Rosy was amazing! Even though it was extremely understaffed, she was able to take care of multiple people at a time. Most people these days cant take care of one at a time.Make sure you pay your people good or I will take them from you.

We came in to upgrade our phone. Luis welcomed & acknowledged each customer as they came in the store. Luis was the only employee in the store, he had 4 customers waiting, and the phone was ringing non stop. Luis kept an amazing and an upbeat attitude. His customer service was outstanding.

I came in last week because my phone had been nearly unusable since the update for my galaxy S5. The first thing they did was give me a sales pitch to upgrade. I said that I wasnt interested I just wanted my phone to work. They suggested a factory reset, which wipes everything from the phone. Id tried even on Google to get it to work with no results. I did the reset and it still didnt work so I came back in today. Different guy with the same sales pitch. So now I either go with a broken phone until another software update fixes it or $175 bill to get a new phone. Heres the kicker, they wont replace it with the same model because its not in perfect working condition. Why would I want a replacement if it was in working condition? I found way more useful information on Google, which I recommend over trying to use this store.

These guys are awesome! My mom and I have been their customer for years. They provide great customer service and always do the best they can to satisfy our phone needs!

They are one of only 2 carriers that dont offer an unlimited plan. We wanted to buy the phones outright and get the TV deal but you must sign a 2 year contract. You dont get the tv right then either they mail it to you within 12 weeks. The tablet for a penny is a completely separate deal all together. Also they sell phones but no accessories for them. Not very helpfull
