Wonderfully bright and modern but still inviting. Limited but seemingly mastered menu of artisan coffees and teas are prepared artfully by a knowledgeable and friendly (Not overbearing) barista. I had a chai latte today; often overpoweringly sweet or painfully spicy, this one was just right and heated perfectly. I look forward to my next visit to either this or another of their downtown locations.

Good tasting coffee and fast service but overpriced. Medium mocha $5.25. Coffee is visually beautiful however, so kudos to the barista. The setting itself is pretty sterile, non coffee shopish and more like a clinical office to me, but that’s just me. I’d probably not go back, not due to poor service or poor quality, just the atmosphere and price.

This place makes some of the best drip coffee around. Also am very impressed with the variety of milks they offer up: normal, skims, soy, oat, etc. The service shines much brighter than the coffee though! Plus the happy hours and selection of beer and wine does not hurt.

The best coffee in Portland. Ive been drinking their coffee since they were just a little shop in Beaumont in 2005. Cowboy blend is the all time favorite. Great clean shops and excellent small batch roasts.

6 dollar coffee. Amazing taste, but you better have at least half an hour to wait...and who has that for coffee? Coffee is supposed to be somewhat fast...like legitimately high another person if you actually want to sell coffee, so over priced and sooo slow.

Some of the best coffee in Portland, and maybe the worst service. Its a running joke that PDX service is slow, but its less funny when you get glared at every morning. This location is so awful, I have tried countless times and continue to get ignored, avoided, or actively shaded for daring to go in. Like, why? You all get free Ristretto Coffee!

Simple, yet top quality. They only have four flavors to add. But the coffee is good as is.

Maybe great...if you have a 30 minute coffee break. This is not the place to grab a quick cup of coffee and go. This is where you go if you want that sit-down, booth, restaurant experience for coffee. After five minutes of waiting in line behind 1 or 2 people, not one beverage was served to anyone. I say 1 or 2 people, because it was 2, and then it was 1 because the other person got tired of waiting and left. After a couple more minutes of waiting, and still unclear about what roasts were available due to absent signage, a beverage came out! But for someone in a booth, not even for the person in line in front of me. So I left. Wont waste time here again. Bridge City Cafe is across the street. Starbucks are on every corner. This place is not necessary.

Slooooooow when there is a line in the morning. Need to take orders quicker to shorten the line during morning traffic. Coffee is great otherwise, but not good enough for a 20 minute wait before you can even order a drink.

Best coffee, so smooth and almost sweet. It is just delicious! Plus, the coffee shop is modern, and the bakery treats are amazing.

Decent prices, good location. I always need my sweet fix so I wish they had a bigger baked good selection but until then Ill stick with the Chai.

I love Ristretto and I am very excited to have such a convenient downtown location! Each store-front is uniquely its own and this one has been designed to fit perfectly with the clean, crisp look of the KOIN tower.
