Scammed and took advantage of my situation. Extremely overcharged for a service unrelated to why I was there. Dishonest people.I had my car towed here in March after it broke down. That was the only reason it was there, not for any other problems. Which they knew. I was later contacted by Nichole and told it started right up in the morning on its own. Working fine again. Then I was asked if I wanted a diagnosis (which you would assume means a diagnose for why it broke down, because they knew that is the only reason it was there. And there would be no reason to diagnose my car for other issues there is no symptoms or complaints for). And I did want to know why it broke down (which I would never find out, $170 later....), so it didnt happen again of course.So I said yes for a diagnosis, for why it broke down. I was charged $170 for the diagnosis, and they then told me they did not try to check the reason it broke down. They diagnosed an unrelated problem (as they said themselves), that has not effected the car is any way still. I was not refunded or given a diagnosis for why it broke down after that, even though I was essentially scammed or manipulated of $170 for a diagnosis of a problem completely unrelated to why my car broke down and had no reason to believe it needed to be checked for any other issues, than why it broke down.
I bought a 2015 civic base and a 2020 civic EX-L here. Still own both cars, have had some recall work done on the 15 with no issues at all free of charge. I speak with Jessica our sales lady often she has been great after the sale as well! Will bring looking forward to going back for the Type-R soon. Great people down here.

I had them remove passenger seats, and I store them in my shed.Then I converted it into a campervan myself.I have nothing but positive comments about Crown Honda.Anything Honda? They are terrific!

Nice people, but its always an insane wait. Waited an hour and a half and realized they didnt even pull my car back yet. They offered a free oil change next time. Like I said, very nice but this is not an isolated event.
Took my car there for an airbag recall. Nicole helped me out. Super nice and sweet. I noticed my airbag light was on after taking it for the recall and when I went back they noticed there was something going on with my seat belt and replaced it for free since it was still under warranty. I dont think anybody else there would have done that for me so if you visit, go yo her 😊👌
I have bought 2 cars from here. They are always helpful and fit me in when I needed something replaced.
Took my daughter here to by her first car. Quite a pleasant experience. Tashell and Steve were great. When we found some issues with the car she wanted....they had no problem repairing the issues and gave her a rental to drive until the work could be completed on the one she purchased.
A girl working at the front desk, the service is too bad, she hangs up the customers phone without asking why. I dont know why Honda hires this kind of people to work. It is simply discrediting the company and not giving a star.

Ive already reviewed Crown Honda in the past. But they needed another one. I got my HRV serviced recently, it took longer than usual, they were super busy. But everyone was so nice, and the technician that worked on our car even made my daughter a balloon butterfly to help keep her entertained while we waited. Absolutely love Crown Honda. Will continue to go there for servicing (and vehicle purchases).
I leased a 2020 Honda Civic for little down and payments that were a little over 200 a month and its a great car. Steve Roberts is the sales manager if you want to get a good deal.

Even though Crown Motors Honda was short-staffed,(because of the Carr fire evacuations), they were very accommodating. Manny & the gang got me in for emergency service ASAP and quickly got my car ready to go. Crown Motors Honda is always friendly and professional, even during a community crisis.
The service writers were amazing. Friendly, personable and just very nice. I cant make a comment regarding the technician as I did not meet them, but my car is running and the issue is fixed, so Id say that is a positive. The only thing I could say would be an improvement is Crown no longer offers vacuum service when getting a car wash. Very minor, but still slightly a bummer.

All the staff we dealt with were great. The dealership was clean and tidy. We did not feel pressured or uncomfortable st any time. We would buy our next car from Crown again.

I call customer service due to a recall on mi vehicle and this woman practically hang up on me, then I call again and there were really helpful (different representative). Too bad I didnt catch the name of the first lady or I would of wrote it down
We had a great experience buying a used Honda CR-V yesterday. The staff was accomidating, professional, and friendly. This was our second trip to Crown to test drive vehicles and we didnt feel any pressure to buy either time. Bob Lafreniere helped us out both days and was such a great guy, very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We even got treated to pizza for lunch, which was so thoughtful. Diane Hill in the finance department was a hoot! She helped get us a great deal and had us laughing! Overall, my husband and I give the whole experience two thumbs up!

Ive used countless dealerships and every time I have come away feeling like someone kicked my butt. I made an appointment with Crown Motors to have the oil changed in my F250 diesel. The quote $325 + tax. When I was called to the service area I was sure there was going to be something they found other than the needed oil change. BUT, the service was to include all filters plus the oil. The bill was $60 less than the quote, WHAT? less. They found that the air filter didnt need replacing so they knocked the dust off and reinstalled it. Unheard of, reducing an estimate. They even washed it for me. They (You) have a customer.Thank you.

Place was crawling with salespeople... we got there and we just needed a service. It was a warranty issue with a newer Honda we got no problems there everything got taken care of and the service people were very nice, sales people sure seem pushy, must be hungry! ;)
If there were negative stars, that is what this company would earn. Crown sold us a vehicle that we really didnt want, convincing us that there would be no problems with our brand new $80k Ford. Funny how we have been having constant problems with it since the purchase. It is a lemon for sure. Crowns people from the service dept. to the sales reps, and all the way to the manager avoided this unhappy customer. They have offered NO assistance, shown NO remorse, and have NO desire to rectify the situation. Clearly, they have no understanding of customer care.

Had an emergency, caused by fuel pump failure, on road trip from Seattle to Tucson. Called this Ford dealer on a Friday just before noon.Cathy and Natalie in the office helped us connect with Frank in service and recommended a local towing outfit that had us to the dealership within a half hour of our call. Another half hour and a diagnosis was complete. Part was obtained and we were on our way by 4pm. Employees were friendly and professional. Thanks for going out of your way to help us out of a bad situation.
Very bad customer service. I call to book my car for a oil change on monday and ask them to tranfer me to ask a question at auto care section checking my engine light then tranfer me back to continue with my booking and now i got a different lady said that monday was not avabile anymore and got thursday so i told them my schdule already book on monday why move me thursday then she said oo Thursday is the only day i could get you i told sorry but i already book monday then nvm ill pass. After 2 min i call back now i got wednesdays and told them that to look carrfully i was book on monday they said no monday was already all book up... you know ill just go to a different t dealership...
