I like tractor supply, I’ve been to stores across this country. I always find cute items and good sales. Customer service was good. Employees are friendly and the store is packed full of supplies. This store even has jewelry and You don’t see that in every store.

I purchased the Winchester 26 gun safe from the Prescott store. We weren’t sure it would fit in our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Kristen got involved and knew from personal experience the slightly smaller safe fit in her Jeep. She took the lead and with the help of a few more associates it fit, barely. Kristen represents TSC very well.

Bought a Coleman 400 UtV in February 2021. Would not run up the loading ramp into the trailer - about 10 degree incline. My husband got a ccouple of sales guys to help him get it into the trailer. They told my husband to drive it around about 40 miles @ 25 miles an hour and break it in and it would be OK. That didnt work. Then Coleman told us to change the spark plug to an integra plug. That didnt work. Then National Headquarters Coleman gave us a claim number and a service place to get it fixed. That place said that it is not fixable and these machines are known for not having power. I contacted National Headquarters again and they said to just return it to the retailer we bought it from. Called TS of Prescott and was told they can only take returns before 90 days. So mad that they spoon fed us fixes for so long, now they cant take it back.Dont buy these Coleman UTVs.Robin C Burke

Horrible service by customer service rep Michael over an online pre-paid purchase for over $300. Arrived to pickup item and was told by him the order was canceled with no explanation to why as he walked away obviously not wanting to engage with me. I actually had to ask why the order was canceled and he eventually told me the item was damaged. Instead of helping me get another one ordered he just pointed to the self-serve kiosk and said to do it myself. To reorder I was to pay a delivery fee to have it shipped to their store??? Since when do major stores charge for delivery to one of their own stores? Very disappointed after our company has spent thousands over the years at this store.

Just reviewing so somebody can tell Mike that alfalfa doesnt make horses hot and that he should probably stop telling customers that because then they think they shouldnt buy it for their horse 🤣

Helpful staff, and the products I purchased were (surprise to me) on sale when I reached the checkout. Lots of products in the store. Tools ranging from inexpensive to professional and priced accordingly. They were running a dog obedience class in the parking lot when I arrived. Nice to see they offer (or just allow) extra customer service activities.

Love the store and selection of feed. However, when I order online to pick up in store, I end up waiting quite some time because there is no one at the pick up desk. I finally stopped ordering online since its faster just to shop in store. Other than that, the store is great.

Chicks galore!! Lots of choices, and all of them adorable. Went in to buy a curry brush for our goats, and stopped in the middle of the store to see all the different breeds of chicks, including turkhens, and even fuzzy yellow ducklings. Spent 2 minutes finding the brush, (guided by an employee) and about half an hour watching the baby poultry and reading about the different breeds. A thoroughly enjoyable visit!😊

We shop here as often as we make it out to the area. Its not very conveniently located for us but love it when we can get out there.There is a competent staff which is very helpful and kind. Their prices are fair and their return policy is good.We have never been dissapointed shopping here!Highly recommended, you can shop here in confidence!

Staff was very nice, prices were reasonable. One team member even took a moment to have a conversation with me, rather than just walk by, and ignore me. The chicks were hilarious, chasing each other around their trough, too. Impressed with a chain store having some variety to the fruit trees available, rather than just the generic variations.

Great customer service. The manager at this store honored a sale price that ended. He didnt have to but understood it was good business. Will do business with again. Great prices on gun safes

Great store for all kinds of things. Just rented one of their flat bed trailers for $15 for 4 hours on two different days last week. Everything went very smoothly, and definitely very happy with the price.

Pick up a big bag of dog food for our Sweetie. They dont change the store too much so it is very easy to get what you need quickly. The employees ate always helpful and friendly.

Tractor Supply is a great place to pick up animal feed and pet supplies. They usually have a good selection, including some of the high end brands. They also carry tools and parts for farm-oriented equipment, some of which cant be easily found at the big-box hardware stores.

This is a great store for what they sell. When I need such products, I go there. I got a great wagon for use in my yard there. The deal was sweetened by the sale price, so I have kind thoughts towards this store.

They hosted a car show that turned out very nice. They have a little bit of everything.

I hate to admit this... no I dont. Im a grown up little girl. I only go to the Tractor Supply for Breyers and Schleich horses and animals because I collect them. They also have Hampton Peanuts which are superior to other brands and come in cajun hot flavor. They are yummy. I cant say anything about anything else in the store. The only downside is they only carry large Breyers at Christmas time.

This is the place i go for pet food best place in wickenburg alot of things are a bargain and some not so much but it is a clean and frendly environment large variety. I really like going down aisle and just looking at items if i had any money i would be in trouble. Thanks

The food was okay but the service wasnt that good. The person took the drink orders but walked off while I was trying to give him mine. It took awhile to get our drinks and refills didnt happen because they hardly came back or the table
