Ted took me in last minute for a relatively urgent brake job on a Saturday when he was already completely booked. He called me before actually performing the work to let me know what it would cost and what I needed before proceeding. His pricing was reasonable and right on point with what I expected. Despite being so busy that day, he had a positive attitude.I know people that have been ripped off by other countless shops and Ive had experience with not-so-great service elsewhere in the past.He refused the extra tip $$$ I gave him for great last minute and quick service, but I insisted he take it.I finally feel like I can confidently say that I found a very local, trustworthy, and honest mechanic. That can be hard to come by. I feel comfortable doing business with Ted from now on.

Very professional and fair priced

This is by far the best mechanical shop I have ever attended. Both Ted and his associate are the most helpful people. I used to live right next door to the shop, but now I live 30 minutes away and still go there. Im a woman who doesnt know anything about cars, yet they dont feel the need to take advantage of that. If Ted doesnt need to buy any new parts for a repair on my car, he tells me upfront. Thank you for being so caring.

The owner Ted does most of the work himself. He is very honest and fairly priced. He never tries to up-sell parts or labor to make an extra buck. His estimates for time and cost are accurate. He is never late with work or costing extra. A few times he has gone out of his way to get the right part and get the job done right. He even honored the warranty on a part that was a few months old and failed.
