They knew exactly what to do for my paperwork and when I forgot a document at their store, they found it and held onto it until i was able to get back.Awesome people!

Great owners. Very helpful. USPS, DHL. FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, passport photos, fingerprinting, Live Scan, copies, packaging, mailbox rentals, Notary, and a ton of gadgets and goodies, cards, gifts, key cutting / copying, office supplies, etc.

I recommend this location highly. I have a PO Box here and come often to pick up mail, etc. People are very nice, friendly. Word come to mind is Warm. Helpful of course. Really welcoming business. Appreciate their attitude and again recommend to anyone.

Dennis is amazing. The customer service is top notch. I had a PO box there for over a year. By the second time I was in to pick up my mail he remember me and my box#. Wow! Also when I need to send a package he was not only helpful but informative and told me the most cost effective shipping option. I always spoke highly of him and their service and told my girlfriend about that place. She was impressed with them also. She now uses all her mailing needs through him there. Great job Dennis!

This business closes as FedEx drivers drop off packages that were not signed for. To me, it seems this negates being able to pick up a package from a local location. This services hours should be rethought, self-service should be implemented, or it should be dropped.

Terrific service direct from the owner, and one of the FEW places where you can get a proper Canadian passport picture done (the dimensions are different from the US passport pics). While I was there I bought some very cool little fun gadgets as well. Great shop, great guy!

Worst customer service ever. The asian lady is super rude and she doesnt have any idea what she is doing... i went there to get my live scan, she filled out the wrong form and charged me 70$, when i came back to told her this is not the right form she said she cant help me and i have to pay 70 more dollars to get the new one!!!!

Close, convenient, friendly... my favorite fax monger

I went to a competitor to send out a fax. A simple fax!! I had to insert my Visa Debit card into a card reader. I use this card to rent cars, make hotel and flight reservations. No problem? Yes problem it wouldnt take my card. Why? Still baffles me. I didnt have cash so I would had to have gone to a bank and to get cash. Solution. I went out and got in my car, went to Google Places on my Droid phone. Typed in faxing services. The first place that came up was a Postal Annex+. It was closer to my house. I went there paid more than half the price of what the competitor was going to charge. At the competitors I had to do it myself. The gentleman at Postal Annex+ took my fax went to his fax machine loaded it and faxed it. Took a couple of minutes, gave me my confirmation and used the same Visa Debit card I tried to use at the competitors it worked at this store. What a deal. Instead of $7 it cost me $3 and I got real customer service. Thank Postal Annex+.
