This employee who works At This Location As A Shopper Hit Me In My Face With A Empty Box, She Didn’t Say Excuse Me Nor Sorry, When I asked her about it she denied ever hitting me and called me rude for being upset that I just got hit in my face with a box, she went into hiding I couldn’t find her to figure out her name so I Asked Another zeEmployee For The Manager. The managers name is steve I asked Steve For the other employee Name so I Can Report the incident to Corporate, He Rambled, And Told me He refused To Tell Me Her Name. Ive never heard such thing thats why companies MAKE YOU WEAR A NAME TAG! Since he REFUSED to give me his, nor her name I took photos Of the manager his name is Steve (i looked at his name tag) & the Older Woman Employee. DO NOT SHOP HERE Unless you wanna get hit in the face with boxes and Treated Poorly! The place is Dirty, the store is unorganized, they seem understaffed & the employee are rude! Thee only Nice employee is the Hispanic Cashier. I Will NEVER Shop At Aldi’s EVER AGAIN! They get the bottom of the barrell food which is why its so cheap

This Aldi location is always clean, well organized and well stocked-at least when I visit:) The lighting here also seems brighter.The staff members are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient.One of the better Aldi locations in our metro area.

Aldis is a great place to buy your groceries or even home goods. The prices are very reasonable and its clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. Its a great place to shop when youre on a budget just remember to bring your own bags. Masks are required.

They do not honor there ad. Three employees three different stores.. they had the expensive hams but not the sale and would not honor there sale like the big name stores.. you may save a little money but the bait and switch ruined that for me! The employees werent very nice and the one guy made me feel like the sale was a joke.

Aldi has a lot of their own brand or specifically made for Aldi items. I have been satisfied with everything I have purchased here. Nice prices. You wont see your normal brands and wont always find everything on your shopping list but thats ok.

An elderly woman was unable to pay for her groceries, and an employee at the Richfield Aldi, Naveed, took care of the bill for her. It was a lovely piece of humanity at work.

Extremely rude employees at night. My cart was full, I spent 30 minutes shopping and when I got to the register I told the Ethiopian guy I forgot my debt card in the car. I went to get it, they locked the door and wouldnt look at us while standing outside. I was gone less than 20 secs.My moms disabled and we needed the groceries. We had to wait till the morning to come back and get food.They also lock the door more than 15 minutes before closing time.I just dont get it. Ive talked to my neighbors, and they all have been complaining about these guys, yet nothing has been done about it.Wheres the manager and district manager from all that? How do they get away of being rude like that to customers? So if you are an immigrant employee you can treat customers poorly and get away with it without consequences?

Great store but they currently have some issues to keep up restocking and open check out lanes. Apply for a job here. Good pay and benefits.

This Aldi is a larger store than most so it offers more of everything. Their check out clerks seem to be happier than most and are quick thinking and efficient.

Great prices, an abundance of some things, and an absolute dearth of others, some of them staples. They have imported Irish butter (best I’ve ever had), but no limes or tonic water. They have whole aisles full of literally random yard trinkets, but no ginger or ethnic food. They have chicken drumsticks at a great price, but no thighs. No alcohol of any kind. The aisles are irritatingly skinny to the point you can’t stop to check your grocery list on your phone without causing a traffic jam. The staff is great, but they must get frustrated working there. I would.It’s almost like someone in Germany designed the store and stocked it without ever having lived in America, or even setting foot here. Chances are strong that’s exactly what happened. I go here, then to Cubs to get everything on my list they didn’t have. Sigh.Edit: down to two stars for closing at 8pm. I work until 8, 6 days a week, for the next 6 months...

It is an alright place, the store map could improve but its ok

Their private label products are as good or better than heavily marketed national products. Real value, especially during our current pandemic circumstances. On furlough since March I appreciate the wise spending options Aldi offers me.

A good place to shop if you need basic groceries on a tight budget. While the shopping experience isnt super cheerful like it would be at a Trader Joes, thats not why people come here. Prices are much lower because items are not stocked the way they are in a traditional grocery store, rather, the boxes are stacked on shelves and it is up to you to reach up and grab what you need. The checkout lines are VERY fast. The double-back guarantee is a plus, and the management who takes care of those returns is friendly and helpful.

Clean, roomy store. Good quality produce here. Great prices, great savings. Quick check out. Few national brands. Store brands of about everything you expect in grocery store.

Redesign to increase space and selection looks really good. Dont forget a quarter for the carts (you get the quarter back!) Cashiers are trained to get you through checkout fast so you can enjoy your shopping without being stuck in lines.

Great prices! About 8 large bags of groceries for $100.00 or less. More than half the price of other grocery stores. Fresh produce and very good quality meats. Additional non food items also at reasonable prices. Mostly generic brands, that taste just as good as the name brands. They do have some name brands and a good selection of organic products. I would recommend shopping here if you are on a budget or are tired of paying twice the price for basically the same food. The staff is always helpful and the cashiers are always very friendly and pleasant. 2 thumbs up!

I love this store! Their prices cannot be beat. The restaurant style tortilla chips are excellent and only .99 cents for a huge bag! They have the BEST hummus and have new flavors every month. Awesome produce and so darn cheap! Great selection of vegan burgers, meatballs and chicken patties and super soy milk and guacamole, too.

Love their chicken bacon ranch pizza. Fruits and veggies can be very reasonable. I avoid most of their processed food and snacks though. Some frozen foods are a good deal too. Ham can be cheap if you can get it on sale. Ive seen it as low as .79 a pound. Cream cheese is the cheapest I have found.

Great location....can always find bargains, needed to buy my pink canned salmon and I saved $2 a can and bought a bag of russet potatoes for the low too. Their always busy but the cashiers are efficient. Best to know what items u need cause they dont sale everything but I always save money when I shop here.

Very busy, but for good reason. Cheap and still store brands are quality. Good variety. Great chocolates. Bring your own bags and bag fast. Check out lines move fast so you have to bag your own stuff fast.

Clean store. Quality food and great prices. Check out lines are slow. I recommend an express line of 15 items and less. Otherwise I love ALDIS. Baxter has a great store also on hwy 371 for you summer vacation folks

Great store. Cheap prices. Medium size selection. Not too busy. Convenient. A little but unconventional than your avarage grocery store but not that different where you went be to shop there. Its a great store but expect a different experience than those huge warehouse stores.

Currently limiting the number of items that a customer can purchase to 6 because of shipping delays. Needed to buy 8 packets for a receipt and was told I was not allowed to. Asked if there goal was to sell products or keep the shelves stocked. Was informed goal was to keep shelves stocked.

Great selection, good produce, some of their frozen foods are so good and cheap(like the mussels). You can come here and spend $50 and walk out with 4 grocery bags. We come here first and then hit Cub Foods and Rainbow for whatever else we could not find at ALDI.

Always a great place to shop for good groceries at low prices. Producer is very good. Best to shop on Wednesdays. Always shop at Aldis first before going to your other stores.

This is probably the best Aldi you will find in the Twin Cities area. The aisles are wide and has one of the greatest varieties of food this store has to offer.The last few trips I have had some good finds.

The prices and selection are good and the quality of most items is on par with brand names in the grocery store but the store is set up poorly and the employees tend to get in the way while stocking the shelves. The shopping experience isnt particularly good like at a real grocery store and the selection is lacking(meaning they generally only have 1 type or brand of each item). If you know what you want and know they have it, its a great place to shop because of the prices, but the employees leave much to be desired.

LOVE ALDI!Staff always helpful, working hard to keep things stocked..yet ready to run up front to keep check out lines short and moving.One complaint -every Aldi is too dang cold!!I need mittens..In the summer!But its well worth it for the amazing prices! Great alternative grocery store, with great selections at lower costs. Just remember your own bags and a quarter for a cart. Also I recommend the premise pizzas for only like 5 bucks, very tasty. Just recently remodeled as well so there is a lot more space, and its not as crowded as before.

This Aldi is very clean and the location is convenient. The food seems to be taken care of properly! This location is organized especially after the remodel!The employees are always pleasant!The only reason I did not give this location 5 stars is because of the parking lot. There has been multiple times that I couldnt find a parking spot when I first got there. Also it is very hard to exit the parking lot on to penn.

Shop here for great prices on produce, eggs and the like. Also they have high quality ethical chocolate for very good prices. Ignore any prepared foods. Selection is limited, but its our first stop every Saturday morning, and we fill in our needs at Costco or a chain grocery store after.

Bring your own bags, but good produce generally. Like it here. 4 star only because of the wait for the one bathroom. Helpful workers. They pay them a living wage plus benefits.

We started shopping at ALDI when we lived in Germany. Love the prices and the quality is great. Ive done taste tests with friends. They were surprised and thought ALDI was for low income shoppers.

Such a great store. The prices cant be beat. Bring your own bags and a quarter to rent a cart.

Literally my only complaint about Aldi is their reduced store hours. I wish they were open longer. So many tremendous deals on groceries! Please consider opening sooner and closing later. Shopping anywhere else is simply a waste of money.

All these I think is probably one of the best places to go in order to maximize your dollar and get the most amount of food possible. They have a lot of really good deals and if you are looking to not spend a fortune but have enough food for the month or living a budget I think they are definitely the place to go

Love Aldis for milk, eggs, etc. And there is always something in the seasonal isle that I cant live without.

This Aldis is a spacious store compared to the other stores and its quite refreshing. Always great deals, good produce. Usually a pleasant and helpful staff. However last night when we were checking out, I offered a small box and set it in our cart. I asked for the cashier to set our scanned goods in this small box, but she purposely avoided the box hastely. In her haste to avoid the box, our blueberries hit the side of the cart and exploded everywhere. Their employees make very good money here. This cashiers behavior was unacceptable. Its not like I asked her to pack the whole cart, just set some items into one small box.

My first time shopping here and I loved it! Great deals. I believe this store was just remodeled as well, so its very clean and well stocked.

Aldi is much improved since I was there a few years ago. Their produce is much improved and I expect Ill be back a whole lot more.
