Not a good experience in any way. Ordered 2k worth of product over two months ago. No calls, would not return my messages, and did not even acknowledge me as I stood ten minutes waiting for service while they were “selling” to others. I finally just left and returned another day. Long story short, they sold my item to take care of someone else and didn’t even have the decency to offer me an apology. NEVER AGAIN will I or my company do business here. Terrible!

I came to the store to look to see if they had a part for my leaking fridge. Luckily on a Saturday at 3 in the afternoon they had one available. It was just a simple union connection for two hoses. Outstanding service, I would have gladly paid three times as much for the service over the part. My next appliance purchase will be here . Thank you

Have to say I wasnt impressed. Went in already knowing what appliance we wanted, and we were just shopping around town for the best price. The Older Gentleman there seemed very off put by us, simply walking in. He wasnt very kind, told us our choice was a bad one, and didnt give us a price and told us to go to Home Depot. We try to go with local business because most of the time their customer services is top notch compared to big box stores. Unfortunately, that wasnt the case this time. Disappointing.
