Ive bought 3 cars from West Coast Auto Sales and had great honest service both times. I loved both of my Camrys and will recommend this small dealership to all my friends and family. In the past Ive bought new and used vehicles from other dealerships in town from Shasta Nissan, Crown Motors, Taylor Motors, Miller Auto Center, Integrity, and a new vehicle from the Stockton Auto Mall and none of them compared to the excellent service of West Coast Auto Sales in Redding Ca.

Ive gotten 1 truck 1 vet and my son got a truck and we love them, Danny is the best guy ever... pleasant and honest.cant go wrong here.. also his cars are on tip top shape and reasonable price . He isnt out to gouge you..im telling you he is the best in town..

I bought a truck from here and within the week three of the injectors went bad, the hood bolts were not tight, I have to prime it every morning to get it to start, the instrument cluster takes a few minutes in the morning to even come on, and the bottom radiator hose leaks water when I turn the truck off. I gave them $6,000 cash as a down payment and all the did was pay a $100 to get the test done for the injectors. Called around and got me a “their cost” mechanic fee of $3600 that I have to pay to fix my truck. They are thieves and I will never buy from them again and I’m telling as many people as I can not to buy there. I’m also taking this to bbb. Save your money and go to a real car lot.

Considering they sell used cars and trucks, unforeseen issues can sometimes arise during a sale, but they do what ever it takes to make it right, and that is more than i can say for many used car dealers.So they have earned my respect and gratitude, and i would and will recommend them to others.

Rude, careless people. Alex Foye help with finding a certain item that i was SCHEDULED to pick up. Each person that i TRACKED DOWN and spoke to immediately pawned me off to someone else. Which whom i also had to find. After figuring out that the person i needed was in fact there, one tells me, hes out back. While out back every one swears that hes waiting inside for me. It was absolutely stupid and i will not choose this place for future products or service

My family has purchased 3 cars from West Coast Auto Sales. There new facility across from Safeway downtown is SUPER NICE. I check sacramento dealers on autotrader and West Coast Auto still hade the best deal for the car I was looking for. Got a great deal for my trade and an unbelievable deal on a 2009 BMW. None of that shady hidden crap. The first thing they did is pull out the 1 owner, Clean CarFax. They also showed me the Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds value. I was offered to be able to take the bmw to any certified mechanic in town to have my own inspection done. I took them up on the offer and had it inspected at my mechanic. My mechanic found no issues with the car and even said the dealerships Safety Inspection Sheet was spot on with his findings.Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable and selling me exactly what I wanted.-Heather
