This place was great! They had exactly what I was looking for, live edge wood I could make some shelves out of. I was a little intimidated to go in here at first because I am not a master wood worker and just dabble in DIY projects but the person who helped my was so friendly and welcoming! I was really pleased with this little shop and definitely recommend stopping in.

The wood selection is great, but most of all Shanna’s customer service is superb. I really appreciate her taking the time to really show you she cares. Russ was also very nice!

Amazing staff, great selection of hardwoods and live edge slabs. As a relatively new woodworking enthusiast, the staff have been super helpful and patient with all my questions and very accommodating when I bring my infant daughter with me for pickups!

I have purchased lumber from Artizan a number of times for different projects and have never been disappointed. I just purchased cherry for a entertainment-tv center and It is some of the best cherry I have seen in a long time. My co-student and I purchased a couple of small pieces of wood there. We were advised by our teacher to go to them for quality wood. We must have had SAP written across our foreheads as they totally took advantage of our being novice wood shoppers. Charged us way too much and when asked for the Yavapai College student discount, were told there was no discount. So it was a very bad experience. So only 1 star for them. Too bad, other students have had good experiences with them.
