Service was great! Spending 4 hours at Verizon was not plesent but these are the days of COVID so I wont complain to much! I think the agent we had was named Mike and he was awesome!! Even when nothing was going right he was very plesant!! Thank you for your help!!

What started as not a pleasant experience turn around and was pretty great. I had gone into the Post Falls Verizon and met with Bobby. The path we were leading down was not great as he was at first unable to help me. After a lot of conversation and calls he made to customer service things turned around for the positive. Bobby jumped through hoops to make things happen and I could not have been happier. I entered the store with expectations and left the store feeling like all expectation were exceeded. Since this is a business account, I now feel more comfortable about adding phones and services and would hope that all the others I may work with in the future will be as customer focused as Bobby. Thanks Bobby for all that you did today to help me.

Came in last Sunday about 30 minutes before closing. I had a ruined phone (my mistake) and thought I would be out of luck getting a new one. Kyle there helped me out, and even stayed an hour late helping me sort out the details and walked out with a new phone and a great deal. Kyle was super helpful and with was by far my best experience ever at any phone store.

If I could rate zero I would, completely unprofessional. Went in to buy a new plan and was helped by Ryan, asked for a note 20 ultra and two s20 fe phones. Traded in my Note 9 for what I thought was going to be a Note 20 ultra. Sale went fine until I made to my car and realized that what I had was not what I asked for, instead what I got was a galaxy s21 ultra. Went back in immediately to rectify the issue. Was was greeted with an attitude and no help whatsoever. Basically told me I was burnt and that it was a better phone. Acting like I use my phone to take pictures. I couldnt care less about a better camera blah blah. Didnt offer any assistance at all and sent me on my way without informing me of a 30 day return window. So I bit the bullet and carried on. Fast forward not even two weeks and my phone screen wont even light up. Apparently this is a common problem with the s21 ultra, (just Google s21 black screen of death) Went into the store and he Basically told me I was burnt again because of a few minor pocket scuffs on the overpriced liquid screen protector. Though his coworker agreed that there was minimal if any damage at all. And gave me a warranty number when Ryan wanted me to pay for repair though insurance. (Phone would loose ips rating when opened) called warranty number and they sent me to a corporate store in Spokane where they once again agreed that there was no damage to the phone that should have caused this. And offered to send a warranty exchange. (Which will still be the s21 ultra that I have to shell out an extra 50 bucks for an Spen that would have been included had I received the original phone I was asking for.) Un happy that this pompous squirt has cause such a fiasco in my life when if he would have just done his job correctly or took it back when i went in, in the first place that this whole headache would have been avoided all together. Will never step foot back in this place and I think they should find more competent staff. Was considering canceling my service all together and reporting incident to the BBB.
Kyle Stafford was amazing!! He helped my fiance get a phone in 45 minutes and was just fantastic. The process was super quick and he was extremely efficient. He explained every step really well and was very sociable and talked to us as we worked through signing and online paper work. This is a secret of mine so shhhhhh! but I’ve always HATED going into Verizon stores as the process to getting a new phone or trading one in took forever, a minimum of two hours and I was not looking forward to going in this afternoon. But Kyle was great through and through. Seriously, this guy deserves a promotion! Will be going back to that Verizon store to get a new phone when the time comes and I refuse to work with anyone except Kyle. Kyle, if you see this, thanks so much for helping us!
I went in Friday and met Mr. Bobby. He filled all of my needs and took his time with me. He took care of me and finished super fast. My tech issues were very difficult to work with but he busted it out. He worked long and hard to fit my needs. Bobby tried effortlessly to make sure I left with a big smile on my face. Happy ending today for sure!!!! 💫 Not mention his super cute baby face. He reminded me of my grandson. Definitely going to return for more support.
We bought a phone that was obviously defective. This store and the district manager will not help us at all. I lodged a complain with the BBB today and the attorney generals office. I have gone through every avenue I can think of to get this resolved to no avail. We even bought the liquid glass which was supposed to protect the screen. If we had damaged the screen I would not have a problem but you can see on the phone there is no damage other than the screen is cracked under the liquid glass. Verizon reps and the company that makes the liquid say that the sales man put the liquid on incorrectly. We have not even had the phone a month! Horrible service from this TCC location.

Thank you to James and Michael at the Post Falls TCC! They are as professional as it gets! I returned a phone 24 hours after I purchased it, to trade it in for something different. James waived the restocking fee and gave me many options to help me out to get my bill lower (most companies would do the opposite)! Then, Michael helped me make the trade in very easy and very smooth! I was in and out in under 45 minutes! The facility is very clean and relaxing. Not overwhelming and overly busy with ridiculous wait times like the Hayden Verizon store.Already recommended Post Falls TCC to my in laws and my coworkers!! Thanks again!

I had tried for 2 weeks to contact Verizon regarding an issue with my data and had been unsuccessful. I walked in and Bobby solved the problem for me within minutes. He also reviewed my account and showed me how I could be getting more for less money each month. He also shared deals waiting for me, upgraded my phone, and did all the the setup while speaking with me in a friendly manner. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I couldnt have been happier with my visit!

Overall experience was great. Walked in without appointment, Kyle excused himself from client he was working with to greet me. Asked what I needed got me signed in. After 20 min came to get me outside, was able to walk me thru the backup and reset of my phone cause I was having issues with it. Learned a lot of new things. Service felt personable and genuine. When I walked in there was 1 agent helping a couple. No other employees in sight...no greeting or welcome. Sat and waited while 3 ppl were working with barely any help for 20 mins. All while other customers walked in again with NO GREETING! Prob worst cust care Ive had in a while!

Had a great experience here. Great service from both of the employees we worked with. Even though the store was busy, we didnt feel rushed, and all of our questions were answered. Did a phone upgrade, and later that same day noticed a factory defect that wasnt immediately obvious in the store. Went back in the next morning, and they made the exchange as painless as possible.

James and Kyle were wonderful and very helpful! I had been needing to upgrade my phone for a while but I was intimidated by it all. James and Kyle both called me to answer all of my questions and were very patient with all of my very specific, bordering-on-ridiculous questions. Buying a new phone is a big purchase! Kyle made the transition very easy and pleasant. I went in one day, he ordered me a new phone (apparently not everyone wants the purple iPhone, so they didn’t have it in stock. Who knew?), I went in when it arrived 2 days later and within an hour (relax people, it took an hour for my old phone to switch over to the new one...) I was all set up with my quoted discounts and payments. Even with all of the Covid/social distancing/pandemic craziness, they had very friendly service. Great place to go for your Verizon needs. Do your research before going in as to avoid being hustled out of a lot of money by the salespeople. Lady who set us up deserves an academy award for the convincing lies we bought! At least we know for next time.

Due to my tenure as a customer I had a special offer for a new iWatch that was basically a wash of $5 in our monthly payment. Called these guys because I could not get my new Iphone to work. I knew they were busy so the first guy that answered said he would have someone call me back. The manager called me within 5 minutes and helped me solve my problem. Great service during a busy time! I definitely will do all my business at this store.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a retail environment. Refused to honor their own exchange policy as they could not duplicate the issues I was having with my brand new $1000 phone. Most of the issues were happening when connected to 5 G and 5 G is not available in Post Falls so how do you expect it would be duplicated? They offered to return it and re sell me a new one if I paid a $50 restocking fee as a exchange as the manager they called would not allow a exchange due to not being able to duplicate my experience. I ended up Just returning the phone and paying a $50 restock fee. I purchased a new one for several hundred less on Samsungs website directly including free Pro earbuds the same night. My advise take your $$ elsewhere and stay away from non cooperate stores as they are only interested in box counts and bottom lines they dont care about you nor do they have the deals you can get at a actual Verizon store or online direct from Samsung. Tcc never again!!! I will make sure all my friends family and co workers know not to set foot in any one of your locations.

Honestly they have always made the process, for whatever reason I come into the store, really easy. I have only ever had one issue, and it was regarding a payment not being applied to my account. Honest mistake of an extra step missed. Went back to the store after figuring out the error and they quickly got it corrected and everything was as it should’ve been.Representatives there are always really friendly and we can pick back up in a conversation that we left from the previous visit. Today we went into the Post Falls store, and I am serious when I say that we received THE BEST customer service we have ever received from any Verizon store, and I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. We had been receiving the run around with some problems we were having when working with customer service both on the phone and also online.In the end, I made the decision to purchase a new phone, and I asked how long he thought it would take to go through the process. We were completely done with EVERYTHING in under 20 minutes. Not only is Bobby efficient at his job, but he is kind and patient.I live 5 hours from this store, and I would continue to doing my business there in the future!!Kudos, Bobby!

Amazing customer service Michael was able to find my son a phone at another store. He called the store gave my son the promo deal and James went above and beyond and personally drove to the other location and picked it up and brought it back to the store and took care of us, so my son could have the phone that day! It took a little bit for them to help me do to there were a few other customers ahead of me. Once Chloe got to me she was great.
