Excellent autoshop if you want your car fixed right. They will not upsell and will tell you exactly what needs to be done to get you back on the road or help keep your car running forever. No matter what you drive.The only shop I trust to care for my vehicle and not break anything.

I first came here at Autosys as it was nearby and open on the weekend and I was having serious transmission problems.Fast forward to now, and I took my new used Xterra to get the parking brake adjusted. Very reasonable rates and the brake now is as good or better than in my wifes new car!Everything was very professional and up front. Very friendly staff, even a very friendly mascot. I recommend this shop very highly, especially after spending $$$ an countless problems with Stingray, another local affordable shop. Night and day.Very likely to return should anything go wrong with the X.

They replaced dead battery in my Honda, on a Sunday, including tracking down the battery which was out of stock at their store. Thanks, guys! GREAT JOB

Ive made another review for autosys, I like the people who run it but question their diagnostics. I took in my car for ac fill. After a couple days it stopped blowing cold. I took it back, they said a 15 dollar valve was broken, I paid them 200+ to fix it. A few days later it stopped blowing cold. I took it in, they said every valve is blown. This is a brand new ac compressor. I asked them to price out fixing this and my power steering pump. They quoted my $2,000-$4,000 dollars. That was a surprise. I found a new oem power steering pump and installed it with me hoses in less than 3 hours, first time ever doing it. As for the ac compressor, turns out it was an old belt that needed to be replaced. 40 bucks worth of parts and less than 2 hours of work. Plus, they replaced a valve that was not bad. Sure glad I didnt pay them 4k for the ac compressor as it wouldve still not blown cold. They are very expensive.

Kind of seems like a family operation, could use a little office cleaning. My Subaru belts were making sounds upon startup which they fixed and also did identify a couple of other issues I will address with a previous mechanic. Probably wouldnt do major work here on my old Subaru turbo but would feel good about bringing any Toyota or American car here for that. Gave them an extra star for a response, thanks!

I was in a car crash with no collision coverage, and the insurance company couldnt help with fixing the damage. I was devastated and thought I will have to total my car. Mike took care of it as if it was his own. He got the car up and running with quality work and at a fare price. He called every day to update me on the situation and took less than a week to get my car back on the road. I have no words that could thank Mike enough for being a great mechanic and a great person. I had a great experience here! I brought a car in to be inspected before I purchased it and they were thorough and transparent about everything wrong with the car and how much it might cost to repair. No one tried to push me to pay for further diagnostics like some auto shops do, and their information was factual and useful for a car buyer that doesnt know much about cars. and Everyone I spoke to was friendly, there was a cute dog, and they gave me a coffee gift card to grab a drink while I was waiting!

I got my car serviced twice at Autosys, and based on that experience I decided to go Autosys again after dealer asked me to wait for 3 weeks to repair my central locking system. After diagnostics they said they have identified the issue, but were not sure if that would fix it and it will be complicated to repair as they dont have diagrams of the latest car. They charged $160 for the diagnostics time stating dealership would reimburse. I didnt feel they were ethical as in the first place they shouldnt have accepted the car for repair when they knew they dont have the diagrams of the latest car.

Expensive but they do a good job. They use all OEM parts, been around for a while. Good to take your car there for something you cant do yourself but otherwise, being your checkbook and refi your house.

Fantastic, honest shop that cares about their customers. So much better then big places! I love that they take care of Mercedes too so we can bring all our cars to the same place.

I went there for many years. They were always honest and capable, and (as far as I can tell), they still are.Im deducting a star because of customer service, which has become worse. The guy at the front desk seems grumpier than the people they used to have.

Very honest and capable shop. A repair on my VW (transmission code light and shifting problems) that the dealer couldnt get to for a month, Autosys got to it that day, found an obscure broken wire and had it fixed and ready to go. Oh, and it was New Years Eve. Its good to know of an alternative to the nonsense you go through at a dealer.

I recently had my car repaired at Autosys. My car needed a new clutch (once again). The first clutch repair was also done by Autosys and after less than 2.5 years the clutch was in need of a replacement again which, of course, was just outside of their normal warranty repair period. The cost of each repair was over $2600. I was very surprised I was not offered any discount as the cost of the repair seemed higher than average. To make matters worse, they also damaged another part of my car during their fix. This caused the car to be out of commission for more than 10 days while they were waiting for a part. Unacceptable for multiple reasons. I will not be going back to their shop.

This was my first experience with Autosys and I must say I am impressed with their work and plan to go back in the future. They fixed the water pump in our Ford Excursion where it was leaking in a few different places, kept us well-informed and did the job in a timely manner for a fair price.

When I initially placed my appointment it was though the repairpal / CarMax program which informs them of the appointment. I then show up today to find out they can do any of the work on Saturdays. They had ample amount of chances to inform me of this before the fact but never did. I also found the customer service at the front desk to be much less than ideal. I certainly wont be returning.

Great Service and work. Took my 67 Fairlane convertible in to have dual exhaust installed and they identified some issues with other work that I had done at another repair shop giving me an opportunity to get that work addressed before putting the exhaust on. The exhaust system was installed just as I wanted it, on time and not over budget. Sounds great and Ill be back if there is more work to be done on my car.

Amazing and honest group of people. Had a bent tailpipe which other places were estimating around 40 bucks for even though it didnt require buying any parts. These guys did it for free without even telling me!

Came in for a 40K service for a Volkswagen Jetta and they did a fine job with the car as well as the price. If you are in doubt, ring them up and you wont be disappointed!

The guys did a great job, end to end. They worked with Geico adjuster even though they typically deal with CarMax Maxcare and not with insurance claims, and it all went fast and smooth anyway. Results of the actual work were also great, along with all the communication over the phone.Might be tiny bit on expensive side for out of pocket repair, but great nevertheless.

The staff is very friendly and they get their work done incredibly fast, but I question their pricing... Im almost certain the prices here are outrageous.

Friendly service and cheaper than the dealer - but they did leave my seats a bit dirty and not fully put back together correctly. They sent someone out to clean the seats up, but the grease didnt fully come out. A bit disappointed by the end of the service, but otherwise all seems fine.

Weve been going to Autosys for 17 years now and would recommend them to anyone. They are extremely knowledgeable and and experienced. They always explain things in a very thorough manner and answer any questions we have so that we can fully understand. They are very honest and have, on a number of occasions, given us the great news that our final bill was actually below the original estimate! Over the last 17 years, there have been times that one of our vehicles needed several things done when we just didnt have all the money to take care of everything at once. When that has happened, Marcus has helped us to prioritize the work that needed to be done. Honestly, these guys are the best!

I have been going to Autosys for ~5-6 years now. I have always found them to be competent; they also explain what they are doing and why, in understandable terms to a layman like me.As I understand, most of their service team has been with them for a long time, speaks to how well they take care of customers.Marcus, at front desk is ever helpful, congenial and is equally competent in understanding cars.Whenever I go, there are always other customers who have been using them for a long time -- several, 10+ years.I found them to be a tad-bit pricier than other places I could go to. Hence I rated just short of 5 *.One can easily justify this as the cost of High-Quality.

Bad experience. multiple bait and switch by this shop. I am surprised they didnt know how long it will take to diagnose a spark plug issue for dodge grand caravan. rip off. stay away.Update: i am unable to answer the business response so adding here.So it takes 3.2 hours to get to spark plugs on a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan but only 45 mins to put them back together. Your shop clearly knew it was Dodge Grand Caravan before you gave me the estimates. You clearly knew that i had towed my van there and if i didnt take the 3.2 hours estimate i have to tow it back to another shop.And the person who spoke to me on the phone told me that after the 3.2 hours of work (which is about $420) the rest of the repair would be covered in an additional $100 or so. Guess what it was $260 more.Also, at 1:30pm i was told that the van will be ready only the next day and at 4:20pm it was ready for pick up. There was no coolant leak that i am aware of. I garage my car and I know there was no leak unless your technicians caused it. And btw i now have P0441 code showing up since Saturday.Update 6/2/2021: Cylinder 1 misfire. Stranded my family in Pulman on Memorial day. Had to drive at a slow speed to get family home safely. Not sure what kind of spark plugs were used.

These guys are really great, I just went for oil change and they checked my car and gave me all details of required manintance. also they changed all required fluids in my car along with oil change. Would prefer to others.

Vehicle was ultimately not serviced. I arrived about 30 minutes before the appointment, and was rudely told to come back on time despite the mechanics not being busy.When I came back, they told me that the headlight assembly might not fit because of the brand - despite me checking that it is a fit. So, I chose to not waste time and left. They just seemed lazy, the mechanic couldnt tell whether my car was a cabrio or a hatchback.Furthermore, the office was dirty and messy. The front desk guy decided to go number 2 while I was there, and since the bathroom is right behind the front desk I could hear all the noises. Not going back there ever again...

I called to make an appointment and the lady I spoke with was a extremely rude, sounded like she was barking on the phone. I asked to get quote on service and her response NOBODY HAS TIME RIGHT NOWthey lost a potential customer. Advice to management, train your staff to have basic manners

I have been a customer of Autosys for a few years now and have had great service and care of my vehicle. I recently had to take my car in for a steering issue and the visit was not as it usually is. I believe they had a new person up front who is very nice but clearly could not handle the front. My vehicle was not checked in correctly and I had to ask to have my oil changed 5 times since no one put it on the ticket each time I spoke to them. I dont believe the issue of my car was taken down correctly either since the mechanic did not know the details I had already stated at least 3 times before with other staff. When I got my car back it was still doing the same thing. The next day it was not so I am going to wait and see if it happens again before returning it to be fixed again. I will say that I still do have good things to say about this place and that I think this was a moment where things just didnt go smoothly and it showed in many ways. I will still continue to go to them as long as things like this dont become common. I still recommend them since they do quality work and really do try to make sure you leave happy and with a healthy vehicle.

They charge for the test which they dont know how to perform. If you have a basic knowledge of how a car works you would know that this shop is just a money pit and you would end of paying 3X more.

This is auto repair place that you know when you leave the jobs been done right.

There was a hole at the bottom of my Y-Pipe in the exhaust system, because of which my car was making very bad noise. They fixed it by welding the hole and the bad noise was gone. They were pretty quick too. In 1 hour I was in and out and the charges were also very reasonable.

Then gave me a list, in order of importance, how I should break it down so I could afford to budget it in. Their pricing was competitive, their work was on time and over the top. My car was clean and they even took the time to clean off an area of paint where I had may have, while backing out of my garage, hit my house... What? Dont judge, you know youve done it too! :-) Seriously, awesome place, highly recommend it! And to women who dont want to get screwed from not knowing who to trust as a mechanic, this is your place!!! I can always trust their opinion and the work they do on my vehicle. I dont take my car anywhere else when it needs work. They always willing to work with you too. They understand the needs of their customers and I love that about them. I dont go anywhere else, and I live 30 minutes from their shop! Its worth driving all the way to Redmond just for quality service.

This was my first visit to Autosys. My poor old car was making all kinds of weird sounds and appeared to be on its deathbed. I was thinking of scrapping it altogether, but these guys figured out all the issues, made all the necessary repairs, and walked me through what I can do to keep it running for a long time to come. Now my car is running better than it has since before it became mine and I feel like I actually know what Im doing to take care of it. Im used to mechanics letting most of the maintenance they do be a complete mystery to me, no matter what questions I ask. The folks at Autosys took the time to make sure I understood and were very patient with me.

I met the team at Autosys, Inc earlier this year. They are energetic and positive as they work efficiently to provide very good auto care. I had a quote from another well known shop in the area. Autosys was able to complete the same job for $300 less and offered a free follow up for me to ask any questions. Great work, great rates!

They will always tell you what is needed, may make suggestions, but will never pad with additional items to make a buck. I had the best costumer service experience of my life! My toyota camry broke down near the shop, less than a mile away and I selected this place cause I thought they might be able to drive up to see my car and assess the problem. When I called they said they only could help if I were to tow the car in. I decided to walk in and talk to someone in person, Mike the owner was kind to offer his help😊 he drove up to my car and came back with it working in almost 20 mins 😁 everyone in the shop is so kind and sweet and Mike is a perfect gentleman. He saved me a tow and got me an awsome price on a new car key, he saved me a lot of money and hassle! I will be using them for all my car services from now on! I am glad that I came accross Autosys through a map search

Work came in under quoted price and faster than expected. I was happy.

I have a 2008 Dodge Nitro. The passenger side rear door lock was not opening from either the inside or outside. I had to use a coat hanger to get it open. I then disassembled the inside cover and determined that the problem was the lock actuator. In order to get some sense of what was involved in the repair I checked on the internet and came upon a site called Repair Pal. It provided an estimate for repair of up to $240 and listed AutoSys Redmond as a repair shop that would “honor the estimate”. I went on the shops website and requested an appointment. Didnt get a response but it was over a weekend so I later called the shop to get an appointment.After inspection by the shop I got a call with an estimate of just over $400. I asked about the estimate by Repair Pal and was told that it was not unusual for them to provide estimates that were too low. I gave the go ahead. They ordered the part which required an extra day for delivery. On the next day when the car should have been repaired I got a call from the shop indicating that another part was (window regulator) was also necessary since it needed replacement. That part took yet another day to arrive.When I picked up the car the final bill was over $700. I asked to see the parts so I could understand what happened. It was explained to me that the process of replacing the actuator required detaching the regulator from the rear window, and that involved pushing a tab on the plastic part. During this procedure the tab broke. The repair tech told me that the plastic had gotten old and was brittle which was the cause of failure.Perhaps the tab was pushed too far. In any case it broke in the process of repair by the shop, yet there was no pricing consideration of this by the shop. The final cost was almost 3X what I thought it was going to be based on the estimate that led to me choosing AutoSys in the first place. And the slow parts delivery service caused me to be without my car for two additional days. I have used other shops that get same day parts service.

I highly recommended Mike and Autosys! Ive been taking cars and my business to Autosys for years and they always treat me very fair and kind. Im a shade tree mechanic but some things Ill need help with and they readily fill the gap for me. Case in point, I recently self diagnosed a specific issue with the automatic transmission in a 2011 Toyota Venza and asked Autosys to remove and replace the offending part. They did their due diligence in verifying my diagnosis and replaced the part without issue, no pushing extra work, and under budget. In another example of their awesomeness, I was doing wheel bearings on an older AWD car and got really stuck on one of the bearings. I took the whole assembly down there and was charged only the shop rate for the time it took for them to pull the old and press the new bearing. Same goes for random suspension bushings and things that have caused me problems in my garage, theyve always worked with me on ad-hoc requests.

Do not bring your car here. I was quoted 400 for a new power steering pump plus over 300 for labor. national average for the job parts and labor is 200. Sadly I had no option to bring my car there before and was charged 1200 to fix a tensioner and a radiator. They didnt even tighten the tensioner all the way and failed to fix it when I returned to question them about it. It was so loose I could pull the belt off the pulleys. Also didnt even reattach the coolant reservoir. Con artists. Stay away.
