Avoid at all cost... I custom ordered an armoire and a nightstand. Both came in with the wrong stain color and the nightstand was the wrong size. For months I was pushed to accept an alternative fix as Reyna attempted to alter the stain. Always commenting that she will make sure we are pleased. The stain we wanted was a light cherry and in came in very yellow and nothing could be done to help it. After months of having her try and talk us into accepting something we didnt want she agreed to refund our money in full. She has only refunded us $600.00 of the $1448.00 that we are owed stating she cant afford to pay us (she was trying to do installments of 300 and then stopped after two). The original order was placed August 22, 2015 and she keeps asking me to be patient as she attempts to refund the money. Early on we were told how custom ordered furniture isnt refundable. We never received what we ordered. What she attempted to push on us wasnt custom and not even close to what would work. Very disappointed.
