Im new to the area. I called for an appointment to get brakes, oil change and tire rotation and got an appointment within a couple of days! Sarah, the Service Manager was so kind, helpful and professional! She made my experience a great one and she went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met with a smile! I will definitely be back in the future! I highly recommend Lithia Toyota for all your service needs!

This is a great dealership! Tristan helped me out and showed me a variety of cars that fitted what I was looking for. He knew every answer to all my questions. Constantly checked in to see how I felt and was thinking. Closing out the paperwork has been the easiest it’s ever been! Everyone there was super nice and willing to help and explain everything to me! Overall, this was a great experience buying a car! Thank you Tristan you killed it! Joey and Robert are the BEST and ONLY people I go to here. They answered every call promptly, fixed everything they said they would and kept it as cheap as possible for me.One man here named Bruce tried to ruin the experience for me, he yelled and screamed at me because I showed up at 5:55 pm before they shut down services at 6. We heard a lot of mumbo-jumbo from quite a few of the dealers and started to get upset. We then contacted Mike Hamilton at Lithia and he was a no nonsense kind of guy. I was late for my service appointment because I accidentally went next door to the Nissan dealerships service department, first. The service Dept. at Lithia Toyota was very understanding and assured me it has happened before. There was no one in line ahead of me when I arrived. I was greeted right away and they took my car in for service immediately. The agent at the service dept desk had a little issue with completing my service order, but a second agent helped him quickly figure it out. I chose to wait in the customer lobby while my car was being worked on. I had brought in my Toyota Rav-4 to get the oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, new windshield wipers installed, filters changed and vehicle inspected. The desk clerk told me they would let me know when it was finished. I had barely been sitting in the lobby for a very short time, when they called my name. I thought there was a problem or they had a question, but when I spoke to the agent, he handed me my keys and told me it was ready to go. He pointed to the location of my car. I was amazed at the awesome and quick service. I will definitely be back to Lithia Toyota again and highly recommend them.

Im appalled that this place has good reviews. They cant service everyone to whom they sell lifetime oil changes, so they are booked 6 weeks out and you have to show up at 6:30 in the morning to get a walk-in oil change. Once when they rotated my tires they didnt secure the lug nuts so when I drove off the lot my wheel almost fell off on the road. Sales may be fine, but their vehicle service is abysmal. If you purchase your vehicle here DO NOT waste your money on the lifetime oil change.

Second time I have bought a car at Lithia. 4 years ago I bought a Toyota Certified Corolla from them after the car I had been driving for twelve years died. This time I was looking to put tires on the Corolla and was going to take advantage of their buy 3 get one for a dollar. But we thought we would go check out a couple of cars on the lot. They gave me a great deal on the Corolla so we traded it in for a loaded Toyota Certified Camry. Since we were a repeat customer the transaction was even smoother then the first time. Our salesman Kris Warner was a nice and honest person. Lets just see what happens when the Camry needs tires. :)

The new policy of booking appointments online and availability of appointments so far out with no room in the service department for vehicles whose dashboard warning lights stay on, rates less than the five stars. The service employees, like Robert Paradiso who remained friendly while providing professional and comprehensive service, deserve five stars! Hence four star rating.

The service I went in for was to have the lane assist sensor repaired as it is not working properly. The service member told me that it was due to a non-OEM windshield being installed. I asked them why there is a non OEM part on the certified vehicle that I purchased from the dealership. They said they would check on it. I then received their verbal promise that either through warranty or the dealership would comp the part and service. I received a callback the next day stating that because I took to long to notice the issue the dealership would not be replacing the part but I can pay 1200$ to replace it. This is absolutely scummy on their part. Between me purchasing the best warranty they had possible, the vehicle being Certified, and receiving a promise that it would be taken care of this should not be an issue.

I dropped off my truck without an appointment. They said it would be a few hours. 8 hrs later they called to say it was done. Then when I go to pick it up it took 25 minutes for them to find it. Then when I left the lot an alarm was going off. I turned back around and the hood wasn’t fully closed. Then I noticed the sticker in the window wasn’t changed either.

Always great service and repairs. Have been taking our 2006 Sienna here for over 10 years. Van has almost 250k and still going with maintenance done at regular intervals. My experience started off well but quickly went down hill.There was paint damage and mechanical problems with the car that weren’t noted in the online posting of the car. The sales rep struggled to even get in and out of the vehicle.Then when it came to talking about prices and options they weren’t transparent about their prices which is when the sales reps got rude.

TERRIBLE customer service! SHADY service center. Bought a used car as is in August only to have it die 6 days later. While we understood the as is policy the chain reaction that happened with the car dying involved the parts that they serviced and replaced. When I called them to report this and to see if they would front some of the costs for an expensive new engine based on the info from the mechanic (basically asking for them to be responsible for the parts listed in the report, not caring if it was just $50), I was met with uncaring sales managers with no customer service skills who wouldnt give us the time of day. Go somewhere else to buy your car! This place has no integrity.

Within 5 minutes of my bad review we received a call that our money was released. Im glad it was taken care of but I will still never do business with them again. More importantly, I would NEVER want my wife, mom, sisters, aunts, etc to go there because it wasnt just a bad egg situation...multiple employees took advantage of my wifes lack of vehicles and applicable law surrounding them. Highly immoral to sell our vehicle before we were issued payment and to act like it was somehow a problem with the lender when, in fact, they had a application for duplicate and transfer of title and a notice of lienholder release. Live and learn, then shop accordingly.

I cant believe the incentives Toyota is offering. It was also excellent being able to shop through the website without a hovering salesman over my shoulder, and the approval process took minutes. The only negative I experienced at all was going in to sign the paperwork and having to spend over an hour in a building with lots of maskless people walking around me during Covid.

So I was looking for a car, and got in contact with a salesman interested in the car. The car was fairly new for being on sale and it was exactly what I was looking for. The soonest I could get up there was on a Friday due to work so I asked 2 weeks in advance and made arrangements to go see and was planning on buying the car that day. The salesman was nice and sent me photos and answered all my questions about the car. I texted him the night before confirming the car was available and he said it was. So I drove up the next day and told him when I was leaving chico because it was a hour drive up making sure everything was going to plan. I made sure that I was the first one there at the dealership so no one could take that car, even though I arranged a few weeks in advance to see it. About 15 min out texting him again telling him he were almost there, he responded okay sounds good. Right as I pulled up he called me saying the car just got sold. It was super frustrating that he couldn’t tell me a half hour before when it got sold so I didn’t waste my time, money and gas getting there. Super unprofessional in my opinion and then turned back for home. Never apologize or offered anything for my time wasted and then had the audacity to text me the next morning saying the deal didn’t go through and if I wanted to come up again I could look at the car. They lost my business for communication and lack of professionalism.

I recently purchased a truck and after getting it home found out that the emergency brakes didnt work at all. When I got an appointment to see what was wrong they said it didnt have any shoes left. I had purchased an extended warranty. They wanted to charge me for the repair because it was considered maintenance. Apparently their safety checks are a joke!! Im really disappointed. Terrible costumer service. I bought my car little less than a year from them and In that time it’s been giving me problems left to right. I’ve taken my car in, on 5 separate occasions and the same issues would keep reappearing. I checked the car fax and found out they sold me a car with electrical problems. I try contacting them for a week straight now and yet no word from them, just keeps going straight to voicemail.

Went here for the presidents day sale as advertised on TV. I ask sales guy I would like to see the trucks on the Toyota website for the sale. I ask why are the vehicles priced 10k over advertised price. His response was we do not sell vehicles here at advertised price. He then showed me a vehicle listed at 10k over blue book pricing. He again says the do not sale book pricing. And says the only sell over book price. After I expressed if they honor Costco pricing. He got mad and said bye and left us in the back lot. Went over to ford and bought a truck that day via advertised price on website. And they even gave me a Costco deal. Never again will I ever go back to Toyota and will tell people that want a Toyota to go to Sacramento as this dealership is just out to screw you every way they can

The dealership you go to if you enjoy getting blown off and treated like a transaction. Im in the hunt for a new SUV and only one salesman here had asked questions about what my needs were, and was willing to give me the time to educate me on different models and which would fit my lifestyle best. (Way to go Jim!)Was turned and blown off by THREE salesmen at this dealership before anyone decided to take me seriously. As someone who owns a business in sales, I was SO disappointed to be treated like a transaction rather than a human being by the majority of salesmen here. Really big bummer. Take your business elsewhere if you want to find sales people that actually care about your needs. (Unless its Jim, hes awesome)
