TREMENDOUSLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE HERE!!!Such a world of difference between the experience I had at the Walpole, MA location. Evelia and Artan (my apologies for any misspelling of their names) were EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE, not only to myself, but EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER THAT ENTERED THE STORE! They are so great and I enjoyed my experience here so much! If I wasnt leaving the area in a couple weeks to head back home, I would make this location a permanent place for me to shop for glasses. I applaud them and their customer service and wish that I could give them 100 stars! Thank you so much for all of your help and kindness!

My cousin came here for eye contacts and had the most traumatic experience, a lady working here almost blinded her. To this day she’s scared of anyone touching her eyes. 😤😤

Employees send their does no want to work. I asked for the phone number to call and book an appointment, employees say that they are not taking appointments. I have passed by a very nice optician back in may and wanted to do a follow up

Took my 12 year son for glasses. A few months later he had his yearly appointment with his pediatric ophthalmologist. They discovered that his eye glass prescription was wrong! Poor kid had the wrong prescription! The doctor explained that his prescription was off by a lot, luckily no damage to his eyes. I went in and talked to employee and all she offered was an apology! No money back, no discount for new glasses, nothing! Terrible place when they can’t even get the prescription correct! I will never go back again!!! Terrible!!

I bought glasses at this location about two weeks ago I spent over 400 because the lenses are progressive. The frames I bought hurt the back of my ears to the point I can’t even wear them. I have been back several times for adjustments just to be told there is nothing more than they can do. I am stuck with a 400 + pair of glasses that I cannot wear. I am wearing my old scratched up pair now. I just wish someone offered me an alternative solution to my problem

This rating is specifically for not answering the phones. It gives the initial automated greeting for the Vision Center, but then it just rings for 5 minutes before rerouting to another part of the store where no one answered there either. Fifteen minutes wasted, no human, no answers. All I wanted to know was how much an eye exam is, but I guess Ill take my business elsewhere since no one at Walmart can be bothered to pick up the phone!

Got contact lenses there...the optometrist was not very friendly

Stopped by to get a vision prescription filled and no one was there. They were closed for lunch for an hour and their hours say 9am to 7pm.There was a sign but the was no message on the voicemail for the store saying this. It took me 45 minutes to get here.

Dr.Sandra Payton is one of the best that i have seen. dr.payton and her staff was very professional i highly recommend her.

Glasses break after a few months. Lenses fall out, just complete cheap rubbish. Have spent nearly $500 on special treated lenses there. Same RESULT
