Roslyn was very very helpful. I had gone to target and another store with no help. Roslyn although apparently new (I don’t believe her), was able to help get everything I needed done and in a very timely manner. Which timely manner alone is is worth 5 stars. Make sure when you come into this store ask for Roslyn, the girl with the the popping nails.10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Roslyn is exceptionally fabulously great. Even though shes new she is awesome, shes very knowledgeable at sales in general. Great personally and sales women.Victor is full of life. Hes a great sales man and funny to have at this location. Victor is an exceptional at up-saleing. Jess, is amazing at what she does, she is able to do multitasking between several customers and still get the job. Awesome. Isabel is a great sales women and is able to stay on task with each customer.

Update: 03/19/2021I came in to upgrade my phone and add lines to my account for my family, and the service I received from Eduardo was incredible! He was so patient with us from beginning to end! Especially since they were coming from a different carrier and had an issue porting over two of the phone numbers. We were the last customers in the store and he didn’t make us feel rushed and remained pleasant throughout the entire process. And on top of it, I ended up getting a cool discount because my family are first responders.I want to add that Cynthia and Erick were super helpful as well, thank you all so much!...Shout out to Lucas for helping me out with my At&T TV service and saving me a ton of money that another store scammed me out of. Hes really there to help his customers, and I so appreciate that! Thank you so much!

I visited this place yesterday to get an upgrade for my daughter and I have to say I received the best customer service ever. We were helped by Liz, Cece and another young lady who was in training. They honestly were the best. Cece the manager, went above and beyond to help us and I greatly appreciate everything she did for us. Worse please... Liz told me the promotion on an IPhone 11 was 1/2 off with $20 a month.. I offered her to pay the other half right away she said I had to be on contract. After she gave me the receipt the contract is 30 months x 20 =$600The phone was $750.00 so she lied to me and if I wanted to return the phone they will charge me for restocking fees..BS it was her fault not mine...I will never go there.... make sure they willExplain everything before baying with them...Or manager you should train them better before they sell the product...They lie to you and by the way they said manager will be here tomorrow BS I called and they said on Tuesday.... LIARS

Came in to check out internet And the agent, Austin, that helped me out was very aggressive And constantly cut me off during my questions, Extremely rude! He would make remarks about how he did not want to help us with our transaction to other employees and would make faces when he would walk away

I went in for an inquiry and did not find the information useful so chose to wait before making any changes. I let the Store manager (Eduardo) know I did not want to make any changes and I will think about it. Next thing you know my plan changed and and I received an email regarding those changes. The changes made were not even discussed. I lost my grandfathered unlimited plus plan and grandfathered hotapot plan for my nighthawk. I went back to the store and the manager said I have to call to get it fixed. I called and spoke with another rep (Juan) and was put on hold for 1 hour! I am very upset and I need help ASAP!

The other day I went to At&t store with my grandfather.I was amazed by the performance they had.As soon as I walked in my grandfather and I were greeted by a young man named Erick.I didn’t think of it much just a simple greeting,but then he approached us and asked if we needed anything at all and not only did he say this to us in English,but he said in Spanish and my grandfather only speaks Spanish so this really helped him a lot.He not only helped us get a good phone for my grandfather he helped my grandfather understand everything there is to know about the phone.Which is absolutely insane to me the knowledge this young man had to not only know the device,but to show him how to use it and let me tell you what.My grandfather has been so amazed by the whole animoji experience and i’m super glad that because of Erick I won’t have to explain how to flip the camera during a face time.

My family and i went in to upgrade our phones the store manager cece assist us and when I say shes amazing at what she does SHES AMAZING not only did she help us save money but she got us a amazing promotions just by trading in our old phones ! I called to ask a question/concern about an apple product and the lady that answered which I think is the only when there got offended and was extremely unprofessional.
