I was able to get an appointment within a few days, which was fantastic.I arrived and was promptly greeted by 2 very helpful Gentlemen. Iffy was my service coordinator and was so kind and helpful.The waiting room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space between chairs. The service my car needed was done pretty quickly and they even washed my car. The best part was that it was still under warranty so it was free.

I had a very pleasant experience for my service today at Prime 128. Iffy, my customer support person, was always pleasant and made sure I understood was happening with my car. I was happy to be able to connect my laptop while I was there to work on a project. It was nice to have coffee, drink options and a snack machine too. I barely made it into their parking lot with my Audis flat tire. They didnt have a service person to help me immediately but took my car in to put air in my tires. They called around to see if someone else in the area could help me immediately but no one could. Thankfully the service representative changed my tire for me for absolutely no cost. I had an incredible experience this morning working with Leah in service. She not only fulfilled my specific requests for service, but went above and beyond getting answers to other random questions about the car. She was also able to get verification about my extended warranty that had previously gone unresolved. I was treated as if I was the only customer there, from the initial check-in to picking up the car when completed.The treatment I received today from Leah is the reason I come from Maine to have my car serviced at 128. I was asked to review the service today. Here it is:I was charged $106.92 for the oil change for my Honda Civic. $13.52 was “Shop Charges”. First time since I start using motor vehicles I am paying this much for an oil change. The price includes $24.99 for tire rotation which is free at the other places. This is not acceptable! I hope this dealer see me here and stop this immediately! I could get two oil changes with this price! I wish I could get a better pricing but this is the result.

I have leased numerous vehicles from Prime and only have them serviced there. I typically have to wait 60-90 minutes for service on my vehicle to be completed even with an appointment but it is well worth it in my opinion. The customer service is great and the staff is super helpful. The waiting room is always clean and fresh coffee is available. Win win in my book!!

I went to Prime Honda after doing a lot of research. I leased a new car today and cant be more excited. Adolpho and the finance manager were awesome. I recomend going and choosing Adolpho. He was not pushy but honest. He also helped me find an insurance company that saved me a lot of money. You guys are the greatest.

Great service…went in for a recall service and also had them do an oil change and tire rotation.My service advisor Paul was excellent. No pressure trying to talk me into unnecessary maintenance. I also inquired about transmission fluid replacement and he let me know not required any time soon.Coupon discount from their website for the oil change and got out of there under the amount of time promised at a great price.And they send it thru the car wash before driving it out to you too.Recommendations are suggested stating whether they are urgent or needed in the near future and I will definitely go there for the ones I can’t do myself when that happens.Highly recommend.
Leah at Prime Honda was fine and helpful. As far as I can tell the minor service that I took in the Pilot for, was done competently and well.Just two points that are worth mentioning:The chairs in the waiting room are uncomfortable and need to be upgraded.The car was nicely washed after the service. At other times, the car was also vacuumed. No vacuumthis time. A disappointment.

Ive been car shopping 5 times and this was by far the easiest and most hassle free experience. Nestor was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Monike explained everything to me clearly when it came to documents and financing. Overall, people I didnt mind spending a few hours with between shopping and getting all the paperwork taken care of. They were quick to get the car registered and ready for me to pick up as soon as possible once the deal was closed. Definitely recommend!
I booked my appointment online and was given an appointment that morning. Nicole handled my auto issue paperwork. She was very pleasant and I was out of there in 15 minutes. I received an email with what was wrong with my AC and the work that was done to fix it. I returned to pick up my car in 4 hours with everything fixed. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Service department was great. I brought my Type R here for service because the steering was creaking, and Leah made sure that the car was treated well. They were able to identify the source of the creaking and explained where it was coming from.If you have a Type R, I would definitely recommend bringing it here for service. I had issues with techs taking my car out for a joyride at other dealerships, but the service department at Prime Honda 128 was excellent. Ill be bringing my car back here for future service visits for sure.

I always use Prime Honda in Reading. The main reason I am loyal to the is ... they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. It’s also nice that the service writers are pleasant and knowledgeable. They keep you updated on your car’s progress. They have lyft service if you need a ride. Their establishment is always clean and well organized. I have never had a complaint about my service and I’ve been going there since 2012.

I would never recommend any one to go to this dealership, especially if you want to get your car serviced. The paint on my car was chipping off, so, i contact this dealership back in 2020, they called me in, took some pictures and said that they would contact me to get it fixed. Guess what, they never called me back. i tried to get them on the line but no response. After few months, i tried to contact them again to get it fix and they sent me to Auto Body clinic that they will take pictures this time, and Prime honda will contact me to get the issue resolved. Three months and numerous phone calls, no one has contacted me. I tried to contact the Auto Body Clinic they said that they are waiting for prime honda and when i try to reach out to them, they just dont respond anymore. Now, after two years, i have the car paint chipping really badly and the warranty expiring and no one to help me fix this. i wish i could have gone to another dealership to get it fixed on the very first day. This was my worst experience at any dealership, i will never come back to them and wont even recommend it to my enemies.
Overall, a very nice experience.When the cost of the work doubled over the quote she was able to cut the price and make it right.Lea communicated very well, via phone and text, so I knew what was going on and why.To top it off she got me a Lyft back to the dealership from work.Thanks Lea.

I purchased a used Toyota Tundra. Im in Maine so initially had to go by web listing. Pretty sure I wanted it and they were willing to hold the vehicle until I could come down and view in person. Their communication was excellent. Ainsley made sure the truck was ready for me to inspect when I arrived. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, price was a great deal, I bought it. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. The only minor issue is that it did take some time to get all of the paperwork completed. I was paying by check so the transaction was relatively simple, but I wouldnt say they were slower than any other dealer in this respect. I would recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought my 2015 Honda Civic coupe here almost 3 years ago. I financed (through my personal bank) and loved the environment, the people, everything. Rob helped me and he was phenomenal-amazing character, very personable, and overall a great guy.Fast forward to today, I traded in my Honda Civic coupe (for a great deal) and walked out with a new 2021 Honda Civic 4dr and ended up leasing it through them. And of course I went back there for Rob. He’s honestly an amazing salesman, and I don’t live nearby (about 20+ miles away) and I knew I wanted Rob to sell me my next car.I love the dealership as a whole, but Rob made my experience so amazing the first time I needed to go back for the next. I hope to keep buying my vehicles through him as well.
