My fiance and I went into the store today to get new phones and Lillie was eager and willing to help. She was super helpful and pretty amazing. We had our 3 yr old with us and she was FANTASTIC with her and patient. I have never had someone so friendly and understanding. We were in there for 2 hours and it was the most AWESOME experience. Thank you Lillie for such a GREAT shopping experience.

Lilly was very helpful and kind. She transferred our service quickly and efficiently and answered any questions we had. She had crayons for our kiddos and was patient with them being in the store with us. We were helped right away and greatly appreciate their customer service.

Husband and I went in to get clarification on a billing issue. Our in store rep Lilly also noticed some things that needed updated, ultimately saving us money on our monthly service. The store was clean and we were able to get everything addressed quickly with minimal contact. Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Both associates were able to answer all our questions, getting us the best possible plans and coverage. Lilly was an absolute joy.

Very annoyed. I go in to add a phone to my mother in laws plan. She was with me and Kyle was very disrespectful as soon as we walked in the door. And then refused to help us because there is a glitch in our account and we needed to call customer service. He was continually giving rude attitude when we asked for him to look in the notes on the file.. We went into the Coeur D’Alene location and was happy with the experience.Then to find out every time my mother in law goes in to this location he is completely rude and unprofessional.

Great experience always at the Post Falls store! Ryan the store manager is awesome and has trained his employee Kimberly to be just as awesome and professional. I feel I can come in whenever and no matter who is working and get the same outstanding service and professionalism.

Everyone we have worked with there has been super helpful and knowledgeable. We switched from Sprint to AT&T a couple of weeks ago and visited this store to make the change. They spent ample time with us, making sure we were happy with the terms of our new bundle plan. Would definitely recommend stopping by if youre shopping for a new phone or plan!

I came in last night at 630pm to add a line to an existing account iPhone XR and the individual who identified himself as Tyler on the phone. Proceeded to lie to me that AT&T’s systems were down and they were making a bunch of changes to a different system said he couldn’t look up accounts sale prices. It came down too he was in a hurry to get out of there and was willing to lie to do so after I was told all the bs lies by the person who identified himself as Tyler I immediately called the cda store on ironwood. They’re all on the same system. I let him know where I was how long it would take me to get there and he said he would be happy to stay late to set up a new line. So I drove all the way up to the Coeur d’Alene store where everyone else should go toWhere Matt provided me five star service set up a newLine of service on my existing accountI will definitely not return to the Post Falls store for any reason unless I want to be lied to for the duration of my time with AT&T wireless. Absolutely one of the best experiences ever! I was having non-stop problems with my internet provider. ATT solved the problems and not only will it cost a bit less, my speed is at least four times faster. Whats not to like? The staff at the store in Post Falls, ID is competent, personable, and very helpful. Adam is a gem of an employee!

AT&T should be very glad they have this store in their lineup. Such a positive experience versus that of local Verizon stores. You get actual help, you count as a person not just a source of money, and the reps are very knowledgeable. Ill never go back to Verizon.

Tried to go in today and the store was closed. The website and door say they are open until 6:00. It is 3:30. Pretty frustrating.

If I could rate it lower I would. Misrepresentation of the bill. Promises on paper never kept. Still getting run around a month later with no fix in sight. Avoid this place if at all possible.

Besides sitting in the store for about hours, it was a descent experience. AT&T is not the cheapest, most reliable, biggest, easiest to deal with, ect. er, um why am I with them again?

Worse time ever. Only one person working and took 35 minutes before we were even helped. Very irritating for i had many things to do today that got ruined all because your store was idiotic enough too only staff one person when the services that are needed by people take a minimum of 15 minutes. Very unintelligent management. Wouldnt recommend this store to anyone i know.

Not the best customer service I had a genuinly serious problem with my account and he kept treating me like I was a just a kid, offered me absolutely no help and didnt even offer to tell me where the location I supposedly needed to go for help. And looked at me like I was an idiot for being confused and concerned that my account is messed up.

My husband and I went in on March 5 to inquire about switching from Verizon to AT&T, we were told there was a deal on the Samsung 9....Buy one get one free..This was a no-brainer....We asked numerous times if this as correct and spent over an hour switching to AT&T..We had to pre order phones, and when we received them yesterday, went to finalize our contract..Much to our surprise, we were told the deal wasnt on Samsung 9 just 8...The salesmen who sold phones wasnt there, and the other salesman was less than helpful..He shrugged his shoulders and said He couldnt do anything (which I realize) ..we werent the only ones who were told the deal was on Samsung 9. We ran into another couple who were told the same deal and when they went in to complete the irder received same shrug.Needless to say we are staying with verizon, and suggest that if you are selling a product, know the deals please..

The employee at Post Falls was really rude. Drive to CDA and they were way more helpful.
