What started with a bad experience changed to a great one all because of the manager Hilli! There was a mistake on my appointment and it unfortunately got overbooked. Hilli went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the bad experience to be fixed! Im thankful for managers like her who go above and beyond for customers!
