This was probably the most stress-free remodel for us. The crew came in on the scheduled date and knocked it out in one day! We recently remodeled our kitchen (countertops and backsplash). I’m so glad I found Devine Surface. Entire experience was great from beginning to end. There was a small issue with one piece of countertop after it was set, but Mitch came right over the next day and was able to fix it before the backsplash went in. And Oleg, who did the tile, was always smiling and so friendly. He was quite meticulous with his work, and it shows. Thank you Devine, for a job well done. Would highly recommend!

Mitch and the crew did a great job on the soapstone that we found at EleMar. Their price was competitive, and they were able to install it quickly.I was very impressed when they ran into a problem with our slab. It cracked along one of the veins, which had created a weak point in the sink area. Mitch was totally upfront about it and offered to replace the material. Because we had a very unique piece, we opted to let them try to repair it instead, and they did a great job of epoxying it together and reinforcing it with steel in the bottom. I dont think anyone would notice the repair if it werent pointed out, so Im happy about that. They took extra care when bringing it into the house to avoid putting any stress on it. All in all, they did very nice work.

We had a horrible experience both with tile setting and quartz for a bathroom remodel. John the installer of tile was belligerent, refusing to place preferred tiles where requested. He showed up late, unannounced, and stayed late into the evening, forcing us to cancel all holiday plans and company. We never knew when he would arrive or depart. He whined about everything, including announcing we did not have enough tile. I had to drive clear across town to get another box. When the quartz for the countertop finally arrived, over a week late, it was flawed and only had one hole instead of the necessary three holes for the faucet and handles. We had to go to a reputable granite company and replace the quartz on our own and will never ever deal with this company again. Needless to say, we were forced to pay up front for all materials and work so will doubtfully get no refunds. Stay away from this company.

After receiving a glowing recommendation for Divine and comparing them with another company who also had good reviews, it ultimately came down to how I felt when David walked through our home and spoke with us about our floors. This company is very professional and thorough. We came back from vacation to find the floors beautifully redone and no dust or cleaning concerns. The process was smooth, and I am so happy with the results.

I am in LOVE with my new soapstone kitchen countertop from Divine Hardwood & Stone. I worked with David and he was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. His guys were very professional and experienced and it shows in the end product. They had a really quick turn around time and the price was very reasonable compared to some other places in town. David was always easy to get a hold of and they were very accommodating with my schedule. I would definitely recommend these guys if youre looking for new counters!Tip: For a small kitchen, I found my stone at a remnant yard in SE Portland and then had Divine do the fabrication and installment--saved me a lot of money in the end!

Purchased new quartz counters for one of our kitchens. After checking with 3 other places they had the best price, and the product we were looking for. The service was very good, the installers were, professional, careful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. We were very happy with both the results and experience we had with Divine and would recommend them to anyone looking for new counters.

The whole experience was good. The only thing I was expecting more was the communication part from the office personnel, for example: during the time the installer didnt show up, etc. The installer did a marvelous job. Now, my flooring looks beautiful. Thank you Divine Hardwood.

They were responsive to questions and planning when other fabricators would not return my calls. Installation was quick and easy, no long wait for an install date. I had a very positive experience with Divine and David Horn. It was part of a remodel. He helped me with replacing kitchen counter tops and 2 bathroom vanities with Quartzite. David always answered my calls and returned messagres promptly. He was very patient and professional as were the fabricators. I would recommend them or use them again for other projects.

Within a week, these guys demoed, installed, refinished, and finished our downstairs. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding, as was their customer service (Paul was just a stand-up guy from beginning to end)! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or install a new floor.

I just got off the phone with one of their sales reps. I really felt like this guy was annoyed at having to talk to me. I asked for a rough estimate on a project and he fought me every step of the way, saying that it is too complicated to give an estimate over the phone. I knew my square footage, the type of stone I wanted, and all of the details such as edging etc. When he finally gave me a price estimate it was significantly more expensive then what we had been quoted by a different retailer. When I explained that, the sales guy just said “ok” and left it at that. So, saying on your website that “your prices won’t be beat” clearly isn’t true.

Divine was not honest with me. They didn’t order my tile when they said they would and then lied several times to me about it. I honestly didn’t mind waiting for the tile but I found lying to me about it unprofessional.

Great company to work with. They did installation of countertops, backsplashes, hardwood floor, carpet and tile. Their crew was on time, polite and flexible with my crazy schedule. I am hiring them again to finish remodeling the basement in the house.
