I rented a mailbox and online they say there is 24 hour access to the mailroom but Ive gone there twice now and the door is always locked. They have a sign pointing from the mail side to the business side saying use this door during business hours which to me implies that the other door is supposed to be open after hours... They even keep it all lit up on the mailbox side.. No signs anywhere explaining this... Ive sent an inquiry via their contact us form and got no response. Anyone know how to access mail after hours? Did they forget to give me a diff key/secret passcode? Help?

Very helpful staff! I had some documents to photocopy and mail. Both of the employees were extremely friendly and patient (every photocopier is different). Once I was done, they made the process of sending a priority mail letter very smooth. The different pricing and delivery timeframes were also clearly presented.It would be nice if they had a photocopier that collated right away instead of having to photocopy the documents right away instead of having to print them, sort them yourself, and then run them through again so they collate properly but thats a minor inconvenience.

If you have a common name do not get your mail delivered here! My mail has been given to another Sara Anderson or returned to sender for the past 4 months while I was out of town because they did not have me entered into their system correctly. I asked them how would we handle this moving forward and the manager Jim told me that if my middle initial was not listed that he could not guarantee it wouldn’t be returned to sender. My personal information has been compromised and good ol Jim just wanted to lecture me on the importance of having my box number listed (which I did) instead of taking responsibility. He finally agreed to refund me my money only after I requested to close my box since they couldn’t guarantee I would actually receive anything.

My second year buying the largest postal box they sell. I regularly receive oversized boxes the staff has even helped carry out to my car when possible. ALL the staff has been incredibly kind EVERYTIME I come in. Never once lost a package going or coming and I ship/receive ALOT. They are so nice I literally LOOK FORWARD to chatting a few minutes at each pick up. I’m always surprised to hear occasional customers demanding free tape and and walking off leaving behind a trail of rude expletives. The staff does an amazing job serving a challenging neighborhood.

The company I work for utilizes Mail Room Plus locations all across the US and this location run by the owner Scott and the rest of his team is one of the best stores to work with. The staff during the day is super helpful and always willing to answer my calls since all our mail is managed virtually with them. Scott comes in after hours to help take care of mine and the rest of the customers mail. Scott is very sincere and a pleasure to do business with.

I have had a mailbox here for about 18 months as I have been traveling around the country. Every month, these reliable folks have shipped my mail (including my much needed monthly prescriptions) all over the country to me. They are professional and friendly and most importantly... RELIABLE. I highly recommend them. They are easy to work with and you dont ever have to worry about someone stealing your packages from your porch again!!

They charged me over $5 for a 2.60 postage the owner told me thats how he makes money. I understand a business making money but not at almost double the prices. That is the last time you make money off me sir. The wait time has also been really bad every time I come in, and the place is not the cleanest. With that being set I would not recommend this place to anyone. Take your time at the post office I know I will.

Cost a fortune to send a small parcel weighing 3 lbs to japan 120.00 !!!! should have checked with USPS first . I asked for most economical way of shipping but charged me too much . When they quoted me the cost, i wanted to decline but she was already printing the labels and typing stuff on the parcel . Generally overcharged so it’s a rip off . Not recommend going there . used to be way cheaper two years ago . Different people working there now

Ive been a box holder here through three different owners. To all negative reviewers, start asking questions or stating the shipping address to ensure the correct delivery destination. This is a business so expect to pay money for most everything. If you think they should give you free tape or anything free they would not be able to be in business when you times that by thousands of customers. This is not a USPS facility so eventhough they offer return receipt requested mailings, if lost there is no USPS computer system to track the letter. All in all I have been pleased with the service and a secure shipping location to send packages that might be otherwise stolen from the homeless drug addicts walking around to rob people.

My mother ended up having emergency surgery and we were not able to attend my nieces first birthday, so we had to ship a present and custom decorated sugar cookies that we were supposed to bring for her party. I was handed off between two employees and the second employee asked if I was shipping the cookies to the same address...I said yes...because of this question I wasn’t asked for the address again and she printed a label for an old address instead of the current address that was just put on the other package. The package was set for delivery on time because we paid extra in order for it to arrive before the party...now because they have to change the address to the correct address, it can’t be delivered now for three more days. Extremely disappointed that this has occurred when I was asked if I was shipping to the same address as the first package.

As I was waiting for the person helping me to create the shipping label, she typed the address street number incorrectly, recognized the error, but would not print a new label. She insisted that it would be “just fine” if she scribbled out the incorrect number and HAND WROTE the correct one. I felt uneasy about that, but she clearly wasn’t going to print another. I also need to point out that she thought that it was a different week than it was, I paid $30 to ship a 1.7 lb package. It took 10 days and got delivered to the wrong address. This is unacceptable and I truly gave this place the benefit of the doubt, but I really recommend going to another place or to an official mail company. Unfortunately, this place not only appears to be a mess, it is a mess. Hopefully I can drive to the wrong address to get my package with my medication.

Dropped off a priority 2 day package with shipping label. They couldnt scan it because they didnt have the proper equipment. The package didnt go out until more than 24 hours after I dropped it off. Ill pass on this place next time.

I had been dropping envelopes here for a couple years monthly. last week the envelope I dropped off never made it. So I had went back and just asked the man if hes be able to scroll back 7 days on his cameras ( our cameras we have for our business roll back 30, most do.) because a woman that i had never seem her before had helped me. So I figured since theyve always been somewhat nice when I came in theyd be willing to help. The man wanted nothing to do with it as soon as i asked about his cameras. I told him I was getting charged a $240 late fee if I couldnt prove I dropped it off, he still didnt care. His unwillingness to care of even help when I know its possible took me by surprise. He told me I shouldnt know anything about his security systems and, and to take my 74 cents ( the cost for postage and a envelope ) elsewhere! so after years of coming in monthly, when I needed something besides handing him money he wasnt willing to do anything besides kick me out of his store because I was persistent on him showing me, me being recorded on his cameras... Great way to treat a repeat a customer! I couldnt believe how rude he got!

Mail Room Plus has always had a notary available when I need one. I found this location when 3 other locations in the area, stated online, they had notary service available, but when I arrived, the notary was not there. I also own my own small business and recently took some items there to be packaged and shipped. Dropped off my fragile items and they were received in fine shape. The packaging was sturdy and professional in appearance. This place is always quite busy because of the variety of services they offer, so have some patience when you go. The friendliness of the staff is something that encourages me to keep going back. Like I said before, I have at least 3 other options in the area, but, none with the top level of customer service like Mail Room Plus!!

Id personally give them zero stars if that were available bad customer service they were very rude to my husband the new staff and owners arent very nice either i liked the old owners better had the gentleman on the phone not been so rude to my husband we were thinking about getting a mailbox with them but i dislike the way they treat people over the phone and in person so im going elsewhere

I needed to ship a package. It needed a couple peices of packing tape to hold it closed. They charged me $1.50!!! For 5 ft of clear packing tape. Rude unhappy people in this place. Thier computers are old and outdated as well. Go to a UPS store. Youll be treated better

Horrible customer service! I came in to ship a pair of shoes, the guy was extremely rude when I asked if he could tape it for me and he said no. I also asked how much the taping would be and he said people would usually offer a dollar but the 30 second tape job costs more than a dollar. This shows how money thirsty the guy was. Totally not recommend this place. Theres better places in town!

Called to get info on their finger printing process. Guy who answered phone was very polite and answered my many questions. After reading reviews on other places that provide this service, I was a bit frazzled thinking I would get this horrible service. However, that was not the case. I was treated very kindly and respectfully. I would utilize their services again if and when I need any of the services they provide. Thanks for great service Guys (sorry, Im bad with names).

It is really bad. And I really regret choosing this service. I put in a forwarding request, and nothing has happened after more than a week. I sent an e-mail to ask about the situation. No replies. I know called the customer service phone number. And it went straight to the voice mail.

I would give these guys a lowered then 1 star if i could .. this place is a ripoff !!Unless you wanna pay Double then what you would at the post office or Fedex dont go here.Nichole the new manager quoted me over the phone how much it would take to mail my package ..a price of 4-5 dollarsWhen I got down there I was roped into wrapping my package up with bulb wrap and tape doing half the work while listening to how the past employees ripped of the company and how she only hakes 13.00 and hour not very professional at all .After my package was wrapped up and complete my total was 17.50 almost 4 times from what she quoted me .I was never told how much my charge would be while wrapping the package up or before we started . I also had this prepaid by Fedex .I called to talk to her about this before I wrote a review and she couldnt even find the sale in her computer . I have never had a problem with this place until now and id advise anyone not to go here until they can fix their practices .

These guys are great not expensive at all and the owner Chuck, and his staff let you know when you have mail and will even go over what you have in your box before forwarding it to you. It makes being out of town but wanting to stay on top of your mail a total breeze...

Horrible custom service. I wanted to ship a package that was less than 1 pound to seattle. They wanted to charge $38 and $8 for a box. I said that was too much and opened the package to leave. He then said i think i charged you for a larger package. Or in my mind i tried to charge extra and got caught. I said that they are a rip off and i started to leave only taking my package not there box. He said i have to pay for the box because he taped it and it was stealling if i dont. Hed write down my plate number also. I dont write reviews ever, this is my first one. They are terrible! Same service at usps with a box for $10.60. Bait and switch

My names nicole. I was the manager when these new owners toke over. Well i quit because their employee Krystal Stole packages from the store. They choose to keep her on and over look it, so i quit. For any one that comes to mailroom plus know that mailroom plus charges double some times 3xs the amount verse going to an actually usps,ups,fedex or even a dhl location. They over charge and theres an employee that steals.Please proceed with caution when dropping packages off or even shipping. Best of luck customers.

AVOID THIS SHIPPER AT ALL COSTS PLEASE READ:I tried to ship a special edition Playstation 4 to a good friend in Phoenix. The owner allowed the new employee, upon hire, to update the security cameras and move them around. This said employee then STOLE my package, sent it to himself, and tore the receipt so the address to be sent to was missing. Called police and the kid was fired. The owner withheld the dudes last paycheck until the employee brought back the Playstation.They never called me, the sender, to see if it was the correct system. No cables and no letter and no controller.The owner offered to reimburse shipping cost but REFUSES TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE STOLEN ITEM. This is a $400 Arkham Knight console. I will NEVER ship here again. I still have not received compensation. This item was stolen a month ago.Found out from employee this guy also stole an iPhone and an Xbox.

I have a business mailbox here, have had nothing but issues the entire six months of service. I realize I get what I pay for, but today when I learned that they had gone out of their way to refuse two packages this weekend sent via Amazon, with my business name and box number clearly marked, I nearly flipped out. They attributed the issue to a computer error and said they couldnt accept a package addressed to a box owner if the name didnt match the name in the system! Well, after I had them dig out the original paper work and contract, and they owner realized the business name and my name were clearly there, he said sorry, dont know what happened. The computer must have made an error. Have them try to deliver it again? However at this point old reliable USPS had already sent my packages back to sender. Avoid this mailbox service, and mailroom as a whole. The wait times can become outrageous, they have accepted packages and failed to send me notification, or if they do manage to notify me, claim its not in the back room and make me pull up tracking numbers and text alerts for some 10 minutes before looking one more time and finally having it magically appear...they are not worth your time and money, I will be moving on as soon as I can change my business mailing address...

After 6 months of a twelve month contract I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau for failure to deliver mail. And refusal to refund contract. And just because Im annoyed that I got a shrug, and an were only human and theres nothing we can do and you dont get money back, while having to face a huge TV screen playing some Christian sermon about Jesus, forgiving all sin. Im glad they are forgiven at the end of the day but I still need my mail.I will also be filing a report with the US post office. I routinely find other peoples mail in my box and while I was standing in line to discuss some of my missing mail, someone came in, opened their box, and said well this isnt mine. This business is not competent to handle important matters like putting mail into correct boxes. Or properly notifying of package delivery, or any of the other things I signed a contract for.
