I went through HD Auto back in March/April to purchase my car, it was my first car I have ever went through a dealership to get and upon arrival I dealt with Dan and George. They were both fantastic salesman, although George was very pushy on making sure I write a review and at one point asked if he could write it for himself on my phone. I declined as I would never write a review until I have seen how the product works. Fast forward 5 months and the car has been nothing but problems. It has been in the garage more than its been on the road, I have had to dump thousands of dollars into it and thats with a warranty. In the past 4 months weve had to have the motor completely rebuilt as well as other problems. They should not be allowed to operate a scam like this and I have actually been in contact with a lawyer to see what can be done as far as action being taken against them. I understand salesmen are going to sweet talk however there is a huge difference between selling the best aspects of the car and downright lying about the work/time that you put into making a vehicle safe and selling people a lemon. So here is your review George. Im sure this wont be the last you hear from me.

I’ve tried every dealership in the area, not one single person “could” or as I felt, WOULD not help me. When I got to HD auto I was welcomed with open arms and the most genuinely nice people. Even though my credit, to put it bluntly, was in the crapper. I had 100$ in my checking account & not a dollar more to my name. George bent over backwards to get me and my daughter into a safe car, he was able to take 2 of my other vehicles as trade ins for my down payment. He got me a payment that’s within my budget & promised he would get me into a car that day & he did just that. I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle or the place I got it from. The customer service was amazing! I highly recommend George, his coworkers, & this dealership! You won’t be let down! Thanks George, we’re forever grateful!!

They know damn well they aren’t no 4 star company. They reset the sensors and won’t let you test drive the car. When pulling off the the lot everything will pop back up. They are seriously slow and waiting on getting sued !! It’s amazing how they put up their own reviews, which I find really sad… lol 🤷🏽‍♂️ I’d rather go to jd Byrider honest to god!! Before I step back into this place. I almost fought the owner due to him lying about the car and saying Idk when I’ll be able to fix it. Knowing I just brought the car in CASH LESS THAN 24hrs!! He and his bull$*** dealership are horrible never seen such bad business….. if I could give him zero stars I definitely would maybe even negative rating. Straight up bums and money hungry savages.

I went to hd auto sales and George seemed amazing at first he spoke to me and my best friend and told us he could work with us for car. I seen a nice car that I really wanted. Well I explained to George my situation and he told me he would work with me to come back on Friday I came back Thursday and told him I only had 1k available as a down payment. He said that was fine to come back Friday with all my paper work and he would would get me into something even if it wasn’t the car I wanted. Which is still better than not having anything. But came in Friday with all my papers and he sits me down and tells me he can’t help me at all. Like whattt are u serious. My credit isn’t a1 and all but still you walk in with 1 k when your told your good to go and then get there and find out they can’t help you at all. What kinda sh$t is that. I’m not very happy with the way it turned out and I had all my proof of income and was approved threw a financial place they except so not seeing the issue I have emailed him a bunch of times to never hear any response back either. I rate them 1 start due to there poor service and lies they spew at you. And lack of communication all around don’t go there they lie to you.

HD was very easy to work with. I am located 3.5 hours from the dealership and they agreed to meet my half way to do the paper work and delivery. During the delivery process I noticed that the spare tire was missing. They sent a check to cover the cost of replacing the spare.

No pressure to purchase, with a friendly and welcoming environment. George was easy going, pleasant, and understanding of our wants and needs. We purchased a vehicle the same day and it was a quick process. Ask for George in sales if you visit the lot, you won’t be disappointed.

I been waiting for a phone call on my airbags since I bought the car a month and a half ago. Terrible customers service and I have called several times had an appointment and they never even fixed the issue called several more times and nothing . I guess the BBB needs to be contacted instead. Horrible customers service!

This is my 2nd car that I am purchasing from HD auto sales. My experience has been very positive, AJ and HD has been very good to me. If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle I would recommend stopping by to see AJ, who has been most helpful through the process of both vehicles.

They were nice in the beginning, then they wanted to charge me 8,000 more then the listed price, then switched the vehicle for a cheaper one and the down payment kept slowly going up . When I said Id pass on the vehicle I was asked to find one for the same price . After a 30 second search I did I found 3 and I was met with an attitude and told to go buy that one then .I would not recommend.

My battery died two days after getting my car and George’s demeanor completely changed when we brought it back for a new battery. DO NOT GET A CAR WITH THEM..Got a car from them hasn’t even been a year and the car has given us nothing but trouble. It has been to a shop twice. It needed a catalytic converter that they were supposed to replace before giving us the vehicle they didn’t do that. Now we have to come out of pocket $1000 just to fix that one issue the tire sensors need to be replaced and the car needs electrical work.We have only had this car for 8 months and it’s been nothing but a headache. Go somewhere else they will rob you.

George was a very good salesman. The first suv we got we only had it for a day and had problems with it. They took it to get fix. They kept telling us it would be back the next day they would call us. Waited all day and never got a call. We had to keep calling them to find out what was going on with it. Finally they told us to come in. We went in and they told us they couldn’t get it fix they could put us in another suv but had to pay an additional $ amount. We took it because we needed a Vehicle. We found the trans dip stick was missing. They went to the parts place and got one and it was the wrong one. They told us they would get one and contact us when it came in. We found out the next day in the day light that it didn’t have an antenna. To this date we still didn’t get a call that they have a trans dip stick or the Antenna. Sent them a few emails the last few months and never got back to us. They are nice to the customers until you buy a vehicle then they don’t keep in touch. Also it took about two to three months to get the registration and then we had to go get it from them.

My husband and I had been looking for a used car for over a month with no luck. We decided at the last minute just to run out and check out HD based on some of the inventory we saw on their website. When we got to the lot, we were greeted by George. We told him what we were looking for and our budget and he helped us find the car that worked for us! I love my pre-owned SUV Chevy Traverse I got from HD auto in May 2019! It’s August now and I’m still happy with it! The staff was helpful and courteous and did everything to make my experience great. After my purchase I noticed the AC needed attention. They sent me to a helpful mechanic who fixed it for no cost to me and now im driving ice cold AC in the heat of summer! 5 stars ⭐️😁update 2/14/2021 still loving my purchase! NO PROBLEMS !!!! I brought a car from them ( George) in March the check engine like came on same day took them 1 week to fix it later they said they fixed it then 3 weeks later the check engine light came back on ! Turns out they sold me a car with a recall & will not help ! I have 2 kids & they knew that when they sold me this car ! When you call they play a phone game n give you different people one the same call & the boss “is never there” ! My car shakes whenever I step on the gas & stalls out ! I am still dealing with this issue today !!

Everyone is friendly at first, but after you purchase the vehicle, you are not their problem anymore. I had some issues with the vehicle they sold me and I have called multiple times asking for minimal help such as a phone number for example. No one can ever seem to help you and they state they will call you back yet you never hear from anyone. I ways also told that the vehicle I purchased came with 2 keys, yet they could only find 1 key at the time but promised to find me the second key or replace it. I bought the car in October, it is now January, I have called 7 or 8 times and I still have no second key. Very disappointed, these people were helpful when they wanted to me to buy the car but as soon as you buy it, you are nothing to them.

Best sales experience ever, they take time in explaining the documents, and car services. No long wait for signing after purchase. If you need a car this is the place to go.

Stay away. In less than a year of ownership, I had to replace all four tire sensors, rear brakes, a serpentine belt, and a catalytic converter. After that, the engine died on me. I had a horrific experience with HD Auto Sales. Youre better off taking your business elsewhere.

Do not buy a car from this dealer! The money that I put down for the car was pocketed and not applied to the finance company as outlined. I was given a false document that did not match that of the lender. The purchase was also not reported to Penndot and I in turn had to pay additional money to correct the dealers horrible business practices. They will fool you into thinking their Tags and Title business will take care of everything but they wont. After reporting this to the dealer, I was yelled at and hung up on multiple times. Eventually the dealer took responsibility but never took action to correct the issue. I was told my paperwork was lost. The following day after purchase, the check engine light came on. I spent a month trying to have repairs fixed at the dealers expense. The dealers mechanic shut off the engine light and pretended to fix the problem. I called this out and was then sent to another mechanic where I spent 10 hrs waiting for what appeared to be simple repairs. I do not live near this dealer and decided to wait with my car. I was told the repair would be 1 hour. Everyone in the shop ignored me and pretended not to speak English. Nonetheless, it was resolved and I washed my hands and corrected all else with my local and trustworthy mechanic! I could go on. Do not buy anything from here! Unfortunate experience.

The girls dont even know anything about cars there when I went there. They gave me a bogus deal on a car with a small amount..and the money I was willing to paydown..should have put the price and payments down as shown on their ad which they lied. I wouldnt recommend nobody going there.
