I’ve seen some poor reviews saying that the service was bad or that james was “rude” but I can assure you, this place is great and everyone has their off days. Anyone who has taken the time and to talk with James would know that he isn’t trying to come off as rude. As for Roy, he knows what he’s doing and is a very kind and personable person. I genuinely appreciate the people who run this shop and their service is good and honest

Would not honor the coupon they have posted on their website. Ive used the coupon on multiple occasions. This time I was told I was a liar and that they do not honor their own coupons. Really a shame to leave a bad review but they deserve it.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. Be very, very careful before getting your oil changed here. Unfortunately, they did not torque my drain plug and also left off the gasket which resulted in the drain plug falling out and my engine seizing on the highway. My car was brand new with only 9,000 miles on it. They did not take ANY responsibility for ANY of this and actually blamed me for going over the mileage some. However, we were told explicitly by several mechanics (including the dealership) that this would have never happened if the oil change had been done correctly. I would have appreciated some empathy and understanding at the VERY least. Rather, I was met with hostility and aggression from day one. Eric (owner) threatened to file a restraining order on me for calling and asking for a receipt (second time I ever called - the first one he sent was aggressively circled and highlighted)... absolute trash. Roy (manager) and Eric are both disgusting, unprofessional, and classless individuals. Not sure how they can sleep at night knowing how horrible they operate their business.Edit: as you can see from Eric’s response below. He is the most hostile, disrespectful, and unprofessional business owner I have ever come in contact with in my life. Yells and screams at women... you have YET to take any ownership for the ways in which you treat your customers. You are blatantly rude and disrespectful.That is what you call a respectful, honest, and hardworking business? SO MANY lies and errors in your response. Oh and before you call me a scumbag or “typical millennial” ...maybe you should try to work on your grammar and spelling as well.

I’ve used this shop many time. Oil change,maintenance, breaks and so far I had great experience. Today I was going to drop my vehicle off for maintenance and the gentlemen that checked me in James was so rude and pretty much annoyed I was there that I took my keys back and left. Probably he was having a bad day but I work in the customer service field as well and in bad days I put my smiley face on and treat customers the way they should be treated.

They did a full brake inspection in about 30 minutes and replaced my front 2 brakes and rotors in less than 1 hour despite being short staffed. Roy was super nice, and very upfront/honest about what my car needed. I didnt feel like i was being scammed into paying for repairs i didnt need.100% would go back and recommend to anyone in the area!

I had bought a used vehicle and took it in for brakes and rotors. They found that the rear struts needed replaced. They were extremely busy, but took the time to do the repairs. They were upfront about cost and time.

Very efficient and shop manager, Roy Lujan, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Roy provided an inspection of my 10-year old Mercedes Benz I had just purchased in the Valley, and he assured me it appeared well maintained. I had an oil change and he directed me to an appropriate Euro-spec full synthetic oil and an upgraded oil filter appropriate for a Mercedes. I felt very confident with this service appointment for my specialized car.

They called me to let me know that I needed work on front and back brakes. The price quoted was 480.00 for both front and back. I told them to go ahead with the work. When I showed up to pick up the truck I ws presented a bill for 995.00. I told the guy behind the counter that I was quoted around 480.00. He said that was just for the front brakes. No apology, no offer to make things good. No way will I ever go to this place again..Felt very ripped off

I bought all four new rotors and pads from here roughly a year ago. Their manager Roy even helped give me a ride home and picked me up while I waited, which certainly seemed above and beyond.I had a portable jack stand blow out and the car dropped on the rotor. They took a look at the damage and said there was thankfully no need to repair. They even bent back a caliper cover that was scraped up from the compact spare all free of charge.

This auto shop is top notch! Professional, efficient, competent and clean. You are greeted with a smile, given honest, frank answers, and the price is fair. We have two cars. One is a 2007 Camry. Other shops have done work that has been deficient compared to Brake Masters for the same services. I trust them with my vehicles. Roy is a fantastic individual The work they did on my truck was amazing there could we now have an air conditioner that works and that kept us up-to-date as far as the cost of it and they do extremely good quality work.

I needed help finishing some routine maintenance on my vehicle, when I approached Brake Masters they had an opening for me to bring my vehicle in. Roy, I think hes the man in charge, was friendly and I felt honest about what he recommended and what work needed to be done. I was out of there in an hour not even. Unbeknownst to me I created more issues with the work I did and was able to get my vehicle back to them same day, luckily. Again, I felt I had a great interaction with Roy and another guy, Curtis, and they went to work on my vehicle. They kept me informed and even stayed late to try and finish the work on my vehicle same day, which I greatly appreciate, but it didnt happen. First thing in the morning I got my car back, everything was perfect.I know part of my experience was based on luck, being able to get my vehicle in twice in the same day. The charges were in the ball park of what I was expecting, willing to pay, and could afford. But I would say the best part was Roy. I greatly appreciate the work he and his team did for me and how much effort, I feel, they put into my vehicle.10/10 would come here again.

Sister in law went into labor in Phoenix and unfortunately we first noticed our only car with air conditioning had brake issues the day before. They went out of their way to get my job done quickly so we could make it to the birth in time. Will definitely come back for future car services!

On June 22,2030 went in for ccx estimate on our breaks. Had to do all 4 breaks. Roy was having trouble with a bracket and told us needed a new one and would take till the next day. He was kind to order a cab a d paid the bill. When we camt to pick up today he told us he finally g.j fixed the bracket with saved us another tti 0.00. I recommend this company they are honest and all have a sense of humor. Thank you Roy and yuh our staff for great work.

Went in thinking I needed new brake pads as my car has almost 100k and has never had pads changed but they informed me that the pads were fine. Very honest shop. Will go there for all my service.

Great place for oil change and honest techs. Tony did an excellent job on both of my vehicles. I left my car with him and told him to just change the air filter if it looked bad. He could have easily charged me, but said it looked very good and I didnt need it. Id have never known the difference, and its that kind of honesty that will keep me coming back. Sure, customers should expect that kind of service, but we all know its not as common as it should be. Plus, the prices are great.

Brought my 95 Dodge Class B RV in for an oil change, lube, and overall inspection last week and really had a great experience. I interacted primarily with Roy (Shop Manager), and his customer service is above-and-beyond. He patiently listened to all my questions and concerns, offered thoughtful analysis and advice, and made me feel I was in good hands. Had front and rear brakes replaced a little over a year ago and about 17,000 miles - efficient, friendly and good price. Recently developed a shimmy and Tony resurfaced the rear rotors at NO CHARGE! You cant beat that. Even told me if a get any more shimmy come back and he would resurface the front rotors! Fantastic!!! Highly recommended A+++

Decent prices, helpful and knowledgeable staff

Important to note this business changed hands a couple of years ago. Ive had several oil changes done here as well as some brake work and other minor repairs. They have always been quick, helpful, and seemingly honest. I had a noise problem they couldnt fix but tracked down where they thought it was, and sent me to an exhaust specialist, who was able to access and replace the offending part for $25. Im still going here for work with my 3 cars; so far so good.

We waited for service, 20 minutes, and no one came to the front desk to help us. One mechanic did open the door to the service bay, with a long beard, but returned to the service bay. One gentleman who was leaving said they needed more mechanics. It would appear so. I was hoping this would of been a long relationship with my car and them. Guess not.I returned today and great service. The mechanic with the beard is great. Checked my brakes and all ok. So changed my rating from a two to a four. Averaged out the two occasions. I now will go back.

I took my car here and they said my brakes were fine. I havent had that kind of honesty often at brake places so once I did need work I came back and have been happy with what they did. It might not be the cheapest but the warranties are a lot more solid than the super cheap places

The guys were very friendly and while going over the results of my vehicles inspection, they never once tried to sell me anything I didnt need. Took my car in to have my front rotors turned, they didnt turn them they were worse when I left.I had got two different options they both told me that they werent turned. Do not recommend them!!

We took my nieces 2005 chevy trailblazer in because a local dealership gave us an estimate of $1600 for work on the differential that entailed dropping the engine and the oil pan. When brake masters looked at it they felt it wasnt necessary to do all that to fix a leak from the front seals. Then they found a problem with the suspension that 2 other repair shops hadnt found. It was a huge safety issue, and they found it! The job was done just as they said it would be and on time, and the estimate was right on target as well. also, jeff and craig wanted to show us the damaged parts that were replaced on the wheels. thats a first, and well be back! thanks guys

I agree with all of the reviews from the people before me, and then some. The Manager is a snot rag, and should be working a McDonalds as a janitor. He ripped me off for brakes and belts, and after 20,000 miles I am repeating the brake work that I paid almost $200 for. Actually, 5,000 miles ago I was told I had brake problems by another mechanic, so I went to back to Brakemasters, and was accused of saying he did bad work, bla bla bla. He showed me the rotors, nothing wrong he says. I couldnt tell if they were bad or good. Now 5,000 miles later, guess what? My pads have worn prematurely because of the bad rotors, and the backs that he said he cleaned and adjusted, really? The right rear is frozen, and another mechanic told me he doubts they were. My bill with BM, $455.00, money I didnt have, but at least now my whole new brake job including rotors will be about $165. It would be $124 just for labor at BM. Why so high? And why such a nasty attitude towards paying customers???

We took our truck in here on a Wednesday. they fixed our A.C. compressor for 600$. we went 1 week before it stopped working again. 600$ is jacked up really high dont go here to get an a.c. compressor fixed jiffy lube will do it for 350$
