Not enough staff. Saw they had an item on their web page. Got into the store and couldnt find it. Lady working one of the registers couldnt find it and she called her boss. He didnt know anything neither. Kind of gives you a sense of no one knows anything when you walk in! Shish!

I like Harbor Freight but I liked their 20% off coupons more (theyve since discontinued them). Like any discounted product, you need to evaluate your needs before buying. Im happy with their really inexpensive battery powered drills / screwdriver. I also like their low cost tarps. I bought an corded electric heavy duty hammer drill and it has done really well on tough work.

Super friendly people. Bought something big and had to go around back to get it loaded... Took 5 min. Super quick and easy.** updated** bought a bandsaw and the legs it came with were terrible junk. They collapsed after just 2 weeks. I would have been better off buying something name brand and not having the constant hassle of fiddling with it to make it work right.

We Love Harbor Freight! They have lots of fun and useful stuff!Today, we picked up some tarps to prepare for the winter. Im sad that they no longer mail out their flyer of coupons-was always fun to look through!

Harbor Freight is a great place for inexpensive tools etc... They will usually have what you need. They will always have what you didnt know you needed. Crazy low prices on generators. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our go to spot, when in a spot.

Prices are so much better than big box retailers. I’ve had many of their tools and they are well built and last at a fraction of the cost of name brand. This is really the only place to buy blades, sand paper, grinding discs electrical tape, and other items. Have their wood chipper and been impressed with the power and durability.

I returned an automotive long frame hydraulic jack that no longer worked.Harbor Freight in Prescott, Arizona replaced it under warranty with a new & improved model long framejack. My jack was obviously well used but not abused. The lady automotive tool department managerhelped me with the transaction. She was so helpful, that I bought a second jack.

Generally friendly employees, convenient, and decent prices. Coupons have gotten stingy (not the fault of this location) and waits can be a little long to checkout depending on how many people are working the cash registers. Just wish they were open later into the evening, but oh well.

I like going to this Harbor Freight in Prescott. Every time Im in town this is a go to place for me. They always have what I need in stock. I bought tools, gloves, C clamps, 1/2 inch electric impact wrench, gas generator ...etc..etc..For example I bought a bunch of different size adjustable C clamps and a person told me why I bought them, he told me they were poor quality and I just ignore him. Well 5 years later those adjustable C clamps are still working awesome just as the first day I bought them. They may not be brand name tools but Im just your average Joe and these tools work for me👍!.

Cheap tools, you get what you pay for here. I wasnt too impressed with the sales staff. If your going to be selling tools please be knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for a specific item I was told I would find it down a certain isle, then I was informed by another employee after looking all over they didnt carry it.

As a first time visitor, I was wowed. It is eye candy for the tool lover plus so much more. They often offer unique items you cant find anywhere else. Great prices. The staff are terrific and very helpful. Keep an eye out for their sale items. They saved me a small fortune on various power tools. If you love tools and gardening, or need automotive supplies, you really need to check it out. I had fun browsing their store. I am now a repeat customer.

I found roof cross bars for my car there at about the same cost as HD, but theirs had much better reviews, & I found 20% off coupon that I printed from the internet which brought the cost down even more. Customer service was outstanding and the gal even scanned and gave me free fresh flashlight via a coupon without me even asking or realizing that I had the ability to get one. Double bonus! Highly recommended! And, if you need something right away call the store because you can probably get it faster directly through them if they have it in stock versus waiting for backordered items online (crossbars in the store immediately, online was 1.5 weeks back ordered; Cargo Carrier also backordered online, but the gal at the store said she should have them in stock again in just 2 days).

Friendly welcoming staff. Went there looking air compressor for our vehicle tires and they only had kiddie ones. Cheap quality but pricey, which surprised me. There are some things I wouldnt purchase at Harbor Freight but I thought for sure theyd have a good compressor for my vehicle. They do have other good compressors though. The store is always clean and organized well.

I live an hour away from Harbor Freight, so I always call first. I was told what I needed was in stock. When I arrived I was told they were not in stock when I complained all the manager could say was oh-well! I will never spend another dime at harbor freight not on line or at a brick and mortar store!
