Shout out to Cody for taking care of our family van! We can understand why Crown Service was fully booked for weeks before we could get our Dodge Caravan looked at. They are excellent! What could have been a very bad situation for our van (suddenly wouldnt start one day and would just click and make funny noises) ended up being a defective battery cell. First, Cody ran tests on our van to ensure it wasnt related to our vans computer. After seeing nothing wrong there, he told us he would use an alternative power source to test if it was just our battery. He got all of this done in one day and stayed in close communication with us. Sure enough, as he suspected, it was our battery! He replaced it and our van was starting up with no problem, everything functioning as it should. We appreciate the honesty, integrity and sense of urgency Cody showed us. We highly recommend Crown for any service needs and will definitely be back. Five stars and two thumbs up for these guys! Amazing group of service techs Cody and his guys were faced with a massive challenge in our new trucks issue and they got it done, with honesty and integrity. Definitely giving them our business. I went to Crown Dodge in Redding to purchase a new vehicle. While looking on the lot, Bob tended to us and seemed to be kind and respectful. That was until we began to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I stated that I would BEGIN my negotiations at a certain amount, in which Bob got up and stated he wouldn’t help us. He then began tending to another customer within seconds. Bob left us in his office, shocked and having to let ourselves out. This was by far the worst customer service I have received at a dealership. Little did Bob know, I would have purchased the vehicle in full that day. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was asked to bring a truck in that i was trying to sell on line. KBB valued it at 18k, they insulted me with a 16k offer. I drove it to vegas and car max gave me 22k for it.

The only problem I had with Crown Motors is when I first went there I didnt realize that is was several dealers in one and I couldnt find the service bay for Dodge and when I drove around the dealership. When I first drove in I saw Honda a small area for Dodge new cars and Ford no sign telling me the Dodge service bay was on the Ford service bay side so I was a bit confused until I asked someone where the Dodge service bay was so maybe you can have Crown Motors put up a sign telling and directing people that the Dodge service bay is on the Ford service bay side something like ( Ford and Dodge Service this way ) Other that that I would bring my car back to Crown Motors for service the service agent was great and my car was serviced great and on time all great qualities ! ! !

Well after two years have passed when I had a bad experience buying a ram 2017 express crew Quad bad allaround . well they got in touch with me and put me in touch with a great salesman Maximus. mellow no pressure listed to me and I got what I wanted this time. Crown has gone out of its way to rectify all the bad things from the past. even the service department has gotten better. Ewan was fabulous in going over the new apps and controls. very patient and informative. Ari in finance was just as good. Crown is really working hard to make people believe and become long time customers. I am very happy in my new 2019 rebel 4X4 crew cab

Rich in sales was extremely helpful with our purchase and the finance manager, Donny was absolutely amazing.

I called to make a service appointment on a Sunday so I was required to make an appointment online which required me to pick a service consultant and a mechanic which I knew nothing about. When I arrived at the dealership I was directed to two different departments before being helped and then I was told that it could still be an hour and a half to two hours until my vehicle would be ready which lead me to ask what is the point of making an appointment? The fellow told me that the business had just had a meeting with the company that created the online appointment software because of multiple issues such as double booking. I am not sure why this business has such a high rating online, but I suspect that will begin to change in the future if their service continues to disappoint.
