I understand is uncomfortable with glasses but out of respect wear it. My husband and I have bought furniture before when they were on division. We came in looking for the tracling. We got told the price but asked about the information about the fabric or dimensions of the sectional. I guess they were so busy chit chatting and laughing in the office. So we went to purchase it from the store accross the road for cheaper since he didnt want to assist us.

So I made a purchase online, paid in full and got my delivery, the couch wasnt what I expected, I called in and explained my issue. The owner was very nice and said that we could do exchange and I drove over to the warehouse to look at the couches myself in person. Upon first entering, the store had great selections on the floor and prices were reasonable. The organization of the store was great and it was very clean. Erick was great at helping us with finding a bed frame for my queen bed. He gave us lots of options and helped us look through the catalogs. He even looked at competitor’s prices. I cannot stress enough how nice and helpful he is.
