Dropped off dads bike for repairs. Has been weeks without response to calls or emails. Set up in person appointment through the website - no show. Extremely unprofessional. Sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open - past time as advertised. My last message was to let them know we would be reporting the bike stolen by their shop. Not sure what else to do. Scanned other reviews, doesnt appear to be anything real recent. Maybe because they are never open??!!Edit: bike retuned today. No ones bikes are apparently stolen. Good to know.Edit: at 11 the website updated to opening at noon. At noon, updated to closed until Wednesday. After sitting in the parking lot for a few hours, I can see all reviews not a 4 star have the same story. Owner always claims not a valid review. I have saved my call log, unanswered emails, and the requested and confirmed appointment time. Business registry shows a local home address. House is empty and for sale.Owner retuned the Bike today.

Excellent service! Love this shop it was an easy commute from Vancouver and the owner is fabulous. Rachel fit me in and got my bottom bracket which has thrown me for a couple of loops installed, new crankset, derailleur adjustment and fixed my headset squeak without me even asking. She has great attention to detail and this will be my go to store for bike repairs. Thank you!

I love this shop. Rachel is a highly skilled mechanic and I trust her with all my bikes. She is thorough and always makes sure my bikes are running in top shape by taking care of the small things that often go overlooked. And Zena, the shop cat, is an absolute sweetheart. I go out of my way to come here.

She is terrible. Dont use her. She lies and doesnt do the work. I had bike there 6 weeks and she didnt pick up a wrench to do a thing. Ended up taking to reputable shop who had it done in one day. We posted before but Google took down for some reason. Dont believe any good reviews on here as they look fake. I just wanted to support a female owned business and got the run-around instead. Of course since she is never there during posted business hours I suppose there is no reason to worry.Omg this woman is nuts. I am fake? You are demented and an insult to hard working woman business owners trying to make it in a competitive field.

I came here about two weeks in advance to get my brake pads fixed before a mountain biking trip. The phone was answered when I called about my problem and I was given every impression it would be easy to fix.Two weeks later I had stopped by the store twice during working hours, to no avail. I called. I emailed. I waited for an hour while the store should have been open. No help. No response to my calls. The third time I came, it was right before close on a Wednesday. I banged on the door. They actually opened. Then they told me that NOTHING had been fixed on my bike in that two week span. At that point, I was just glad to get my bike back. Exactly where I started two weeks ago.Don’t go here.

While I may not agree with some of the views on life this person has, I will say they are quite funny. As long as you keep graffiti out of the conversation Im sure she can fix your bike without a problem.

Rachel did some tubular gluing for me that I didnt have the knowledge or the desire to do, and did an amazing job. Shell be doing all of my gluing for sure from now on.

Rachel is never at the shop during posted hours and doesnt answer her phone. I tried multiple times to bring her business. When someone comments publicly about her odd business practices, she deflects and insults. She also posts reviews for her business under fake names (and also her own!). Seems pretty shady...*Edit 9/24/21 Rachel continues to harass me online because I dared to comment that I tried to go to her shop 3 times almost 2 years ago and she wasnt there during her posted, regular business hours all 3 times. So, no, Rach...no plans on a 4th attempt to bring you any business - now or in the future - and heres hoping people see this review so they can see what a horrible person you are on top of being a horrible business owner. Wish I could give zero stars for an absolute zero of a shop run by an absolute zero of a person. Steer clear!
