I have been coming to this location for awhile and each time it is great. The service is top notch the employees are knowledgeable and ready to help. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get T-Mobile.

Everyone was wearing a mask and provided hand sanitizer such a quick and easy experience. I love the Richland location. The staff was very nice and were able to assist me in a timely manner. I recommend checking them out for all your T-Mobile needs!

I have had trouble in the past with tmobile but I was able to come to this location and get everything squared away my bill was off for a few months and the representative was able to fix it for me and explain why the bill was messed up. I will highly recommend this location to everyone I know. The store was super clean which made it very comfortable for me to be there.

T Mobiles safety statement says all staff and customers must wear a mask covering mouth and nose however a staff member at this location repeatedly did not cover her nose. She was also quite rude and lied to us about an important step in the process of changing to T Mobile. The rest of the staff was compliant and nice but seemed inexperienced. I will be doing my business at a different location.

One worker there really stood out to me. Josh was his name, and he answered all of my questions very professionally. I was very impressed and felt very comfortable with his customer service. If you go to this store ask for Josh! You won’t be disappointed!

If I could give this place negative 5 starts I absolutely would! By far the worst t mobile store I’ve ever been to. Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged the whole time we were there. There was 3 workers helping 2 customers and we waited for about 25 minutes I’m a very patient person And I never complain but the fact that they didn’t even acknowledge us at all made me very upset and we ended up leaving. Will never go there again.

The staff at this location are very friendly and very helpful, even though I had a complicated issue they got me exactly what I needed. Very nice store everyone was very friendly and helpful. They have great prices on phones and accessories. I will recommend this store to other people that I know. The manager was very helpful and polite.

Some of the store employees are not competent at all in doing their jobs and have no clue in even basic duties. When I wanted to transition to T-mobile back in August, they lied to me about the plan sold to me. It was not the plan they said as it was evident from T-mobile app. On top of this, they falsely advertised things like “the plan includes Netflix” which never was. I reported what I have gone through to T-mobile and will pursue until this entire wrongdoing is properly addressed.

Wonderful experience, everyone was very kind. The milkshakes are to DIE for. Service is pretty swell as well.

I came in to do a warranty exchange for my Galaxy S9+. The store was clean and everyone greeted me as I walked in. Shawn was the Mobile Expert that helped me and he was able to transfer all of my stuff to my new phone quickly. If you need anything you should have Shawn help you!

Do not come back here. The two ladies here were extremely rude to my wife.It felt like they wanted to kick us out and they practically did. It was like we cant help and we dont want to so goodbye

I had quite the ordeal of switching to T-mobile, not getting service where I lived, trying to switch back to Verizon, and getting my bills straightened out. But through all that back-office pain, the people were professional and friendly and honestly felt so bad that the other departments were handling it all so poorly.It wasnt their fault that I didnt get internet in my house (which was the primary reason for my switching) and they did everything they could do to help. I would recommend this location for anyone wanting to switch to T-mobile (though I cant recommend the provider over my current Verizon).

I had a very good experience while getting my new phone. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. Anytime I have issues with my phone I can call and get my questions answered.

Purchased 4 iphones 6 months ago along with the requisite cases and screen protectors. It was not a cheap day...the manager at the time was great and helped us immensely.She told us that the tech 21 screen protectors had a life time warranty and if damaged to take it back in to them, and they’ll replace them free of charge.My teenage daughter’s screen was cracked so we headed to this store. When we got there, we were the only ones in the store with 2 employees. Told them the situation and they acted like I was crazy to think that that would ever be offered. Asked me when I purchased the phones so the 2 of them started looking it up and talking amonsgst themselves about who could’ve possibly said this. I asked if there was anything they could do for me, to which they said no. Didn’t even offer to explain the process of going through tech 21 or anything. I rhetorically said “why did I even come back to this store” to which one of them said “you don’t have to come back.” What???? Did she really just say that?The unprofessionalism is astounding. I will never return to this store.Took my daughters phone to the store in the mall, and after a short wait, they very professionally and with great customer service replaced the screen.I’d rather stand in line at the mall than deal with no lines at this store.

Store Manager was combative, pushy, and rude 😠. Refused to provide concrete answers regarding plan and phone. Very untrustworthy. Wanted to stay and shop in Richland, but had to take my $470.00 sale to Best Buy. I wish you could enter zero or negative stars. Would be negative 10!!
