How they manage to find what you need us mind boggling... But they do... Friendly and helpful

The owner is wonderful. Our (pretty old) dishwasher went out and I called and Billy answered. I described the appliance and the problem and he was able to tell me all about the estimated cost of repair and give me excellent advice. I will definitely call them in the future for our other appliances!

Ive been going to Atlantic Appliance Parts for a few years. Billy has saved me thousands of dollars by knowing the part that I needed for my refrigerator as well as a new lint screen for my dryer. Hes very professional and he really knows quite a bit about appliances.

Billy the owner is a very friendly guy. He tries to be helpful. I first went to All Appliance to get a module. They were out of stock and back ordered. I could get it in about 2 to 3 weeks. Billy said he didnt have the exact part but he could get me something that works. The connections and the way it mounted was different. I had to cut wires to change how it connected. I didnt know what wires went where.I tried many different combinations. I ended up with 3 burners working. The new mounting bracket was no good. I taped the moduel to the old bracket and ordered a new stove. I give Billy 3 stars for trying. Ill be back but Ill never accept anything but an exact replacement.

The down side to owning GE appliances is that every one of them breaks twice a year. The upside is that Billy at Atlantic is probably the best service person you’ll ever meet. He went way above my expectations to make sure I could get my refrigerator back up and running before the long weekend. He honestly wants to fix the problem not just sell you parts.

Very helpful gentleman running the place. His prices are comparable to online with service better than any online sources! Shop local!

I had a great experience with Atlantic Appliance. They are so honest and try to help you save money. When my dryer broke they had the exact part and walked me through how to fix it. We had a good chat about the value of keeping well made appliances going as long as possible. When I got stuck and couldnt manage to fix it myself (not the fault of their clear instructions, Im just not great with machines, we arranged repair through them. It was all convenient and reasonably priced and our dryer is working well again.

Website and voicemail say Saturday 8:00-12:00 after an hour ride to arrive at 11:00 the place is deserted.

My dryer of 3yrs is now running like new and I had a great time with the experience of taking it apart, cleaning and replacing the belt . Its unfortunate that more people dont take the time to rate businesses like these. We often jump right in when we have bad experiences. Im as guilty as the next person when it comes to complaining, but Atlantic is a true gem! Donna and Bill are super cool and helpful! Theyve made me feel like an old friend every time Ive ever been in for help. And their help has been spot on every single time! Theyre not a big box store and do keep mom and pop hours which accounts for one of the bad reviews. But if youre trying to fix an appliance rather than throw it out and buy brand new, I cant imagine or recommend a better place. Just bear up if youre washing machine craps out over a long weekend. Do your laundry at the laundromat and see them on Tuesday. Theyll get you fixed right up. Because theyre the best!

I cannot thank Atlantic Appliance enough for their above and beyond help and service! Billy is truly in the business of helping the little guy (or girl, like me). He put the wheels in motion to get my problem fixed with my stackable washer/dryer for way under $100.00. It would up being an easy fix, a little dryer switch, vs an entire panel that another shady company tried to sell me. I tell everyone I know, use this company!!! Atlantic Appliance is the BEST of the BEST!!

02/24/16 I called the number a few minutes after they closed and got the recording and hung up. I called right back to hear their hours of operation and the owner happened to pick up. As always he was very cheery and took the time to look up the part # I was seeking, and as usual, had the part in stock. He told me to bring the old part with me when I came by the next day so he could check it to make sure it actually had failed, and was the part I needed. We then got into a conversation totally unrelated to appliances, had a few laughs, and then hung up. You dont get this type of service anymore. This is why I always go there. Its one of those rare places you can go thinking, oh theyll never have this, and show them the part, and the next thing youre walking out the door with it. If not?, they will order the part as you are standing there. As with anything, bring the Make, Model #, Serial #, and any other info you can to make things easier. This type of operation makes a big difference to me!!

My Kenmore HE2 dryer door switch need to be replaced. I called, the guy told me $79.99 for diagnosing, then plus parts and labor. The contractor Dean Hunt come in to fix it. only took 15 min to fix it, I provided part. He charged me $256 at beginning, I think its ridiculous(sears will only charge $95). After I argued, he dropped to $169.99, it still not reasonable. I will not call them any more.
