Rude employee Chris 😒 Very unhelpful and they do not honor the Game Stop app trade values, they try to low ball you and then sell stuff at 10% off new to boost their bonuses. Trading for new games and systems is all Gamestop has left that others dont do. Go to any location but post falls.... or better yet go on amazon or to Walmart that offer the same new games 10$ cheaper than these yahoos!

I had went to exchange a game that was purchased a few hours earlier. I had asked a few questions about the policies understanding that there may not be anything they could do because the game had been opened but I had to ask as the game was only sold a few hours before hand. The checker was very rude about the situation. I wish I would have caught a name but I will not be shopping here anymore. I would rather drive into Coeur d alene where Ive never had a bad experience. This is not the 1st time this same employee has been rude to me. I give everyone more then enough chances because I understand people can have bad days. But after multiple times I am done. I highly recommend you go to the other locations.

Have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. Got told by the guy to leave and not come back. I will never shop at this GameStop again. There is no need to be rude and kick me out for having a true medical condition. I work at a factory with 200 other employees. I’m telling them all to not shop at this store no more, and go to entertainment mart instead. -5 stars

They were out of stock of the game i wanted even though it was out on the floor. I was told they will ship it to me for free then charged me shipping.

I like coming here because they always have what Im looking for and Im always catching good deals.

Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Entertainmart. Gamestop in general, and specifically this location are no longer worth the time it takes to stop there.The employees that work here are terrible, and the policies of this company are getting more terrible in general as well. Not surprising the employees are so bad as I dont know why anyone would want to work here. I miss the Gamestop of yesteryear.They no longer have stuff on the walls that represent what they have, but rather just what games are on the console. You could spend an hour deciding on a game they have on the shelf, but that they dont actually have (I wasted at least a half hour this way myself). Then the employees just give a half-hearted apology, and send you on your way to see if there is anything else you would like to spin the wheel on.The actual selection of games is worse than it use to be too. All they seem to offer is new high-demand titles, or used stuff they sell at $1 under new prices. No longer can you get classic titles, or find that treasure you seek. They are just a miniature version of the Walmart electronics section with somehow even crummier employees.Will not be back to this location. Possibly not the company in general.

Friendly staff, clean store, great selection

Without a doubt the worst game store I have ever been to. The selection of games was less than half the size of the selection of accessories, trinkets, and amibos. Will not be returning or recommending

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The energy in this Game Stop is very positive and relaxed. The guy that helped me went beyond what was required of him to help me. It was a super good experience for me, especially since I’m not that game knowledgeable and barely knew what I was trying to communicate to him. 5 gold stars and an extra life for tall helpful guy! Thank you!

The staff, Brad in particular, was very helpful with answering all of our questions while trying to figure out what to get our kids. They took a lot of time while we went back and forth on considering whether to purchase a PS4 or not. We will be back to the store I the future without a doubt.

Lots of variety in games, accessories and collectables. Very helpful staff, too. Found the perfect gift for my 7yr old grandsons birthday!!!

I like GameStop, unfortunately you can go across the street to Walmart and pick up new games for less than the pre-owned at times. I like supporting GameStop though.

My original home store though I no longer live in the area. Still, the employees and selection make the occasional stop there worthwhile. If I had to complain about anything it would be the parking - but that is hardly the stores fault.

Typical GameStop, pretty wide variety of merchandise and well stocked. Clean store and has a very open feel to it.

Rude ass manager. Needed to return a console before the 7 day return ended. He did not have enough cash to make the return, he was not nice about it or helpful and I was unable to return the console within the 7 day limit.

Great experience at the Postfalls game stop. The guys really know there stuff! One employee checked on a game I had asked on, found it at a different store in cda, and called and reserved it for me. They have better games then any other GameStop in Washington or Idaho but the service is horrible the people know nothing about the games unless it’s something generic like a new football game

Horrible place. If your reading this dont go there. Gamestop is a huge ripoff. They sell their games for about 10 that theyre worth. Bought 5 ($56) games from them and then found out that I could have bought them for 5 elsewhere. That was total.
