I recently utilized Hancock Appliance for the first time. I appreciated that the owner himself helped me select a refrigerator for my rental unit, especially given my timeline constraints. It was nice visiting the store and meeting the talented team of professionals that make up your business. I appreciated you going the extra mile to secure me a quick delivery date.The fridge arrived quickly and the drivers were both professional and expedient. It took some work to get the fridge through the narrow doorway to the kitchen and the drivers were patient and resourceful.Many thanks again for all your help.
We bought 2 air conditioners from Hancock and with the very kind help from the owner and the fast work from Patrick we are set to go for the summer heat! They both were outstanding and I will definitely go back for any appliances I need. Excellent work, customer service 5 stars and a must for a good establishment. Very happy ;)
We bought 4 GE Appliances from Hancock Appliance in Quincy. The owner Bill has been great; very personable, knowledgeable and customer focused. When it came to overall service, Dentley has been the best!! He made sure that our needs were met to our satisfaction. Also, very polite, knowledgeable and professional.

I am writing this review for the delivery service . My delivery man jerrod was so helpful and fast he gave me time to clean behind my fridge explained everything to me in detail and even tested my fridge and ice maker before he left . The guys were on time and they were so gentle with my new floors . Honestly i could have orders from a big company like Lowe’s or home depot but these delivery guys really took it home with their impeccable service and grace !
They charge $120 delivery I got it from Best Buy free delivery they charge 20% restocking fee I’m out $320 and I ended up nothing I try to do business with small businesses but i will never do business with Hancock appliance again

Due to my displeasure regarding the return of a stove that was delivered in error and being charged 20% or $200 I was very disappointed and posted a negative review I received a call from Bill the owner of Hancock appliance he was very apologetic stated he was not aware of the situation and would not have charged me the 20% restocking fee had he known I have been reimbursed the $200 fee and Bill and Michael both apologized they seem very honorable and honest I have no problem doing business with them in the future
I have to comment on the customer service and how amazing it was. I was in touch with Bill, the owner, who graciously gave me his cell # over a weird smell coming from my fridge. He talked me through possibilities, and even squeezed me into a packed schedule for a service call early the very next morning. Ill forever be a customer of theirs just from how nicely I was treated. Bought a Speed Queen Dryer. They answered all my questions, delivered in when I wanted. Had an issue with door hinges. Nancy was awesome. Set Up repairs, ordered parts, and was in constant communication. Guy who came was super friendly and done quickly .Service was second to none. Highly recommend them for purchase and service.

Have been doing business with HTA for years, my mother before me (when they used to sell tires as well). Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They have their own service repair staff too. The repair staff courteous and knowledgeable, and explain details and options to any repair work.
BUY YOUR NEXT APPLIANCE HERE!! Great experience from the sales folks to the service department. Researched extensively and purchased a Maytag washer and dryer from them and the price was best in the area. Just had some service done on the washer and there was absolutely no hassle and the service level was outstanding.

Shop here first. We did a complete kitchen remodel and bought all of our appliances here after first checking prices at a couple of competitors. Hancock matched the competitor prices and maintained that personal sales experience. Additionally, Nancy, who helped us follow-up with the manufacturer on some specific product questions and warranty plan questions, is unbelievably friendly, personable and responsive. The delivery guys were almost 4 hours late.... I had to call Hancock twice to find out what was happening with the delivery.... no apology and told me if I wanted to reschedule it would be a week until they could get there.... this was our third purchase there......never ever again, you’ve been warned

My new TV had a scratch in the middle of the screen and Sony would not even consider replacing it. BUT my new (replacement) TV is being delivered this week thanks to the folks at Hancock. This was my first experience making a purchase at Hancock, but it certainly wont be my last. I specifically chose to do business with a local company rather than a big box retailer and this confirms that decision.
I cant say enough about Hancock tire and appliance, I called the store last week to ask a question about my microwave have a hole inside above the food plate, I was making sure it was okay to use or should I buy a new one. When my wife and I were building the addition on our house we were looking for appliances. I was just going to go to Lowes or Home Depot to get our double oven, refrigerator and stove top. My wife was told about Hancock TV & Appliance from a mutual friend so we decided to check it out. Incredibly friendly and Incredibly knowledgeable about all the products they had. They walked us through the process and didnt try to sell us the most expensive but matched us up with the appliances we would need for our room size and family. Delivery was right on time and they made it a point to stay in contact with us for the entire process. Very very pleased.

The tech just left my house.The service time was communicated and updated during the day,the costs were aligned with what was promised.Tech was efficient, pleasant and professional .After 16 years we need a new stove. We will return to Hancock TV and Appliance for the new purchase because their products are supported by the tech that just serviced our account, Russell Grankewicz.

Ice maker on my fridge wasnt working. I called the manufacturer and their tech support was useless. They had no idea what I was talking about, even though I saw this was a common design defect being complained about all over the internet. Called Hancock and Russel immediately knew what the problem was and brought an upgraded air handler part out with him so he could get the job done on the first visit.
What a pleasure to meet an appliance repairman who knows what he is doing and is pleasant about doing it. I thank you for having the smarts to hire a gent like russell. Please make sure you keep russell because i feel i will probably be calling you again for other appliances. thank you sue barry.
So, I needed new appliances after 15/20 years, mine were old and ready to fail. I decided to stop into Lowes for a sale on tax free weekend. I ordered all new kitchen appliances. The salesperson told me it would be roughly 3 weeks for delivery. Waiting and at the start of the 4th week, I called Lowes. After taking an hour to track down someone that could actually help, they told my order had accidentally been canceled. Angry and frustrated, I stopped by HTA to see what they could do. Not only did they beat the original sale price, they were able to find additional rebates to offset the taxes that I would have to pay. Ultimately, I think I paid slightly less then the original tax-free Lowes sale price and the appliances were delivered that weekend! I would highly recommend stopping by HTA before you decide to make any appliance purchase to see if they can help! It worked out for me and they actual care!
Hancock Saves Christmas!When my brand new (13 month) oven wouldnt light, exactly 1 week before Christmas, I called Hancock Service. It was just past the 1 yr warranty so Nancy suggested I call Samsung to see if theyd cover it (It was going to cost $288 to fix). Meanwhile, since she knew I was hosting Christmas dinner, Nancy went ahead and not only put me into the schedule, but pre-ordered the part (Igniter). Samsungs documentation said it was covered and started to setup a repair with another vendor. I insisted on Hancock but the Samsung Rep couldnt find them. I called Nancy...she gave me the info they needed, and Samsung contacted Hancock to setup the repair.Russ came out, as promised and, with a high level of professionalism, quickly repaired the oven.Christmas is saved!Thanks to the entire team of professionals at Hancock TV & Appliance! And Happy Holidays!
Im having a bad experience with this place. I ordered a fridge for my mom (shes been without for 3 weeks) and so far have been told its backordered now and it will be an additional week (no guarantee even then). I am supposed to get a rebate on the product but if its that late it will be past the date allowed. Very frustrating. thinking I should have just gone with one of the bigger stores that has more available inventory.

My sales person was so vey nice and patient with me as i looked at several appliance and asked several questions about the merchandise. he was very professional. i felt so comfortable with him that. i knew my money was being spent in the right place. i am a very happy customer and i have verable advertised for this company. i also like thae fact that Hancock creats a package deal thats afforable for you.
