Our family has visited the Post Falls location multiple times this week trying to get everyone set up with new phones. I cannot say enough good things about the employees there! Kylie, Royce, and Tyrone have all been incredible! Easy to work with and guided each of us through the process. Helped us find promotions to get a better deal, and kept us updated on changes to our bill. Super happy about the Post Falls T-Mobile π

Royce at the Post Falls location deserves a raise and a promotion. He has saved us from major technical difficulties and we will continue coming in for his help when its needed. Also, this location is clean and put together nicely. Kudos TMobile for great customer service and care!
I was helped by Krystal last night after my phone stopped charging suddenly and I needed a replacement. It was maybe 15 minutes before close and she didnt make me feel rushed at all, nor did her coworker (I believe her name is Renee). They both were kind and Krystal helped me find something that was definitely a good upgrade but wouldnt break my bank. She was very clear about pricing and helped me with any questions I had. Definitely appreciate everyone at this store Ive worked with :)

Ben and Renae are two of the most professional and helpful team members I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We had originally gone to our store in Couer DAlene,but they gave us the wrong information and grossly overpriced our upgrades. We have been needing upgrades for close to four months. We came in and were treated like family. Just want to give props to these two individuals, they are the definition of customer service and deserve recognition. They maybe a small corner store by Wal-Mart but stop in and get your service here you wont regret it!
The lady was helpful, she explained everything so I wasnt confused. It was a hassle free experience. Only thing was I wish they had more phones in stock. But that was not the employees fault.

I was helped by Tony and Kyle (I think thatβs right, Iβm terrible with names) near closing time last week. They were absolutely wonderful- didnβt act rushed and walked me through every step, making sure I got the best possible plan at the lowest price, and even putting up with my ADD, hyper children, and lack of understanding of anything phone related lol.

As a sprint customer this is my first experience with a T-mobile store. Tyrone and Rene were awesome. They were friendly and worked on my phone for an hour and a half until they resolved the issue. Couldnt ask for better service!

T mobile is great. They set my headphone up for me. When I bought a new car they setup my phone to the radio. I recommend t mobile to everyone.

Awesomeeeeeeeee. The best flashlight and lantern 2 in 1 costumer service the best. I love TMOBILE. I just wish with the COVID 19 you guys put again familiar plan $25.00 per line because im paying for 3 is very spence. Verizon offer me $25.00 per line. I asked i said i just have 3 lines they said for live $25.00 per line is the only thing Im waiting if before π Christmas tmobile dont do that again its going to be hard for me, but i will move to verizon.

Always something at this location. 2 years ago sold me on a bogo on LG... They screwed up paperwork end and took a year to get the credit back... Went in today... Requires masks but have none to offer. Will not be back. Go to corperate store.
T-Mobile is the worst service Iβve ever had. I transferred my phone to them because it seemed like an affordable option at the time, turned out to be an awful decision! I was paying way too much when I was getting absolutely no service at all at my house or anywhere in town really (I couldnβt even use my data to send an iMessage) nothing worked. After a month I decided to go with Verizon-Iβd always heard great things about them-low and behold T-Mobile locked my phone into their service and wouldnβt unlock it unless I paid a couple hundred. I spent hours on the phone with customer service over this, paid $75 to end my plan because thatβs what they wanted at the time, went into the store a few times but everyone was very unhelpful. Finally I went to the store for a third time and the manager happened to be there and he finally resolved my issue, managed to get my phone unlocked but they couldnβt give me a refund for the money that I paid to get it unlocked. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Quote possibly the worst customer service Iβve ever received.

Cancelled 2 wearable lines in store. then made payment only to find out they were not cancelled. Had to call corporate to cancel them again, cost me $50 bucks and a lot of time.
Staff are useless. Nothing like spending 3 hours to get a new phone and then having to come out the next day because the women failed to connect the phone correctly. Nothing like spending one of your two days off at the tmoblie store again. These monkeys make trading in a phone more difficult than buying a new car. I literally have spent a total of 5 hours in this store.
Michael is an absolute doll and incredibly patient and helpful. He is an asset to this company.

Went in to purchase a new I phone on my plan and was refused service because I wasnβt willing to wear a face mask. We are in Idaho where it is not a requirement. I will not support a business that will try and make customers conform to their beliefs.
