I am a verified costumer, I bought a washer machine from RAC Quincy MA. One year later stopped working properly, I called them and they supposedly fixed it. They did not, they only hid the problem, and instead of replace the part, they fixed it with “cement”, can you believe that!!!!!. But I did not know it at that time. Later on the machine gave me the same problem again, because the second time it was not under the guarantee they will not fix it, so I decided to call a technician, when he opened my washer machine, and he found out the problem, he told me he will never touch my washer again, due somebody had try to fix it with cement, it that can cause an electric shock and all that time my house has been put on so much risk of getting on fire. I called them and the store manager from Quincy only yielded at me and took no responsibility for it. The 2 pictures show the work RAC made on my washer, the third picture it is what they’ve should done before.
