I seriously cant say enough about the awesomeness that is the ladies that work at this store. I never have had bad customer service here which, seems to be a lacking trait these days. So, Cricket Managment if you look at these reviews.....The Post Falls employees really do deserve some kudos!.

Taylor was so helpful yesterday! Her knowledge of the product in the store and her kind demeanor cannot be beat. She is an asset to this company! She worked quickly and helped with everything, including switching all my content from my old phone to my new phone for me. I will definitely be using this store as my primary source of business when dealing with cricket. Also, the manager Amy drove all the way to Spokane to grab the phone I wanted- my boyfriend had requested it be a surprise for my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a great experience! Awesome staff! Customer service is really important in this industry and I feel the staff at this store are especially helpful. I’ve been using cricket for 5 years now, and I’ve always had great service in the US. They were able to assist me in finding an international plan with another service in Europe as well.

They are always very polite and friendly. Very helpful when I dont understand my whats up with my phone at times. Fixes everything fast and explains how to do it myself the next time 🙂

What a great Cricket store!!! I have tried all the phone services and Cricket has always been reliable and crazy affordable. I began using it because of the price...now I can afford those expensive services, but due to the improvements and Cricket running off of AT&T provider...WHY WOULD I SPEND MORE??? I have several phones for my personal and business lines, and there are times when my friends Verizon, Sprint etc. phones arent working ...but mine is! Amy is so knowledgeable and helpful...love the whole staff! Five stars for sure! :)

Ive been with cricket for many years, basically because theres no contract and the plan I have is reasonable. Unfortunately at this point thats all the good I can say about it. About six months ago I went thru 3 phones and about 3 hundred dollars because the phones were bad and malfunctioned. No, I was not able to get refunded on one...long story. Went looking for a iPhone 7 and the sales lady, usually very kind, argued with me over what I paid for my fortune as well as was not very encouraging about me buying an iPhone. She made some calls to find me one at another cricket location and said it would be in same day and would call me. Here nearly 2pm the following day still no call. Tried calling the store, went straight to VM. Not even a courtesy call to let me know anything. Guess I have to call Apple to order my phone. Very disappointing experience. This last year has been literally the worse customer service and phones ever in all the years Ive been with cricket.🙁

Did not have the phone i wanted but the girl was very helpful in finding the phone.

To anyone who complains quit your whining and be thankful that you have anything at all. Im in awe at anyone who prefers getro pcsuk or sprint you to hell and back or even horrizon cryerless contracts stink period i prefer flatrate based service then sit and here someone moan and groan about how horrid everything is even if not a phone. Life isnt perfect and noone is anyones nanny keeper nor babysitter and i sure am not nor is cricket nor anyone period nobodies perfect nor is life so get over it i havent any sympathy for those that complain and expect something in return that think theyre entitled to compensation or expect something that generally is earned by hard work i know this time of year can suck but this store and staff is one of the best especially saylena shes a sweet person with alit if knowledge and so is rally givem a break postfalls/couer d alene folks they work just as hard to get paid to provide for their own wellbeing as much as anyone equally in the general area and deal if not on physical scale mentally/emotionally and have to deal with the General public thays retail for you folks i know from having workrd retail a good chunk of my life i know what its about. I give amazing props and credit to these two amazingly hard working ladies theyre awsome b^-^d!!❤❤🤘😎🤘

The ladies that run the show there are very friendly and knowledgeable.They made switch quick and easy.They were able to Bluetooth all of my info from my old to the new one anywhere else always told me they couldn,do that .

Kyle was wonderful and helped out with everything i needed.

Took my girlfriend to buy a new phone on sat. Was charged almost $200 dallors for the phone. Left the store and it would not activate took it back and they said my payment didnt go through so i was charged the full amount again. I asked if the first charge would be reimbursed and he assured me it would. Left the store again. Phone was stuck in a power cylcal then would do nothing. Turns out the kid put the case on upside down and pinned the power button. Went back a third time.. different girl seemed more knowledgeable helped fix the phone and assured me that if there was any problem with the payment she would take care of it. Monday rolls around the 1st payment was not reimbursed so i printed a bank statement and went in to show that i was charged twice and it had not been refunded. I have now spent half the day on the phone with amy the manager who has only told me it was my fault that they would not refund the money. Or that it was my bank bla bla. And when i got up set because she was constantly talking over me and interrupting me she just hangs up on me. Thanks cricket. Now my son will go hungry.

They NEVER answer their phones. Always to voicemail and when I do leave a voicemail they took 4 days to get back to me. And extremely rude service at that.
