I was not pleased with the service advisor and how he handled my service needs. I like a person that does their job and not hand out poor excuses as to why the work was not done in a timely manner. He knew what the problem with my vehicle was and that we had an extended warranty, but waited until I brought in my vehicle to start the review with the warranty company, instead of having that all taken care of when I arrived for my appointment. to me this is not good customer service and a waste of my time due to his inability to do his job in a timely manner. Lithia of Redding has gone down hill over the past couple of years under this new general manager.

When I called ahead and talked to Ezra about test driving me new car I didn’t think it would actually happen, but with his help we were able to make a deal and I got a car that is as close as I’ll get to my dream car for a long time! Thanks Ezra for making everything easy!

My vehicle was having serious issues, seemingly transmission related. Engine was surging and would go dead if accelerated was pushed too hard. I had warning lights on that said Service Stabilitrak, Traction Control Off, Service Traction Control. The warnings began several days before the surging issue. Dropped my car at Chevy and 5 hours later they called to inform me there were 2 issues. One was a steering wheel sensor that had gone bad, which was the cause for the warning lights. Cost $420 to replace. Next, they said the surging was due to a bad transmission and the whole thing needed to be replaced for $6,000. The vehicle is 4 years old with only 85,000 miles. NO WAY!We asked that the sensor be replaced and they called the next day to tell me it was done and had fixed the warning lights. He also cautioned me against driving the vehicle because the transmission was bad. We picked up the vehicle, intending to take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Drove it off the lot, floored it, and guess what????? Car is FINE!!!! Today is 9/21, one month after the car was in there. Not a single surge, not jumping or hopping. Car shifts smoothly at low and high speeds.Its ridiculous that they did not drive it after fixing the sensor to see if the problems were related. And if they did drive it, then its criminal to advise a client to put a new transmission in when one is not needed. We will not be taking our vehicles back to Lithia Chevy for repairs ever again. In addition, I have told everyone about the situation so that if theyre told they need a repair, they should get a second opinion. From what I could see, Lithia was doing brisk business and staying extremely busy. One would think screwing customers over in this matter wouldnt be necessary. But, apparently, its either promoted or there is such a level of incompetence that we do not want to do business with you guys ever again.

Jacob was very helpful and was never pushy about any aspect of the transaction, which is a pleasant surprise when making a large purchase.

Quite daunted as a first time buyer coming in for a nice car with my lack of credibility. I was helped by James their one salesmen, who did a damn good job getting me through the process without that expected vulture capitalist attitude. Spent hours with me and did all he could to make my purchase as buyer friendly as possible and I walked away quite satisfied so. He’s got a dope Cobalt too!

Took my 2020 trailboss in for oil change asked to rotate tires. Paid for tire rotation. Next morning went out to check tire pressure and saw that they had not done the rotation. Went back to dealership they asked tech and he didn’t remember. Set up another appt which I will not keep to rotate tires. Total lack of integrity.

Lithia is struggling in the same way most businesses are in California, No one wants to work.The Service advisor Chris M. was fantastic, keeping me posted on the repairs needed on my vehicle. Incorrect parts were shipped from GM, and Chris did everything to make it right with minimal impact to me. He even had to go out to the yard and retrieve my vehicle when it was done, while others stood around not responding to his request to retrieve the vehicle. He was unnecessarily apologetic for the actions of the other crew members. Sincere and made everything right, the best he could going beyond my expectations. Very disappointed in the customer service. Last weekend my husband and I came by to look at some trucks we found one we liked and started the process of financing. The salesman was not very personable and seemed to be uninterested in his time with us. We sat there for 3 HOURS just for them to tell us they could not make the deal work. The salesman did not check on us once during those 3 hours but did continue to walk past us without giving us any updates. I am beyond annoyed that they did not take our time seriously. I hope you treat other customers with better respect.

Was waiting for service to be done, was told it would be about an hour. 2 hrs 20 mins later it was dine. Also had told them about a spot on the body, left rear fender, where it looks like a clip that holds it together came out. Was told I would have to come back for appointment with body shop. I was told I would receive a call by last Tuesday with info on appointment. Never received a call.

Had an amazing purchase experience due to a salesman by the name of Kyle Dillingham. He was quickly able to pinpoint the vehicle I needed for my family when I was not sure which would be best.The day I was to take my new ride home, the AC was not working. My only concern it that as a Chevrolet dealer you do not have fuel filters for my truck. It cost me an extra hour of waiting time. Steve Fisher who had sold me the truck months ago, visited me in the lobby, he is a good representative of your Dealership. Blaine in service was great and called me to tell me that they had to find a fuel filter else where and the other dealership did not open until 8:30 am. I arrived at 6:45 am. Fifteen minutes on me, but the tech that changes oil doesnt arrive until 8:00 am. I should have called, my fault. Otherwise, all was good. Extremely clean waiting room and restrooms. Two hour wait was fast and comfortable.

The past three Oil change I’ve had to get someone to come back to the car to resetting the Oil life and clean up oil Off my armrest or door. Would not recommend getting the oil change.

I brought my BRAND NEW 2021 into Lithia for the first service. Upon pick up, the truck was filthy. Oil drips and smears all over. I had freshly washed and detailed it before the service. Someone reached out to me and offered me a free detail service. I responded with, I just want to make sure my truck is being treated with care and I can trust that it will. He assured me that it will never happen again.Today, 9/29/2021, I was to pick up my truck from a bullet liner install. Again my truck was washed and detailed. ( I take very good care of my truck. I worked very hard to make this happen.) I remined them that I take very good care of my truck upon drop off. Again, he assured me that they would.Again, my truck was filthy dirty with overspray and some white stuff smeared on the door panel. There was bedliner overspray allover the sides of my BRAND NEW truck! Little chunks of bedliner stuck on everywhere! The second very best experience in buying a [used] vehicle I’ve ever had is at Lithia Chevrolet. From getting the ball rolling with Nash, to completing everything with Adam.It took only about two hours and 30-45 minutes to seal the deal on the purchase. I hear how others spend up to 4-5 hours buying a vehicle. Not at Lithia. I’d consider buying another vehicle from there if necessary.

My previous review still stands to be true. The service department however has been absolutely the worst. For starters when you call to see about a service they do not answer the phones. They must think their customers should have to drive in to talk to someone. Then they act they they are so busy that it is appropriate to schedule 2 weeks out for an oil service that is already paid for. If they are so darn busy then they need to hire more help to answer phones and assist their customers. They also need to hire more service techs as they obviously cant keep up with their demand. They have no problem taking your money for a service but seem to want to make things as inconvenient on the customer so they dont use the service. Very bad business practices. I am changing my review to 1 star until they have proven otherwise.

Dominik our salesman was great. I found a sweet ride and he was very patient in showing it to me and explaining all the features. He was very informative and we could tell it was important to him to give us the right information. Luis in finance was awesome as well, he made us feel comfortable and did his best to get us a good interest rate. Ezra Webb however was a salesman on the floor that day he was so rude. Talked down to me and made a rude remark. He also said he would “ throw in a free tank of gas” to seal the deal. Even though all cars from Lithia come with a free rank of gas when you purchase one. What a slimeball.

I havent been dealing with lithia Chevrolet all that long .I truly believe that people do make the difference in a business. It starts with Steve our sales guy, man what a great guy. I would highly recommend him. So much that I went back and bought two more cars off of him. Then there is Logan the manager this guy is truly amazing too. I can not say enough good things about him as well. This team has a winning combination to satisfy many various peoples need so stop by and see them and tell them Jason sent you.

Got an oil change had to wait quite a bit even with an appointment. 1:30 with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation is not a five star rating imo. Customer satisfaction is good and everyone that works there is nice so the rating reflects as such. We have a 2 yr old and a 3 month old so in and out with an appointment would be alot better but it is what it is.

I took my Van in to have the power steering rack replaced. Within a couple months I had to return to have it replaced under warranty as it had started leaking worse than when I brought it in. When I picked my van up my door panel was broken and I had grease all over my drivers carpet. When I returned to have the vehicle detailed to remove grease they had screwed up the days and I was left with my vehicle in worse state than when it was dropped odd.
